Comes with breakfast and is the simple local Mexican style. Good to keep full and budget. Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Simple amenities except toothbrush. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of places. Value for money. Behind Hilton hotel. Weak air conditioning.

It’s very simple and ok for a Night or two. The breakfast was not good and the whole Lobby area is Kind of grim. Staff at the reception was not helpful or friendly. Location is convenient

Excellent location... An invitation for pleasant walks to explore the surroundings, such as the Zócalo square and the Bellas Artes museum.

Great location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved (we found ants in the room and bathroom). The room was very small. The buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor room where it was very cold. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs without ham (they were made for the buffet with ham), and I was told I would have to pay extra.

The station was close by and access to tourist attractions was good.
Breakfast was either chilaquiles or bread.
I think it was clean.

The bathroom fixture in the room is broken, and a privacy curtain was requested from the hotel staff for the main window of the room, but it was not installed. The room number is 901.

The location is excellent, just steps away from Chinatown Central Park and the subway station. The main square is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast selection is slightly wider than usual, and the corn chips are delicious. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I don't really know what to think, some American chains are actually better in Mexico (see the nearby Carl's Jr) and some are much worse. Unfortunately this falls under that category.

11 herbs and spices people! I've eaten KFC my whole life. I know what it's suppose to taste like and what they are serving isn't it.
