There are 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel.
They said it was only for their own use.
Every day, one or two of the three spaces were empty.
It would be better if they were available for guests.
Because in Budva there is no free parking,
and when a car stays in a paid parking lot for 14+ hours, it becomes expensive.
My advice: if you are going to rent a car, don’t make the same mistake I did by choosing this hotel, otherwise you will end up paying €16–20 per day just for parking.

The hotel's location is very convenient, but that was its only plus. Firstly, we were given a room that was not the one we ordered (it was not possible to replace it with the one we ordered or another, corresponding one, due to the lack of such); the room itself was in the basement of the hotel, with all the ensuing circumstances; secondly, the room was already extremely depreciated, the walls were scratched, the plumbing did not work well; thirdly, the room was poorly cleaned (there were many dusty places and objects in sight, hair of previous guests), and cleaning was not carried out at all during the stay; towels were changed selectively and not regularly; fourthly, the room's equipment did not correspond to what was stated.

I wish I had known earlier so I wouldn’t have had to stay here. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. Budva is a holiday town with serious parking issues, and we had specifically chosen a hotel with parking. However, because we didn’t book through “Booking”, they lied to us and didn’t allow us to use the parking lot, even though there was space available. On top of that, the receptionist threatened us with a €200 police fine. Despite advertising themselves everywhere as a multi-star hotel with parking, the place was mediocre and wouldn’t deserve more than 1.5 stars. During the room change (we were staying on the third floor), I asked if it would be a problem not to bring our heavy luggage down to reception, in case the new room would also be on an upper floor. She reassured me, saying the new room would be on a lower floor. But when I returned in the evening, I saw that she had given me another room on the third floor, just next door to the previous one. I had already carried the two large suitcases down to reception in the morning and then had to take them back up to the third floor again. I truly believe that if they had just acted like decent human beings, it wouldn’t have cost them anything.

⭐ 1/5 – Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. one apartment had an elevator, the other didn’t. There is air conditioning, but no remote control—you have to manually plug it in and out to turn it on or off.

The reception staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They kept insisting the room was cleaned, even when the trash bin was visibly still full. Only after some argument did they actually clean the room the next day. They advertise parking, but every time we asked, they said it was “reserved” and only available for Booking.com users—not for us.

The kettles were plastic, the curtains and bed sheets were torn, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms—even toilet flushes. The flush wasn’t working properly at first and had to be fixed. The water pressure was the only decent thing, but the shower glass was too short, so water splashed everywhere. Some terraces were okay, but others were right up against another building, making them unusable.

Even basic things were lacking—no two glasses in the room matched.

Avoid this place.

Price and quality come hand in hand. Big plus about the air conditioning and shower pressure. Our room shower head was broken but they changed it quite fast to a new one.
Mostly calm hotel, but if someone is being loud, you can hear it quite well.
Waterboiler was missing but we got one when asked. Maybe putting effort in to new tv's so that u could watch movies via wifi?
Overall good experience.

Terrible hotel, we booked to stay 3 nights and on the first night was rudely woken by the manager at 8am and kicked out “for being loud at 3am” when we was all in bed and sleeping at 11pm! We had traveled all day and arrived that morning so decided to have an early night ready for the rest of our holiday.

The manager selected our room and 4 others that had no connection with us to be removed and blamed for a situation that didn’t involve us, I understand there might of been a noise complaint but there was no true and clear proof we was involved, because we wasn’t, there was no warning or respectful communication about the situation just utter nasty and discourteous behaviour from the manager, it seemed clear to us that this was racial discrimination as we were foreigners and the easy target to be licked on and blamed, we argued our case that it wasn’t us but the manager was very disrespectful, impolite and aggressive! We were given around 20% back in cash yet we only stayed for 1 night! This was outrageous, unprofessional and a horrible way to treat guests!

The hotel itself wasn’t the best either it is in a horrible location you have to go through lanes to get there and taxis can’t even reach it, there was no food or bar available at all and not even the vending machines worked, your suitcases would be left unsafe and just stacked in the main hall way by reception for anyone to have access too. Overall do not use this place the hotel is rubbish, the staff were ok but the manager was a disgrace and should be disappointed and ashamed of himself!

This hotel decided to expel everyone who was not Serbian at 0830 half way through their stay. The manager, respectfully, is lying when he claims that any of my roommates were awake at 0330(!). I'm not sure what WhatsApp messages he refers to, but I have sleep tracking data from my watch that confirms I was fast asleep at that time.

So, not only is the hotel generally pretty basic in quality, but the manager evicts you early in the morning whether you were responsible for the issues claimed or not.

Judging by the response here, we were actually expelled because we were from a foreign country. Looking at other reviews this type of racial discrimination seems to be a common theme.

No mirrors in rooms, no hair dryers, no iron, no hot water if the day is not sunny (they are sun powered), walls are thin, so if your neighbours are noisy, forget about the silence, breakfast is awful, do not order and save your money, terrace on the roof where they serve breakfast is always dirty, tables are not cleaned, water on the floor. Would never come back again. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
