This hotel is on Calle 59, but around a 20-25 minute walk from the main centre of Merida, so if you have any mobility issues, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you are OK with a walk to the centre, this is a really good option. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is huge and soft. There is a central courtyard with a pool and gardens, but the pool is unheated, so probably best left to the hotter times of the year, unless you like your dip to be "refreshing"! The dining area is beautiful - a high-ceilinged room with lots of period features - a bit like a stately home. The breakfasts were very good indeed. The entry system is via a bell - you don't get a key to the front door; you need to ring the bell and the receptionist will let you in. However, you never have to wait long for someone to open up. Helpful staff, and a really nice place to stay - but make sure you are OK with the walk to the centre!

My wife and I just got married in Merida and stayed here for a week and a half. We loved everything about it, but especially the people that work there. They are great! We intend on going back in the future.

The grounds of this hotel are immaculate. The room, the food, the attention to detail and service. We had the best massage at the spa, and the staff went above and beyond the standard of accommodations for everything we needed. Will be staying here anytime we're in Merida!

Fantastic. Brilliant service, outstanding rooms and the most helpful delightful and friendly team. No request was too much and the dinner recommendations outstanding. Highly recommend. We will be back at some point for another pleasurable stay.

THIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL IS VERY CHARMING. I STAYED FOR 4 DAYS AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST AREA IS CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL. MY ROOM WAS BIG FOR A SINGLE ROOM. IT WAS VERY QUIET AND NOT SURE IF THE HOTEL WAS FULL THE WEEK OF MY STAY. GREAT AMENITIES TOO, SOFT BATHROBE. THERE IS NOTHING OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AND DUE TO THE AREA THE HOTEL IS LOCKED. SO I FEEL SAFE JUST RINGING THE BELL AFTER WE WENT OUT. I WOULD NOT ADVISE WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE THE HOTEL ALONE. WE HAD CAR SERVICE FOR THE WEEK AND YOU CAN GET AROUND BY UBER TOO. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE TOO.

Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.

Too far a walk to city center 20 minutes . Surrounding area are not good. Very limited parking. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel after dark
