This is my 4th time staying at this hotel due to it’s strategic location. Level 4 has direct access to the skybridge connecting KLCC & Pavilion Bukit bintang.
I have been a fan of its spacious room, however this time around I got an old room /not gone for renovation yet, the toilet door is out of track same goes to its wardrobe.
The teabag is left opened, when I check in no replacement in two day of my stay. The pantry is so dry. I hope they can improve the old room like the rest at the 8th floor room king bed.

The view is lovely, the breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options, and the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.

Checking in late in the day （after 9pm） and checking out very early on the last day （6am） was equally seamless
Aircon was regular in the room and no musky smell for a relatively old hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the Impiana KLCC hotel and was very impressed by the overall customer service and staff members working there! The 24/7 security as well as porters helping out really added to the experience. I must add that the hotel itself is in a very good location close by to the Petronas towers which is around a circa 15 mins walk or so.

The room was quite spacious, but the lighting wasn't great. The wooden door to the bathroom was incredibly stiff, but since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother complaining. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted decent. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers.
