Hotel Signature International at Pudu in Kuala Lumpur

Stayed for 3 nights at Signature Pudulama and was quite disappointed. Breakfast options were very limited and heavily focused on Indian food, with almost no variation each day, not what you expect from an international hotel. Front desk service was poor, as I was asked to pay a double tourist tax even though it had already been paid through the booking app. The hotel also seemed understaffed, especially in the dining area where food often ran out and was left unattended. Not recommended for Indonesian travelers.

Seriously I have been stay at alot of hotels. Even 2 star hotel provides a better service than this.

Procedures : The procedure of the hotel was check out was 12 pm and check 2 pm so the 2 hour most probably room service. When I arrive on 2 pm they told us the room was still in room service process. We waited till 3.15 pm then once we voice out then they gave us the room.

Room : The room still dirty even they delay room for the service duration. TV remote control unavailable and provided only one channel. The following channel also disconnected. Room size also kinda small. No mineral water provided until we requested one. Have land-line phone but never provided contact number for emergency enquiries. Water services was interrupt on 10.30 pm and they promised us around 30 minutes will back to normal but the time already 2.00 am still no water in my room.
