The bedroom was nice and spacious, and the bed was so huge and soft, we slept so well every night. The water pressure in the shower was also nice and strong.
The buffet breakfast had a decent spread and caters for special dietary requirements, with different milks, and plenty of vegetarian friendly foods.
The bedroom was nice and spacious, and the bed was so huge and soft, we slept so well every night. The water pressure in the shower was also nice and strong.
The buffet breakfast had a decent spread and caters for special dietary requirements, with different milks, and plenty of vegetarian friendly foods.
However, the service is disastrous. Each day we had to call the Service centre as some of towels were always missed after room cleaning. It made us question the process and management of the Hotel.
The shower water cannot be drained smoothly so the water overflowed outside, even after the repairing.
The Bathroom is ridiculously designed as if you stand before the Washbasin the door has to be closed, but if another people wants get in the door will strike the people inside.
The worst is the reception ladies, with none of service attitude, talking among them and without caring of the clients, even you stand in front of them.
