We had the most incredible stay at Nova Maldives — truly a dream vacation in every sense of the word. From start to finish, the service by every single team member stood out above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. What made this trip so special wasn’t just the stunning island, but the people who made every moment feel personal and unforgettable. A huge thank you to Hannah from Soul Kitchen and Mizu Teppanyaki. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful — even helping us plan and book our activities for the next day just through a casual conversation during dinner. She also noticed my husband was struggling a bit with the heat after our activities and kindly brought over cold towels without us even asking. It’s that level of care that truly sets Nova apart. Our private teppanyaki experience with Farhan was unforgettable. Despite it being just the two of us, he brought so much energy, humor, and skill to the session. He made it feel lively and special, and we had such a great time. Shiyaan from Aquaholics made our ocean adventures absolutely magical. He ensured we got to see manta rays — a dream come true — and during our jet ski session, he brought us out to spot dolphins and even to a sandbank, all in one trip. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we felt safe and well taken care of out at sea. We’re also so grateful to Jaleel, the F&B Manager, who took time during Holhuashi to teach us traditional Maldivian games — such a fun and unique cultural experience. He was also very attentive to our dietary needs and allergies throughout our stay, which we deeply appreciated. Shaamy, the Resort Manager, was equally amazing. Not only did he join in teaching us the games, but he also took time out again on our last day to join us when we invited him for another round. We ended up spending over an hour playing and chatting — it made us feel incredibly special and cared for. Lastly, Aiman from FOH was so thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. He went out of his way to bring out the Holhuashi games for us when they weren’t readily available, gave us great snorkeling tips (we saw sea turtles thanks to him!), and showed incredible honesty by quickly finding us to return extra cash we had accidentally overpaid. Beyond the people, we loved how much there was to experience — from cultural activities and cooking sessions, to relaxing spa treatments, amazing food experiences, arts activities, and of course the water sports. Every day felt full, yet perfectly balanced. This was truly a dream vacation, and Nova Maldives has set a new standard for us when it comes to hospitality. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories — and we are already looking forward to coming back again.

Our stay at Nova Maldives was nothing short of incredible, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional care and service we received—even after we had already returned home. During our stay, I unfortunately lost my phone. The staff immediately went above and beyond to help me search for it around the island, showing genuine care and dedication. Even after I returned to Korea, they continued to follow up via WhatsApp, and eventually informed me that my phone had been found. Thanks to their effort and honesty, I was able to safely receive it back in Korea. This level of after-service is something I have never experienced before, and it left a deep impression on me. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mari, Kevin and Thoo, who were incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Beyond this experience, everything about Nova was simply wonderful. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing honeymoon. The diving center was fantastic—we were lucky enough to see two whale sharks during the tour, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The tour itself was exciting and well-organized, and the scuba diving session was equally amazing. Thanks to the professional and friendly guides, we were able to create unforgettable memories. We also highly recommend dinner at Flames restaurant. The steak was delicious, the atmosphere was stunning, and the wine recommendations were excellent. Nova Maldives gave us a truly happy and memorable honeymoon, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you once again to the entire team for your warmth and care.

The hotel is a 20-minute seaplane ride from the airport. We arrived at 10:00 AM and waited about half an hour before boarding. The hotel allowed us to check in early, which was very satisfying. All the staff were friendly and reassuring. As for the main restaurant, Soul Kitchen, the ingredients were average, but the chef's dedication was evident. However, the cleanliness of the food storage area, which was plagued by insects, needs improvement. The price list for water activities can be found on the official website. The beach villas require outdoor showers and restrooms, but they are definitely a cost-effective option! There were various small insects along the way, but that's unavoidable when you're out in nature.

Our stay at Nova Maldives was absolutely incredible – a true slice of paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect: the stunning overwater villas, the pristine beaches, the crystal-clear waters, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing staff. A special mention goes to Yoga, the exceptional bartender who made our experience even more memorable. Nova Maldives was one of the best stays I have had. The Beach Pool Villa was amazing and so private. The pool overlooks the ocean and relaxing in it while looking at the beach was heavenly. We had the buffet for all our meals and it was amazing. They have some wonderful allergen free options too. Our family has some dietary restrictions and we had no issues at all. The Lamb Biriyani there is amazing and so were the dumplings. There is always crepes and waffles for breakfast with a great variety of toppings. There are some lovely entertainment options too. The resort has a clinic which we had to use when we had a small emergency and their service was wonderful.

I love it.. the island, the food, the stuff .. everything was great. My husband was playing football everyday with the stuff at 17 and he met so many great people there. I loved bend in Winks , Yoga that was working in the pool bar .. we really had best time ever in Nova Maldives

We visited for our honeymoon and it was really beautiful and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were a few bugs in the beach villa but they disinfected it. The beach villa has an outdoor bathroom so please keep that in mind. The water villa was really pretty and the water was clear. Solis' yoga was always smiling and welcoming, and the drinks he made were all really delicious. Thanks to Sian and Jerry from the dive center, we had a lot of fun snorkeling with manta rays. It was my first time snorkeling and I saw a lot of manta rays! I would like to thank Siyaan and Jerry for their kind guidance and video recording. It was a really happy honeymoon. I want to go again!
