Beautiful hotel right in Port Louis. Great location if you want to stay in Port Louis and explore. The central market is a short walk and has great shopping.
The hotel itself is located right by a shopping center and has many different shops for souvenirs, art, etc.
The rooms itself were great and many have a view of the port. The amenities were also great - we needed to shower after our checkout and were able to shower in the lounge. There are two showers there that are well kept. The hotel also connects to Le Suffren using a water taxi which is extremely convenient if you want to go between the two. Highly recommend staying here in Mauritius!

Went for Christmas Dinner on the 24th at the restaurant.
Great location and ambiance, service was very nice with all the waiters supervisors personnally attending to each and every table. kuddos to the service team for their dedication!
however, i found the food overrated (in terms of quality and price). great variety and lots of choice, but lacking the WOW effect. nice cocktails though!

Memorable stay! Outstanding assistance from Mr. Vikash Teepoo with the reservation, and excellent service from Ms. Sephora and Ms. Fanny. The room and hotel atmosphere were perfect. I absolutely loved the massage session with Ms. Angie - her skills and techniques are brilliant. Room service was impressively quick and fully reflecting the 5-star standard. The food was succulent, and to top it all off, I was surprised with a birthday cake in my room. Truly a delightful experience!

I ordered an old time favorite - eggs Benedict from Tricia and asked for tomato on top. Instead I was brought the Benedict with flame roasted tomato and it was the most wonderful addition to my Benedict experience!!! Thank you Tricia and Vissen for expanding my culinary scope:)))

We stopped for lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The staff were very kind and attentive, providing excellent service. The atmosphere was perfect—elegant, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.

AVOID BY ALL MEANS
I was the victim of theft of a gold necklace by a staff member (probably a member of the cleaning staff). This unacceptable situation has not yet been resolved. I will take legal action and publicize the matter if this valuable item is not returned to me within 24 hours.

It's an old hotel with very good location. Service standards are very good. The room does need renovation and room lighting should be improved.

The staff are just absent, chit chatting and don't pay attention to clients. They don't seem to care with their tourist clientele who will only go there once, whilst on holiday. The day will come when people are more knowledgeable through services likely trip advisor and Google maps, they will have to change or dissappear, probably not more than 2 years and they may shut down or forced to rebrand.

Went today to see the menu and was asking a waitress what do they have... she just replied in a RUDE and BAD way to go away to Super U... This is completely unacepptable and not professional at all, won't go there again.

Disgusting food!!! Tasteless food!!! Not at all living up to its name. It’s like a big turn off for foodie indians like us to wait for half an hour and finally be treated with such bad in taste food. And dont even feel like stating how we felt that we had to pay such high prices for this food. Never to be recommended!

I went to Namaste at So Flo with my family. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman and as we were great fan of Indian food we wanted to give it a try.
However we were very disappointed by service
We waited ten minutes to get menu
All other guest get apalam upon arrival except us
We waited 45 minutes to get our meal.
Food was decent but no woah effect.
Naan seems to have been put in microwave
Food is overprice
Service is average
I would not recommend Namaste at So Flo to anybody and i will never go there again
