I booked this hotel one day in advance and was given a room on the second floor facing the main road. In the evening, there was some noise from traffic, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
The room was generally okay, but the floor was a bit dusty. The bathroom was an accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users, which may be convenient for some guests.
Overall, my stay was acceptable and neutral. The hotel is decent, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and noise insulation.

First off, the parking was horrendous. However, once we checked in, the service was great. The only feedback I have regarding the room is that since there was no need to insert a key card (I’m guessing it uses sensors),so it felt a bit odd when the lights completely turned off while we were in the toilet for a while. Other than that, it was a great stay. The room was spacious, with plenty of amenities and exclusive services for the Level Room

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfy bed, and great views of the city. Breakfast buffet good and loved the local dishes. Location was great for exploring Bukit Bintang. My first choice of hotel accommodation whenever travelling to Kuala Lumpur. l will be back to stay at this hotel again next month.

The location is great which is next to malls and canteens. The hotel isn’t new but quite clean. Just the price is quite high in holiday session.

After refurbished since covid time the hotel looks fresh and definitely value for money.lobby looks exclusive too and convenient to walk to berjaya times square
