Our 4th Stay!! Definitely coming back again! Love how simple and straightforward service by the hotel staff. Check-in was breeze. Requested for late checkout till 1pm was approved as non-peak season. Our flight was late at night. Baggage was safely kept at the hotel lobby while we walked around again for our last minute shopping and eatries. Breakfast was simple and nice. Housekeeping did a gd job. Room was cleaned. Front desk was helpful. Security guard greeted us each time we leave the building. What else can I say! Definitely a great stay! Thank you Hotel Royal KL!

Location was excellent walking distanced to shopping like lot 10/ pavilion and other shops restaurants, bukit bingtang station aa well as jalan alor street food and the 24 hour massage street. I loved the location and hotel was clean the only thing they missed is providing conditioner in the bathroom. I didn’t use facilities in the hotel as I was only there one night and room was comfortable as well as the mattress. It was good value for money too given the location.

I stayed at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur for two nights and found it to be a very practical choice for a short city stay. The biggest advantage is the location in Bukit Bintang — close to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport, which made moving around Kuala Lumpur easy.
The Deluxe room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a good bed and enough space to relax after a day in the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff handled everything professionally.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money considering its central location. A solid option if you want to stay right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur without overpaying.

Near to shopping malls and Jalan Alor food street. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang monorail station. A lot of eateries around the hotel. Highly recommended.

Loved my experience at this hotel! For the price, it is an absolute steal.
There is literally nothing I can complain about. It met all the standards of a classy hotel.
So normal check-in is at 3pm. I got to the hotel at 10am and they gave me the room right away at no extra charge. Gee at the front desk was very helpful.
The rooms are quiet, the AC works well and they have a modern shower.
The gym is small but has decent amount of equipment. Pool is really nice.
Laundry is relatively cheap at 4-5 Ringit per piece.
Another huge plus, the location. It is so close to Jalan Alor Market, Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang monorail. All within 5 min walk.

Hotel location close to MRT station. Hotel next to lot10, few minutes walk to pavilion,sg wang and starhills. Hotel around here have a lots of eateries. Friendly helpful staff at lobby concierge. Spacious room, clean and neat. Will come back again when next KL trip.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur during my business trip. The location is extremely convenient — just a short walk to Pavilion, Lot 10, and Bukit Bintang MRT station, making it easy to explore the city or go shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Although the hotel is slightly older, it’s well-maintained and offers great value for its central location. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.😎

I love the location. Less than five minutes walk to Sg Wang, Lot10, Star Hills. Around 10 minutes walk to Pavilion/TRX. So convenient. Smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang Area.
The room is spacious, very comfortable and equipped with iron and hair dryer. Conmplete with toiletteries and coffee tea. Hotel staff is very warm, attentive and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff, Farhad for cleaning our room nicely.
Breakfast buffer has a good selection and ample seating. The vibe is chill and relaxing, so nice for our stay in KL.
I will come back to Royal Hotel and I recommend the rest to give this hotel a try.
