Room - comfortable. Service - terrific once you befriended the servers. Location - a bit secluded, boat taxi across the canal (i think) is fabulous. The hotel is warm as it lacks air conditioning in the hallway and other public areas, but you get used to it quickly. The building is rather short, only three floors, with no elevators. Even numbered rooms have the waterfront view, while odd numbered rooms face the carpark.

We had 5 star experience from this 4 star hotel. Merci Esha for arranging a ground floor room when my wife's ankle had issues. Merci Atish and team for ongoing attentiveness with the dining experience. Merci Manish and team for quick friendly housekeeping needs. To all other staff...merci for making our stay memorable.

Came to celebrate my birthday and I stayed for 1 night on their half-board package. From the moment I checked in I felt very well taken cared of. Meetun showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the hotel, a very well done to him.👏🏾 Dinner was amazing, I was served by Sailesh who gave me a warm welcome and always checked up on me which I appreciated. Special thanks to Atish as well who made sure I was alright during Dinner and breakfast, and made sure I had a lovely table for 1. The food was excellent, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend maybe a curry for dinner as that is the only thing I felt was missing from dinner last night.

The classic rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Their were tiny sugar ants near the coffee/tea section however they did not bother me but it would be good to mitigate this.

Another special thanks to Skipper John who I had a lovely chat with as he crossed me over to the Caudan side. As well as the lovely receptionists who received me well and sent me off. Overall I had a 10/10 stay. Cannot wait to come back again!

Strategic location however the hotel facilities need to be upgraded.
Hotel management should look into avoiding the stray cats in the restaurant outdoor area.

I paid USD $ 392 for two nights during weekdays. At this price point, the hotel met my expectations. The location is superb, and they provide a water taxi to reach the other side of the waterfront. The downside was that the towels in the bathroom didn’t feel good — they were clean but not white, possibly faded over time. The hotel should replace them as soon as possible. I ended up using my own towels

I stayed in Port Louis for business and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding level of service. Everything from the room quality to the staff's attentiveness deserved a top score.

The standout was undoubtedly Atish. He was fantastic—incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to provide us with anything we needed and had a wonderful way of making us feel at home. His efforts, supported by a great team, made our trip truly memorable. Thank you, Atish!

The location in Port Louis is stunning, overlooking the port. Music plays in the evenings, and there's a bar where you can relax. The soundproofing between rooms is very good; you can hear your neighbors...

! At the reception desk, there was an intrusive, incompetent young employee, apparently about 15 or 16 years old. He had no idea what the rules of etiquette were, and he literally barged into the room while my girlfriend was working on a video call. He started pacing around the room in the background, talking loudly in his own language, and pointing to the parking lot. After that, he insistently demanded that I move my car to another spot and return the keys to the room. I handed him my car keys. When I went out to pick him up a few minutes later, I saw him driving poorly, mixing up the gears, hitting the gas in a small parking lot right in front of me and hitting some bushes, literally jumping up on the curb, miraculously not damaging my car, and parking terribly crookedly, taking up two spaces, forcing me to repark my car behind him!

The shower room had a closed door, and the handle was covered in mold and mildew. They were very poor at cleaning the shower room. The sink faucet was incredibly inconvenient; it was impossible to wash your hands because the faucet was positioned so low. The refrigerator was very small and smelled bad. The menu in the room was wrinkled and stained with wine—how could anyone even put something like that in there? The bed smelled of something, probably chemicals.

Poor service and the food is average. Do not let the decor of the cafe lure you in.

Very good pizza but extremely expensive.

The staff are just absent, chit chatting and don't pay attention to clients. They don't seem to care with their tourist clientele who will only go there once, whilst on holiday. The day will come when people are more knowledgeable through services likely trip advisor and Google maps, they will have to change or dissappear, probably not more than 2 years and they may shut down or forced to rebrand.

Went today to see the menu and was asking a waitress what do they have... she just replied in a RUDE and BAD way to go away to Super U... This is completely unacepptable and not professional at all, won't go there again.

Dreadful service, even before we got seated - rude and obnoxious waiter - my advice go somewhere else.
