Truly disgusting hostel. Evidence of bed bugs everywhere. Rooms are a random assortment of beds put together and the makeshift bathroom was filthy. A guest mentioned I was the 3rd person today to check out directly after checking in. I was also advised that the owner, Michel, has acted incredibly inappropriate toward female guests.

This hostel may be cheap but please trust me, avoid at all costs.

They're horrible! I slept there 3 days ago and a day later it started itching like crazy.
Its bed bugs. Dont go there or you might bring theme home with you!

The guys who shared the room with me left quietly, but then the owner rushed to fill the empty beds with new tourists, so at 8:20 am the cleaning lady, the owner, and three new guys, started coming in and out of the room while I am sleeping there in my underwear.

For you own security, please don't go. I'll explain my story: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel around 21h but then my bus ran super late and then I had to warn them and make sure I'd still be able to enter. I called all their numbers multiple times from 9PM until midnight and no one ever answered me. When I got to the hostel, there was just a guy who worked there that said there was nothing he could do for me if the boss didn't answer his phone and just left me out there to rot. I had nowhere else to go and had to sleep at the bus station to be """safe"""

HORRIBLE!! Bed bugs everywhere!!! When we arrived, Manager pushed to sell my friend and I two single rooms instead of the dorm we saw available on booking.com, we could not understand if dorm was available so took the single rooms. I was given 1 sheet cut in half that did not cover the matress and shared bathroom stunk of urine. I also was never given a key for my room so I had to lock all my personal belongings in my friends room for the day. When we returned at 9:30pm there were bed bugs on both of our beds! The contact phone numbers they leave at the front door are unreachable! Once we found the manager he started pretending he couldn't speak English anymore and pretending he did not know what bed bugs were. We REFUSED to sleep there and he was refusing to give us our money back!! He made excuses that he cancelled another guests stay because he gave us the single rooms, even we asked for the dorm!! After a long argument he then tried to show us a bug spray he used 2 nights before from a previous complaint of bed bugs!! He eventually returned us 60%. This place is just desperate for money, they don't care about the guests, or the cleanliness of the property, everywhere was filthy. They also falsely advertise a shared kitchen and lounge ...although I do think that is where the manager himself was living! DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was dirty - I had dead flies under the sheet and hair on the side table. No AC in the single room and it was almost 40 degrees outside so unbearably hot. There was no one there at check in time so I had to wait for someone to let me in. Single room was so small I could not even put down my suitcase. One small bathroom to share with glass doors so no privacy and a broken lock. No safe and window didn’t lock so I was scared to leave things in my room. Do not stay here!!!
