We enjoyed our honeymoon at the Long Beach resort. The hotel is superb. Beaches are beautiful. Snorkelling is great. The food was brilliant and delicious. All staff are lovely, very friendly and very attentive from the waiters and waitresses to the cleaners. Singh in particular is great, and Always provided us a brilliant service. We were highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s perfect for a romantic holiday, but equally we saw how good it is for children. And definitely highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel with great food. Sapori, the Italian restaurant is our favourite and Jashriya was also a brilliant waitress. Tides restaurant on the beach is equally as good.
We really enjoyed the calm and peacefulness of the hotel although it was fully booked apparently everyone was spread out nicely. Plenty of sunbeds always available and always availability at the restaurants, at no point did the hotel feel crowded.

Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Mukul and Rohit were excellent servers — very friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made the experience even better.
Our breakfast experience has been wonderful thanks to our server, Yusrah. She is always cheerful, friendly, and provides excellent service with a big smile.
What really stands out is that she remembers our coffee order every morning, which is such a thoughtful and personal touch. Yusrah brings great energy and humor to the breakfast service and truly makes the start of our day special. Thank you for the fantastic service!
We had Samia as our server several times during our stay, both at breakfast and at lunch in the Tides restaurant. She was always very happy, funny, and full of positive energy. Her great attitude really made the meals more enjoyable. Samia was also attentive and made us feel very welcome every time. A wonderful server who truly made our experience better.

It is the 4th time that we go at Long Beach Hotel and were truly impressed by the exceptional service throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly warm, professional and attentive. The teams at the Italian restaurant and Le Marché were fantastic, especially Hemma, Hena and Yusrah who were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to assist.
The dining experience at Chopsticks restaurant was also excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and Rohit made the experience even more memorable. He was very welcoming, attentive to his clients, always smiling and consistently provided a true 5-star service.
The Kids Club and Teens Club were also outstanding, offering a great variety of activities that all the children thoroughly enjoyed. A special thank you to Stephanie, Gaelle and the rest of the team who were incredibly caring, dedicated, attentive and wonderful with the kids. Out little one really enjoyed the glass-bottom boat experience to see many kind of fish in the sea.
I also had the opportunity to admire the sunrise by the beach, which was absolutely breathtaking — truly a “wow” moment and a beautiful way to start our holiday.

I had an amazing experience with this spa package. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The massage was incredibly relaxing. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. And special thanks to Camila, Mela, and Tahiril for this incredible spa experience. And i also want to thank the restaurant team Neha, Jenny, Manav, and Virgine for the warm welcome and friendly talks and also for the delicious food served.

Positive points: A very beautiful 5-star hotel with a huge, lovely pool and an adults-only pool. Beautiful beach with fine white sand. The Japanese restaurant Hasu and the beach restaurant Tides were excellent!
Negative points: The buffets weren't varied enough, mostly the same Mauritian dishes, very few grilled options besides fish, lots of salads but no variety of appetizers. At the breakfast buffet, there was no fresh fruit juice, not even fresh orange juice; you had to pay extra. The staff, Indian, weren't very welcoming and only spoke English! The waitresses' and waiters' uniforms were very dirty, especially since they were white (management should provide them with more uniforms). We didn't get to try the Asian restaurant, which was a shame! The Italian restaurant was so-so! The spa is magnificent but very expensive. There were cobwebs under the bedside tables. The armchairs and sun loungers need cleaning!
The cocktails need improvement.
