Very good hotel for the price I paid. However my room didn’t have a window to the outside, just a corridor, so I had to keep it close all time. The worse part is that there is no hot water in the mornings. Otherwise it is fine.

Room is great, cleaning staff do a good job.
Tried the breakfast at the hotel and it's great, nice, friendly staff.
I got in early and I was allowed early check in, muchas gracias! 😊
Location is also great and near the Sta Lucia park.

Location is perfect, and the personnel is very nice, however it is dated and needs upgrades/maintenance , also we had issues with keys not working and had to go to reception continuously to reprogram them.

I liked the proximity to key historical areas in the city like the Cathedral and Plaza Santa Lucia. There are several traditional restaurants offering excellent food and great prices.

It's a nice hotel, check-in and check-out are really fast.

Something that I didn't like, it was that the room has not chest of drawers to keep clothes.

Perfect location; all the places I wanted to go to were walkable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bathroom facilities all in great working order…hot water, strong flow. The pool was pretty and well maintained. Breakfast was mediocre…literally that’s the only thing I’d change but next year I’ll stay here again.

Good location, however, we were surprised to find an air conditioner in the room when we arrived, as seen in one of the photos. It was very noisy at night, and the next day when we returned to the hotel (after going for a walk), it was gone. We had left the "do not disturb" sign, but a service representative came in, and that surprised us because we weren't expecting it. The room was still messy, so it wasn't even cleaned. The hot water took a while to come on. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Just stopped for a drink, but had some small plates. Super nice staff. Mayan dishes, cool courtyard and awesome mural.

Friendly and engaging staff make this place a pleasure to eat in. The quality of the food was excellent. Not fussy or elaborate, but the ingredients were prime and the taste very good. There is a choice of seating inside, or in an open-air courtyard with fans to keep you cool. The WiFi worked well. Good prices. I can't give it 5 stars because although the decor was unique and interesting, it was a little tired compared to other establishments close by, and I wasn't really feeling the plastic chairs added anything. However, you won't be dissapointed by the food and service.

Service was exceptional, food was decent but the portion was incredibly small. I got the ravioli and they give you 5 small ravioli peices. I don't think you could have even consider it an appetizer it was so small. Definitely not worth the price.

Pasta was alright. Pizza was not. Far from it. On top of things they basically impose a 15% tip. Not trying to be cheap here, but in Mexico you are free to add as much tip as you like and considering that the pizza was sub-par I found 15% excessive. Attentive service, but overpriced food.

Pizza was terrible, had nothing to do with pizza in terms of flavour/structure. Pasta was ok-ish. Overprized for the quality it delivers.
