The pool needs to keep up as the tiles that has been unsticking can hurt someone. The room needs at least 2 more towels for over 2 guests.
I liked the room space, bathroom too. Nice putdoors.
Otherwise comfortable if barebones room. Does not have towels, cups, coat hangers in room ready, so need to ask. Parking available, but if outside of opening hours (and Sundays) will require staff to open each time

Oh and the water pressure is great and there is really hot water for those who like to burn themselves alive while taking a shower (I prefer warm water. Haha! One more thing: they have a sign that they do not do refunds
We booked this place super last minute. We had a reservation at a different hotel two blocks away but it was. We took a chance on this one and wow. Clean, friendly staff, and calm
There was a little noise from the workers in the morning, while they were cleaning but I was already awake so it did not bother me. Parking is free but not attached to the hotel

Rather tired decor and variable quality towels. Some issues with the breakfast options - hotel and linked restaurant need to explain this better but otherwise tasty and staff do try
Just note that this is a basic hotel in the center of Merida, so don't expect any luxury here, especially for the low price they charge per night
The room was clean and the staff very helpful.
The rooms were large and comfortable, which we appreciated, though there was limited storage space in the room — only a few small shelves. The water pressure was also quite low, which made showering a bit inconvenient
Not the best room for older people or those with probpems woth sreos as we had a very high step into the bathroom and had to keep the light on all nihht to avoid a fall
Everything was good, the only thing is there were a lot ls mosquitos in the room. We had to buy a repellent, and spray all over the room every day!!

While it’s a bit away from the main centro, the area is calm, safe, and full of excellent restaurants. It’s also very close to the Paseo Gastronómico, which is perfect if you love exploring food spots
Diez Diez is nicely situated, close to main drag and restaurants. Issa in a he restaurant was amazing. She made an extra effort to connect with guests
I recently stayed at Diez Diez and was really impressed. The hotel is an older property that has been beautifully renovated—modern touches while still keeping its charm
Every interaction we had was outstanding; the reception team especially goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping with room needs or offering assistance outside the hotel. The location is another highlight
Great stay. Great staff.
Great spot. Feels very private even though it’s next to so much. Staff was great. Will stay here again.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room decor outstanding but toilet glass walls made wife go to hall toilet.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and modem. The cold A/C is welcome considering the climate in Merida. There's a small pool in the courtyard
Great location, close to everything! Shops, restaurants, cafés. However, the hotel needs some renovation. The furniture is not comfortable and the pool is merely decorative
This is a small, but COLORFUL and FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!
The STAFF were way above average + the SMALL PISCINA (POOL) was very welcome & refreshing
I had a very pleasant stay here. Excellent value. Unbeatable location. I would stay again for sure and definitely recommend.
Old place, but extremely convenience, very clean, great service, defenetly I will comeback next visit.
Excellent price. Safe and cozy. Perfect access to street. WiFi.
We were assigned a specific spot for our 3 nights which was a benefit knowing it wasn’t a “first come first serve” each day. Rooms with pool view are really lovely
What a hidden gem of a hotel with a great small pool, palapa and garden area
The breakfast (if you opt in to have breakfast included) is in the restauarant attached to the hotel and offers a variety of choices off their breakfast menu. There is a gated parking lot also on site for 10 cars
No better location than this - in front of Santa Lucia Plaza for the Thursday evening serenade and steps away from great meals at Teya, Chaya Maya, and Mercado 60. Nadia and colleagues were helpful and patient.
Very modern hotel. Very well located. Easy park. Friendly staff and very clean.
The only thing is that the breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the hotel, but it is still tasty.
The room was beautiful, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower had great water pressure. Staff were all friendly and ready to help if needed.

The design of the hotel reminds of an modern colonial mansion. The quadrangle in the middle of the hotel got a beautiful pool and has several spots to just relax. The room was nice and clean and had a very comfy bed
Wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Staff were so thoughtful and kind, service and attention to detail rivals anywhere. Stayed with my wife and two kids (both under 10yo). Location is perfect for exploring Merida
Got lots of help connecting with tours by a great provider. Started each day with a delicious breakfast and got great recommendations for dinners. Will hope to come back again soon!
This is our second stay here and The Boutique is outstanding. The hotel is pristine and absolutely beautiful. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. The employees are very friendly and the service is wonderful
Staying at Boutique by the Museo was one of the highlights of our trip to Merida. The space was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the service was outstanding
The host and staff were extremely welcoming to our son and made sure we had everything needed for a baby. The location is near everything but very quiet with no street noise
There is a central courtyard with a pool and gardens, but the pool is unheated, so probably best left to the hotter times of the year, unless you like your dip to be "refreshing"! The dining area is beautiful - a high-ceilinged room with lots of period features - a bit like a stately home
The breakfasts were very good indeed. The entry system is via a bell - you don't get a key to the front door; you need to ring the bell and the receptionist will let you in
We also really loved the staff, they were super accommodating, helpful, friendly and warm (especially Ernesto and Nidia). The breakfasts were the best we’ve had in all of our thee weeks in Mexico
This hotel is on Calle 59, but around a 20-25 minute walk from the main centre of Merida, so if you have any mobility issues, this probably isn't the place for you
However, if you are OK with a walk to the centre, this is a really good option. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is huge and soft
My wife and I just got married in Merida and stayed here for a week and a half. We loved everything about it, but especially the people that work there. They are great! We intend on going back in the future.

Staff gave us tips how to best do a flamingo tour to Celestun and arranged a taxi at 7am. Allowed us to check-in early after a night bus, which was bliss
Casa Italia is close enough to all the main sites to visit in Merida, while being far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood so you can rest
The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved the private pool and courtyard for relaxation after a long day of siteseeing
Really liked the pool and the service the staff provided
The hotel is small...6 rooms...some with private patios overlooking the pool and garden. A short walk to Paseo Montejo. Merida's large boulevard of shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes on foot to the city centre.
It has a small pool where you can relax, closes at 21 hrs. Overall, it's a good hotel if you want something without any noise, however, it's just a room. Don't expect nothing fancy if that's your thing

Bed and breakfast is when you feel at home and that is exactly what I felt. I was treated so well by all the staff. Quiet beautiful rooms and location and it was an oasis of peace after a long day sightseeing
Estephani and Aron are such wonderful and attractive staff! The warm welcoming from Aron after hours, the yummy breakfasts prepared by Estephani were super appreciated! Jorge and Sarah were kind and shared a lot of info about the area
All staff are excellent!! Sara and George atr great hosts.. Aaron saw to whatever we needed and great knowledge of the city and great advice. We will be back and recommend to all.
The owners, staff were excellent. If you are looking a place to relax this is the perfect place. I was so impressed with Casa Maya
I will definitely stay here again
Thoughtful, kind, helpful staff. Comfortable, calming, creative common space for family interactions.
Comfortable rooms, beautiful outdoor space, very kind owners and staff. Such a nice stay !!

Nice hotel in great area. Hotel has everything closeby for dining to grocery.
If we every visit merida, we will definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff are very friendly and it’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood
I liked the kind reception, and the disposicion to attend our personal questions
They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy
Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided
Somebody told me thats hotel was very cheap about the 25 dlls but not it's trae, the cost it's about 35 dlls And the hotel it's very bad

Mansion Mérida was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent staff and amenities in a beautiful and unique setting. The attention of staff and even the owner was incredible. The breakfast (included) was delicious
The staff, including the owner, could not have been any more helpful or considerate. The only caveat is some noise at night in the front of the hotel that could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper
The location on a cute square just a block from the cathedral square and two from the Park Santa Lucia is central to the city sites. We lived Mansion Merida and hope to visit again
One of the best hotels ANYWHERE. The owner strives for perfection and achieves it. Gorgeous property. Perfect location. The staff is always there to help. Wonderful breakfast.
Staying at the Mansion Merida was wonderful in all respects. It was like staying in a warm cocoon in Merida. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive
This was a great experience where I could enjoy the authentic Yucatán food and people. Enrique was an amazing host. I will plan to go againg. Thanks

We were 4 peoples but they offert only two small water bottles. The desk at the room was in bad shape. Only towel were at the bathroom. The wifi was so unstable and slow!
Loved this unique place! The building was formerly a convent and the art and room decor are clearly inspired by that. Very quiet and peaceful place. Excellent bed, btw, which can totally make or break a hotel for me
Great atmosphere in a great town with a lot of history. I will definitely stay here again in the future. So much more fun and interesting than a modern cookie cutter hotel without sacrificing comfort and functionality
Room was clean and service was good, the bed was a bit smaller than I thought, but comfortable, an extra pillow would have been well received, since the headboard was metal, but in all it was good and well serviced for a 300 year old Hacienda
1st hotel that didn’t offer me an upgrade, but other than that, everything good.
Clean, friendly and walking distance to everything.
In many ways, she helped turn our stay into an unforgettable holiday. It is rare to find a place where the service feels so sincere and where the staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and cared for
Thanks to their suggestions we were able to organize several great excursions and experience places we likely would not have discovered on our own. There is one team member we would especially like to highlight
Great property in a perfect central location in Merida. Beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served. Our room was split over two levels, large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful
For that reason we wanted to take a moment to say that we had a fantastic stay and will gladly recommend your hotel to others. Thank you again for everything. We truly hope to return in the future
She shared valuable insights about the area and helped us plan several activities, and thanks to her guidance we were able to experience the surroundings in a much richer and more meaningful way
We believe her name is Yara, a woman around her thirties who works with your team. She truly stood out because of her deep knowledge of the region, her enthusiasm and her genuine hospitality

The pictures on ******* oversell the property. The pool is very small and no one used it; it was clean but it was not really suitable to use
We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel. We liked the comfy bed. The pool looked nice. We didn't use it. If you have mobility issues, there is no elevator.
Good clean hotel. Well situated near the Merida Granda, and you can walk to all the places of Merida from the hotel
great location in the centre of the city. 15 minutes walk from bus station. Large room. Comfortable bed.
Loves this hotel and the staff! Can’t wait to visit again!
The toilet is 65 ft from the bed. Old colonial house converted with little thought to good easy use. Ask for breakfast voucher because they forget to give you it and also password for wifi

Now there were some small cracks around the window and door, and a couple of mosquitoes came in, but it was not a major issue. A few random observations: The swimming pool was chilly in the first week of February
I’m disappointed- we stayed six nights and got the only room without a private porch or outdoor space. We were off in a corner, room #1, no poolside view like the others, so I’m a bit cranky
Beautiful, well-maintained hotel for adults only. Small, very quiet, nice fresh fruit and yogurt breakfast. Clean pool, immaculate grounds, room had wonderful historic accents; old doors and iron locks.
Beautiful old hacienda, quiet and pleasant, pool is wonderful. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated the common kitchen and living room areas, one per every 2 bedrooms. Great location in Centro.
The pool is also really nice, which we appreciated a lot after a hot day of sightseeing
Amazing place for relaxing
The place looks like on the pictures. It was beautiful, clean and calm. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. There are common areas with a kitchen and sofas
