Corus KLCC was a magnificent place to check out.
The staff members were very pleasant and nice to talk to. They provided accurate instructions and directions when I asked them about the toilet, convention room, parking, and where the smoking area was.
This made it a lot easier to walk around the place. If I had not gotten some guidance, the place would have been a bit confusing and complex to navigate.
The lobby and the conference rooms were clean and have the hotel smell, which is nice.
The best part about the place that stood out was the event venue and the variety of offered services. The staff were also very keen to help out.

Although the hotel isn't brand new it is still a very good place to be. We arrived a bit late (2300) as our flight was delayed. The staff was still there and very friendly. When we opened our curtains in the room we saw the twin towers with all the lights on and very nearby. Amazing view. We did intend to visit the city centre only for 1 day but it was all so nearby and beautiful that we stayed 2 extra days. The Twin Towers were about a 5 minute walk or so. And In the shopping mall next door you could use the subway. All very handy. And we also used the swimming pool. Nice refreshing.

Without aircond for whole night, few option for breakfast, was given option to change room but only left smoking area level. Cleanliness 3/10. Overall the room was too old and it have to be renovate to match the price and 4stars ranking.

Stayed here recently and the experience was a bit mixed. When we first checked in, the bedsheet had stains, so we had to request a room change. Even in the new room, it still wasn’t cleaned properly — under the bed clearly wasn’t vacuumed and there was visible dust. The bathroom paint also looked quite worn out, which made the overall feel a bit less pleasant.
That said, the location is definitely a plus. It’s right next to a mamak and a 7E, and just walking distance to Avenue K and KLCC, which is super convenient. Parking was smooth too, and they validated for two cars, which we really appreciated.
Overall, decent location but the cleanliness needs serious improvement.

I have stayed at Corus Hotel KLCC for many years — since my school days — and I even hold a Privilege Member card. It has always been one of my favourite hotels in KL, and I rarely miss staying here every year.
However, this recent stay was quite disappointing.
1. No sense of being a returning loyal guest
Despite being a long-time guest and a privilege member, there was nothing special prepared — no small gesture, no room upgrade, not even a simple welcome note. Other hotels like DoubleTree Damai Laut go above and beyond by upgrading rooms and offering complimentary breakfast sets, which makes guests feel valued. Unfortunately, Corus Hotel failed to deliver that same level of appreciation.
2. Poor water pressure
The water pressure was very weak, making shower time uncomfortable. This is quite surprising for a hotel that I have always trusted.
3. Unfriendly front desk
The front desk staff seemed cold and not very welcoming. A smile and warm approach make a world of difference, especially for regular guests.
I still have many good memories at Corus KLCC, and this hotel has been part of my life for a long time. But this stay left me feeling regretful and unappreciated. I truly hope the management will take this feedback seriously and restore the warm, special experience that made me loyal to Corus all these years.

A strategically located hotel in the city centre. Walking distance to the KLCC. But mind you that this is an old hotel. The rooms are dated & in dire need of refurbishment. Air conditioning is good enough. Bed & pillows are acceptable. I've seen worse but there's many other hotels with better bed.
Nevertheless, I am particularly impressed with the services & hospitality of the staff here. They are very friendly, humble & attentive. Kudos to the managers & staff.

I DID NOT STAY THERE..BUT WAS WAITING TO CATCH MY TRANSPORT (BUS)..!! THE STAFFS OF HOTEL VERY2 🤝 FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTION SIDE N BELL BOYS.!! JUST EXCELLENT N ❤️ HEART WARMING GUYS WITH THEIR CONSTANT SMILE 😇..👍👍🌹💐

Old hotel in serious need of upgrading and refurbishment… the sleeping area is fine but the toilet is in shambles. TV didn’t work. We were assigned to a non-smoking floor but our room reeked of cigarettes… my throat was itchy the whole night. My Pajamas smelled like smoke the next day… it was terrible.

I paid for 3 persons at the booking app but only got toiletries for 2 persons. The price difference is higher by RM95 too. Complained to the staff but they said in their system there is no 3 person room. After we showed them our booking details they promised to give us extra towel, but IT NEVER CAME.
Even weirder this is a four star hotel. But we didn't got any toothbrush and toothpaste. Room is quite big but small sized bed. Very dirty with old linens and mouldy shower screen. We even got attacked by a roach in the middle of a night 😭. Called the staff and the roach flew away (the staff couldn't catch it). So we slept a very uneasy and uncomfortable way.
Location is quite good as it's in the middle of the city. But not sure if I want to revisit.

Great experience provided by the hotel. Parking was free as well. The breakfast spread is also great, not only asian foods but also western food. The hotel room was clean and we were happy with it. The pool was also great!

The Szechuan fried noodles is very good, black pepper is good and broccoli tofu is average. Ming Palace signature fried noodles is ordinary and the Szechuan soup is salty.

Here with family for dim sum breakfast - food is average. Don't expect quick service as the staffs are mostly old ladies. There's basically nobody - we were the only table on a weekend. Pricing is ok for a hotel place - but don't think we'll come back again.

dine in for their dimsum buffet. just few tables occupied the restaurant. however food been served kind of slow. we dont mind to wait as long as its fresh and served hot. however after ordered 20-30 baskets of dimsum for group of 7 adults equal to 3 or 4 baskets per person. the waitress there start to sounded us for ordering so much n told us we will be charged if cant finished the ordered food. and we managed to finished everything on the table and tot of place few more baskets of dimsum however after we ordered and been waited for half and hour the food dint arrived. we asked the waitress and they said might be missed out therefore we placed another order and to our surprised nothing come also. we checked again with them and they said will check again and asked us order again!!! we patiently ordered it again n after another 15 mins they come with 2 baskets of dimsum and yet we ordered 5 baskets. then we checked again n they said all of the ordered items delivered to us. if they cant afford to do this kind of all u can eat pls dont do it n end up cheating us in such cheapskate way

Stick to the traditional mainland Chinese dishes and you will have a very good meal. The soups are superb. The seafood here is average and the dim sum is below average. I wish they would just remove the dim sum dishes from the menu -- I think business would be better if Ming Palace would define itself by sticking to a particular kind of Chinese food.
Overall: very good chefs, very good service, but management apparently views this as just another hotel restaurant. It could be much, much more.
