Very clean and great friendly staff!!

Nice affordable hotel

23.11.2025 jose

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. The young woman who checked us in was very attentive, as we arrived a little before check-in time and she told us that since the rooms were ready, she would let us go in. That was so appreciated. As we were leaving very early the next day, she gave us a light lunch since breakfast was included [at another hotel that included breakfast, they didn't give us anything]. Here, they were incredibly kind. I think I've found my favorite hotel for when I travel by plane, as they also offer a shuttle service and are very punctual. I highly recommend it.

08.11.2025 Guest

We had no way to contact the hotel, as they only had a phone number, and if you're from another country, you can't make calls. They need a WhatsApp contact or at least an email address to request airport transfers. Because of this same problem, we spent over an hour waiting for the transfer outside the airport in the freezing cold; it was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was poor, slow, and constantly failing.

27.09.2025 Guest

Excellent service from the staff, the room was spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious. In addition, it has an excellent location for people like us who attend concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.

01.05.2025 Guest

Generally speaking, it is good. If you arrive at night and need an airport bus to pick you up, you can call the front desk and they will arrange a bus to go to Gate 4 of Terminal 1. Pay attention to the hotel name on the bus.

27.04.2024 Guest

The room was average. Due to travel issues, we negotiated with the front desk to pay a deposit for 6 nights in advance, so that we could cancel at midnight. But on the day of check-out after 5 nights, they kept making excuses, saying that they needed to consult the boss and send an email to explain the details. They refused to refund us in cash, saying that they would refund our credit card within 15 working days. We tried every means to communicate, and even contacted Ctrip customer service, but they were perfunctory, saying that we had no reservation record, and Ctrip did not put any pressure on us. I was disappointed with the hotel and Ctrip.

close to the airport with shuttle bus service

21.02.2024 Guest

The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great!
Facilities: The facilities are very good.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, and staff take the initiative to clean it every day.
Environment: The environment is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants around.
Service: The service is very good.

The king room was smaller than advertised and very noisy, so I had to ask for a room change. The gym is small and stuffy with old equipment. The breakfast choices were limited and the omelet was smelly. No lactose free milk available, when I asked for it the staff pointed to the skimmed milk.
The wait time for the shuttle is way too long. Waited 1,5 hour long and had to get in touch several times with the staff as they kept changing the pick up tine. Not what you expect after after a 24 hours plus journey.
