This hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were full of mold and dust, with broken plumbing, rusty and dirty toilets, and no proper cleaning. The place had an unbearable smell, no air conditioning, and the windows had no shutters. The balconies were covered in bird droppings, and the whole property looked like it hasn’t been renovated or properly cleaned since it was built.

Avoid this place at all costs.

This hotel was a nightmaire. It has dirty rooms, with a mold smell. The bed sheets weren't clean and everything smells like mold, the sheets and towels too. The water is not potable and the sink and the bathtub also very dirty. During the night it was a strange noise from the pipes. I was here with a group of 50 people, we where in a vacation, and the agency choose this hotel. Surley it was a very bad choice.

This hotel is a health risk
If you or your tour operator book this, take into account that it is full of mold, it stinks, it has no potable water, and cleaning is not done in the rooms: bath towels smell like mold!

And don't even think about sleeping: there is an infernal sound starting every 1 hour non stop, probably some fan or pump. I was in this hotel with a group of 50 other tourists and everybody else had the same problems.

It should not function. Small bugs crawl in the wall cracks, the taps cough up murky, milky water and spurt it everywhere (warm water only in the evenings).

The tub and sink are clogged. The rusty pipes and some huge device are making noise, waking us up, and the walls are paper thin. The towels and blankets smell like mold.

This hotel now is a shadow of its past glory. Everything is broken and silent. Large hallways with no people. There is some magic in it.

Hotel rooms need immediate renovation. Hotel is far away from Budva and there is no public transportation. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. Breakfast is not bad but not very good , it could be much better.

It's a very old school hotel. People are very pleasant. Food is great. But it's a very old school hotel...

Hotel is in very bad situation. Personel is not so polite. The meal was quite delicious but the interrior is terrible and dirty tables. Rooms oldfasioned but bed linen was clean. If you want only to stop for the rest it is quite ok but do not expect enything more.

Why does this place still function? It's an absolute mess, you know from the moment you take your first step here, the smell of mold, the old furniture, the bathroom is disgusting. I honestly didn't wanna touch anything. There were also incredibly dirty windows, spider webs, the TV didn't work... The light was very low, there was no heat, nor warm water... So as I was saying, why is it still open to tourists???
