The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to get a taxi or Grab to KLCC. Whether you’re visiting for a holiday or a business trip, the location works well.

Right next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, so getting food and daily essentials is very convenient.

For the price per night, the room is incredibly good value. It’s spacious, clean, and suitable for families too. The lobby looks great, and overall the stay feels very worthwhile for what you pay.

The hotel also has its own restaurant and a swimming pool, which are nice added perks — although I didn’t get the chance to try them.

I would definitely come back again.

Stayed here for several times and I was happy generally about everything

Regularly stay here but this time unexpectedly system maintenance in progress with very short notice given.
I have to stay in the room without electricity from 10:00am after my morning run. Ruined my day.
Hotel should tell guests earlier not 1 hour before by sending a note under the door.
Please take note.

Large clean rooms with friendly service

We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Hotel. The room was spacious and even came with a small living area, which made it feel extra comfortable. The toilet was large too, with a separate bathtub and standing shower. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was strong – definitely a plus.

There was also a pantry area equipped with filtered water, an electric kettle, and a microwave, which was very convenient. The hotel has a pool as well, though our schedule was too packed to fully utilise it.

One thing to note is that the TV could use an upgrade, as the image wasn’t very sharp and the colours sometimes shifted. It didn’t affect us much since we were mostly on our phones anyway.

Another minor downside is that the lift doesn’t go to B1, where most of the parking lots are, so it requires a bit of extra walking.

Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay with great room space and facilities. Would consider returning!
