Room was ok, AC didn’t work
So they moved us to another room .

Terrible roaches the guy didn’t respect my reservation doors got filled up for years

Horrible service, we called to ask for rooms available they said to book online. Once we arrived the front ladies and supervisor did not greets us, did not ask for reservation info, didn’t even look at us to help. Said they were busy and they would help us in a minute. Minutes passed by and no one gave us service. We asked multiple times if they could check for the rooms and they can’t do anything on the computer, you have to do everything online.

Very nice hotel for the price.

Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.

Hotel is near to city center, free car parking, walking distance. Hotel is okay if you not picky, as can see its age.

Cleaning and maintenance crew are great and friendly. Front am staff especially the younger girl didn’t make my check in feel welcomed! Not very friendly or engaging! Rooms are terribly outdated but you pay for what you get! Pruebe was no form of floor shower towel when getting out of the shower.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the historic sights of the city center. The hotel room left me with mixed feelings: on the one hand, a good bed, but on the other hand, the condition of everything else is very old, there is no refrigerator, safe or cutlery in the room.

I wanted to give the hotel a try, but everything went from bad to worse.
1. It took them about an hour to get us a room because they said the payment hadn't been reflected and they wanted to charge us again (it was booked a week before).
2. Our room key didn't work, so they had to replace it (room 404).
3. The air conditioning didn't cool properly, the beds were hard and full of bugs. It was impossible to sleep because something bit us all over our bodies. The bathroom was dirty.
4. The internet was out on the second day.
Overall, the hotel is run down. The only things that stand out are its good location and its garden.

Staff is very nice and professional, 5 stars, however, there was no warm water and the window from the bathroom cannot be closed, and I am pretty sure someone entered when I was out because when I returned there was a small empty bottle of Bacardi out of the window
