Very good location near bukit bintang and jalan alor - pavilion and public transport is closed, breakfast need to improve, nice reception and helpful, clean room but you can hear voice from corridor and next room

My stay at My Hotel @ Bukit Bintang was truly pleasant. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, which made the stay smooth and comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and conveniently designed, perfect for both rest and short city stays. The location itself is a big plus, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and close to everything. As for the food, I really enjoyed it—simple, tasty, and satisfying, especially after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.

It was very accessible to a lot of malls and even in Jalan Alor. Also, the evening receptionist, Sesh was very nice and very accommodating. We appreciate him for being kind and hospitable.

The room was not clean and felt rather damp.
The breakfast, although minimal, would have been acceptable if they at least changed the menu.

Hotel nears to Alor street. Just 3 minutes walk.. Very near to Bukit Bintang Night Life, Pavilion, Lot 10, Fahrenheit. Of you are night life person, it will be a good idea to stay here.
I requested non smoking room but ends up with smokes smell room. The floor and toilet are dirty. I think the housekeepers didn't do their job accordingly.
Staffs are friendly. You can put your luggage before/after check in/out.

Food is decent for the price of RM 50 during weekday lunch. Mainly serves Malaysian fare, such as Roti Canai, various kinds of Chinese and Malay soups, roast duck Chinese style, steam chicken, various kinds of kuihs and desserts.

we came there because of the good ratings. The service was ok, but the food was really bad, bad flavored (or they didn't put any spices in the food) and fatty ... we were very disappointed.

Fantastic dishes served with very attentive staff. The Bryani buffet serve every Friday during lunch is a top notch! Delicious food! Kudos!

I stayed here for just under 1 month and was very happy. Clean, safe, homely and friendly staff. Especially the front desk manager, Jenny. Jenny went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing hotel, very unique experience. I loved their breakfast (although choices were limited). They have an amazing Spa on site. It is one if the most unique looking hotels I've personally ever been at.

Great massage and great service.
Overall massage and service was good and competitively priced, definitely worth a visit if your body is aching and have some time to spare.
The atmosphere is great and the staff are patient and accommodating. 👍🏻

The massage is good and masseuses are very friendly, skillful and the ambience is conducive. I have repeated visits more than 10 times to this place for foot reflexology and upper body massage. One of the most recommended. Just bear in mind, good places always crowded. Hence, please call and book early prior to visit.

I went for the massage. It's a Thai massage. The place is well decorate and the ambience is good. But the massage is SUPER GOOD. EXCELLENT! I am looking for male therapist but they were fully booked, then I asked for strong pressure female therapist. Her number is 13. She was strong enough and the pressure is all on point. My friend also got female therapist and he was really satisfied as well. The therapists were well trained and professional. They are having promotion right now, RM78 for 90 minutes!!!

Great Spanish restaurant, has 3 types of Sangria, I've tried rose one which was nice. We had the crispy pork knuckle the portion was quite big two of us couldn't finish at all. Friendly staff, and nice ambience .

It is a shame to only give 3 stars. The service was good, the atmosphere is fine, the beer was excellent.
The suckling pig experience is good, the spiel, the smashing of plates.
The trouble is, the food isn't that good. The pig is fatty, boney and a bit tough. I have eaten suckling pig in Madrid. This is a copy, but not a good one.
