In November 2025, our family vacationed in Mauritius. We stayed at the Paradis Beachcomber Hotel in a Junior Suite. We'd like to highlight the wonderful location, the superb clean beach (front line), and the magnificent coastal area with crystal-clear water and exotic fish. Separated from the ocean by a reef, the beach is never stormy. However, the waves do rage beyond the reef. The hotel staff is attentive and well-trained. We'd especially like to mention Mr. Poliah, who, along with his attentiveness, demonstrated his sparkling humor. The room is cleaned twice a day. Bathrobes, slippers, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker are provided. Tea bags and coffee are always replenished. In addition to the wonderful and varied cuisine, we were impressed by the atmosphere at dinner, where guests appeared in their best clothes and in good spirits. The musical evenings, featuring original bands with a varied and stunning program, were also memorable. Our hotel fee included breakfast and dinner. This was quite sufficient, as there was no time for lunch. We spent a lot of time exploring the island. It turned out to be quite easy to book excursions, which is exactly what we did. We also rented a car through Localtravel. They delivered it to the hotel, and we left it there. The wonderful island, the stunning nature, and the friendly locals made for a wonderful vacation.

Mauritius has the hottest sun, the most beautiful birdsong, and the nature. The views are stunning. The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only issue is the restaurant; it might be difficult for those on a diet. The staff didn't really know what gluten-free pasta was, and every evening we had to explain it and why we needed it. Breakfasts and dinners were varied, but lunch was often a bore. And those are the only downsides. Everything else was amazing. The beach, the ocean, the atmosphere—everything was perfect!

Paradis Beachcomber – An unforgettable 30th anniversary stay

We don’t usually book luxury holidays, but for our 30th wedding anniversary we wanted somewhere special – and Paradis Beachcomber exceeded every expectation.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was flawless and the setting breathtaking, with the golf course on one side and the sea on the other. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking the gardens and it was huge, well-designed, wonderfully clean and only a minute from the beach. The ground-floor terrace was a real bonus.

The food was exceptional throughout our stay. The buffet at Le Brabant was varied and high quality, and the à la carte restaurants (Zest, Blue Marlin and La Ravanne) were outstanding – genuinely fine dining with relaxed, friendly service. Rangoli at the sister hotel Dinarobin was a highlight and served one of the best Indian meals we’ve ever had.

Facilities were excellent: snorkelling, boat trips, a lovely large pool, spa treatments, gym and even golf lessons. Everything was easy to book and stress-free.

Most of all, the staff were incredible – warm, professional and genuinely proud of their hotel. They made our anniversary truly memorable.

If you’re celebrating something special, we can’t recommend Paradis Beachcomber highly enough. We already want to return!

We had an amazing time. What a wonderful hotel and place. The beaches, watersports, sports, spa, rooms, restaurants and bars were all fantastic. And lovely staff. There is also masses to do around the island - incredible sea life, lots of exploring, hills to climb and so much more. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at La Paradis hotel. The hotel has one of the most beautiful beaches and views in Mauritius . The staff is very welcoming , professional and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and boasts beautiful views! The different cuisines and restaurants offers an international experience. Great sports activities as well Sanjeet was very helpful at the sports centre as well. Great management team as well! Coming back for sure!!

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The management was excellent ,professional and made sure everything was well organized. The animation team was also amazing and added so much fun to our stay. Clearly THE most beautiful coastlines in the country, an endless, pristine lagoon with crystal clear shades of blue, y white sand and the majestic Le Morne Brabant as a breath-taking backdrop. What truly sets this experience apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team, from Guest Relations to the beach staff, shows genuine care and attentiveness, making you feel valued at every moment. The room was impeccably maintained and in top-notch condition, and the culinary experience was outstanding especially at Zest Restaurant, which was simply exquisite. We felt warmly welcomed and truly special throughout this memorable stay. A heartfelt thank you to Laura form Guest Relations, Jean Daniel at Zest Restaurant, and Emilio from mobile beach bar, with a special mention to the maintenance and housekeeping teams for their excellent work.

My family and I had an amazing stay for 3 days. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the team and Kevin specifically took care of us. He took us on a small tour and even took pictures of us as well with a beautiful view. The atmosphere in the hotel altogether was relaxed and peaceful. And anytime you needed something, the team was ready to help. It was an absolute pleasure to meet different members of staffs and the treatment was the same from each and everyone, smiles, small talks, recommendations, polite, nothing less. We were driven to our rooms, the rooms and bathrooms were both immaculate, clean and spacious. My dad had a knee injury and Kevin kindly directed my dad to the infirmary. As for dinners, we were welcomed and well taken care. Mr William, Beekhary and Vanee specifically took great care of us during our dinners for 3 days. Food was absolutely amazing, big thank you to the Chefs and sous chefs. Well done! We had scrumptious spreads on all 3 days. The staffs during breakfast were also very attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone for the amazing time you showed us and we will come back for sure. Returned to Paradis Beachcomber after 3 years and it didn't disappoint! The kids' club is still a 10/10—thank you Sharon and team. The food is truly a highlight; the variety is incredible and the pastry selection is world-class. The new Indian restaurant at Dinarobin is also absolutely gorgeous.
The only "bémol" is the golf. Unlike other resorts, green fees aren't free, and the carts are nearly double the price of other courses. Most frustratingly, if you are a Mauritian resident and a paying hotel guest, the green fee is actually more expensive! No water or towels provided either.
Incredible stay for the kids and the food, but the golf is very disappointing.
