By far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at from start to finish. At check-in the person at the front desk was clearly sick, not only that he was trying to over charge me. Another receptionist had to step in to correct. The rooms are also very humid and smell awful. There is clearly a ventilation issue. There were water stains all over. And finally, I had an early morning flight, I was repeatedly reassured there would be a taxi or uber available. Well come morning there was nothing available, when I asked the receptionist for help, he scolded me saying I should have booked a taxi the previous night. I let him know his colleagues assured me something would be available and if he could help as I was having no luck on my own. He said no. A dishwasher who happened to be walking by was more helpful than the receptionist and the bellhop who was sitting at the outdoor restaurant watching to TikTok videos. I ended taking a taxi from the hotel across the street.

Sheets were dirty when we arrived, we had to call to change all bed covers.
Besides that, the price is fare.

Room 124 had shower problems. The water pressure had it so half the water came out
The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water.

Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gets 10 stars.

Wish breakfast was included.

The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and huge variety. The staff was super friendly and willing to please.

Yes, but the shower didn’t have any water pressure at all and was dripping could not take a normal shower…..

It was a comfortable room with a balcony that faced a large quadrangle. Housekeeping was on point. Reception and check out were a breeze. Nice!

The entire hotel feels more like a 3-star property. The interior has not been refurbished, and the rooms lack basic amenities such as a minibar and microwave. The towels are old, and the coffee is very poor in quality. I don’t feel that the price matches the amenities provided in the room.
My room still had stickers on the windows, and I had no view throughout my stay. There are no USB connectors available, which is inconvenient. The common areas also look outdated and untidy.
