In reality, there was gecko droppings all over the room, the kitchen was not clean, the forks and spoons were of poor quality, it was so hot during the day that the air conditioner did not work, the shower water kept getting stronger and weaker, and the room door did not lock when I went out. Because there was droppings, I washed all the dishes and pots carefully before using them. Only hot water comes out of the tap. The pool is murky. The washing machine is outdoors and is surprisingly moldy, so much so that I hesitated to use it. In the middle of the night, I could hear the croaking of a lizard or a gecko right next to me. I was woken up by the loud sound of rain hitting the roof. I booked this place because it had a good rating, but it was the most disappointing accommodation of my trip. Payment was made in cash (all other places were paid by credit card) and they did not give me a receipt. I could not contact them after the stay. It may have been good until a few years ago, but I think it is not good that the rating is not updated properly because there is no one to stay and write reviews. I can't help but feel deceived. For the same price you can get a much nicer apartment near Kuah.
