The room facilities were quite basic, but the location was great! The breakfast restaurant overlooking the sea was beautiful. The public areas had beach chairs and a swimming pool, and the hotel service was good too

The suite has a really nice view

However, the room the hotel provided didn't match the room we were given! One of the rooms actually had a door, while the other, with the bed in the living room, had no door! We arrived at the hotel just before sunset in the afternoon, but because the room we were given didn't match, they told us they were fully booked

The only small downside was the common issue of guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning with towels and then not using them for hours. It would be great if the hotel could monitor this more closely

From the moment you step into this hotel you feel like you’re in an exclusive club. The services are excellent, the spa, pools, sunbathing area and restaurant are lovely and the breakfast is amazing

The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area

Loved it so much here!! Missing a photo of the sea brim which was also so good. They have many fresh daily catch options!

Wonderful Stay at Terra Forza Hotel Kotor I spent an unforgettable week at Terra Forza Hotel Kotor with my daughter. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly well taken care of

We were in room 204 which was the Dior room and it was lovely, spacious and spotless. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. We had lunch here but not dinner and that was also lovely

We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use

The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto

if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access

However, this 3-bedroom apartment only has 2 bathrooms, not 3. If you need to wash up when you come back at night, you'll have to plan your order

Rooms and property (and in suite) pools were great. Service was friendly and accommodating. The in-room amenities and beach club were ok

Check out its own app and website to see that this is actually a recently man-made village (on, somewhat incredibly - because the location is stunning - the former site of a large shipyard), in which there is a five-star hotel of the One & Only group; high-end apartments for sale, retail outlets, a gymnasium, delicatessen, a marina for superyachts, a beautiful beach club and half a dozen or so restaurants

Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The staff consistently went above and beyond, room was clean, and made spotless again everyday by a friendly cleaning lady, shops are just around the corner, the beach is a 3 minute walk, old town is about 20 minutes stroll

The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar

From our room we couldn't hear any traffic noise, infact no noise in the hotel at all. Breakfast was well stocked, I particularly liked the pancakes and maple syrup

Breakfast staff always welcomed us and within a couple of days memorised my partners drink order so it was at the table before we had even sat down

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food

The hotel Porto Solo at Sutomore is very close to the Sea, staff is very friendly, good food, nice rooms, clean bedding and room service is very nice

Skip Budva and come stay here instead! It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking

Sometimes we had no electricity in the morning, but staff solved it very quickly, also sometimes we didn't have water around noon (we lived on the 5th floor), it was for a out an hour, which is kind of bothering

The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect

I especially recommend trying the seafood—it’s exceptional! The tranquil atmosphere, cozy ambiance, and romantic views make this place unforgettable. It’s a destination you’ll want to return to again and again!

Immaculately clean and modern that’s right on the waterfront. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast buffet with seating inside or right on the waterfront

Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging

Jelena is the hotel attendant and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are nice and staff was friendly

If you choose a room with a sea view, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the bay! The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront in the heart of charming Perast

It was easy to find and the underground car park was where Google Maps suggested it was! You had to phone reception (on WhatsApp was easy) at the parking gates and they lift the barriers

It's really nice hotel. You don't have to worry about nothing and you can feel like at home. Hotel is situated nearby the beach. On The roof is swimming pool and sauna and restauracja with views.:)

Attention! Next to the hotel is the local market, where you can buy high-quality clothes below EU prices! The clothes are original quality, but the goods are lower than in western malls! The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym!

We only used the restaurant for breakfast and we were happy with the selection (which included cakes!). Great view from the terrace of the sea and the Old Town

The pool looked lovely with a great view as well, but we didn't have time to use it as we only stayed one night

Nice location and close to the beach. Great see view from the balcony , but there is a building under construction and I think in few year it will block the see view. At this time it is lovely and nice apartment.

The brightest and most pleasant impressions of the sea, beaches and hospitable hosts! Apartments right next to the sea, 25 m, parking, supermarkets, cafes with excellent cuisine from the freshest seafood, Buddha is also not far away, there is a public bus

Without any complaints, criticism or anything similar. For every recommendation, the owners are very kind and helpful. Free parking, internet, 5 minutes from the beach. Everything is top. Recommendation

Not a bad town, good restaurants, many beaches, but the promenade is mediocre, reminiscent of Sudak.

Beware, 119 steps up to apartment, but each and everyone worth it just to meet the lovely hostess Melissa who was so attentive and helpful breakfast right on the lake at their sister hotel Admiral

This is the best hotel to stay at in the area. The staff, owners, and everyone else are very friendly. The best part is that they genuinely care about you

Lots of free parking at the hotel. There is a pool and a small beach club on kotor bay, this has a snack bar and drink service. The hotel provides you with beach towels

The beach bar opposite was lovely although hotel guests are not guaranteed a lounger. The hotel pool is tiny so as to be unusable

We had a sea view room which was spacious and great for sitting out on the balcony, but also you could take in the spectacular views having breakfast outside or from the loungers overlooking the water

I therefore only had 4 breakfasts out of 7 I paid for but that was my choice (maybe the hotel could offer some breakfast packages for earlier risers). There is also a small pool on the roof, next to the small restaurant

In the evening, the water is quite warm there. You cannot truly swim in the pool, it is too small for that but it is pleasant to spend some time there anyway. The staff at the hotel is nice

There is a poor view from the balconies, but it makes up for that by the beautiful roof terrace with a swimming pool

There is a small shop nearby, a gas station close by, the beach and promenade are 20 minutes away on foot

There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting)

It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain)

As a solo traveller , it is important to be able to get to and from places. I chose this location , a little in the countryside away from the two main centres , and have essy access to a bus link each day

The hotel has a fantastic location, although it can be noisy in the evenings. It's in the heart of the old town, and everything in Kotor is within walking distance. The interior invites you to soak in the atmosphere.

A good hotel in the center of the old town. There was some confusion during check-in, but everything was resolved later. According to the receptionist, they only have one room, room 19, with twin beds in the entire hotel

However, the reason I feel compelled to make this review is the service and help we received. We ran into some serious problem where there was even police engaged (to be clear, nothing to do with the hotel)

There's a coffee machine for making complimentary coffee. It's very close to the intercity long-distance bus station, less than a 10-minute walk, where you can catch buses to surrounding cities

This is a very nice apartment-style guesthouse located in an old villa in the old town. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with tableware so you can cook your own meals

We stayed 2 different times on March and April 2024 in this outstanding hotel with my dad while visiting from Florida, US. Staff is absolutely welcoming and provides extraordinary service

Just between two minute beaches with sunbeds and they have sunbeds Infront of the hotel, which you are automatically charged €15 per person for as a resort fee, so be ready for some extra charges
