The rooms are clean enough and the cleaners do a decent job.
The hotel itself is surrounded by corporate hotels and the owners have tried to buy expensive looking furniture and expensive looking tiles and wallpaper but fitted it all on the cheap. If you can see past that it’s ok.
The staff was rude and unprofessional, with an awful attitude whatever question we would ask. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests.
I will never stay here again and would advise others to stay far away until they sort out these issues.

This hotel is unsafe and dangerous,
Last night a group of guys run riot on the 3rd floor, kicking the doors, screaming, shouting, banging for nearly 3 hours, receptionist /security was sitting down stairs when all this was happening. I had to phone the receptionist twice and had to go out to try and stop this. The receptionist wasn't assertive enough, guys had zero respect for him, the hotel, and the people who was staying there, imagine if your daughter walked into this madness or anyone. This is my worst stay at a hotel and I travel considerably. Every night there is banging and shouting, you cannot get sleep here. You should be able to relax in your room you have paid for but you cannot here. I've asked to speak to the manager twice but nothing. This hotel is a disgrace. If the manager would like to discuss this matter I'm in room 310.
