There are 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel.
They said it was only for their own use.
Every day, one or two of the three spaces were empty.
It would be better if they were available for guests.
Because in Budva there is no free parking,
and when a car stays in a paid parking lot for 14+ hours, it becomes expensive.
My advice: if you are going to rent a car, don’t make the same mistake I did by choosing this hotel, otherwise you will end up paying €16–20 per day just for parking.
They said it was only for their own use.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. one apartment had an elevator, the other didn’t. There is air conditioning, but no remote control—you have to manually plug it in and out to turn it on or off.
The reception staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They kept insisting the room was cleaned, even when the trash bin was visibly still full. Only after some argument did they actually clean the room the next day. They advertise parking, but every time we asked, they said it was “reserved” and only available for Booking.com users—not for us.
The kettles were plastic, the curtains and bed sheets were torn, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms—even toilet flushes. The flush wasn’t working properly at first and had to be fixed. The water pressure was the only decent thing, but the shower glass was too short, so water splashed everywhere. Some terraces were okay, but others were right up against another building, making them unusable.
Even basic things were lacking—no two glasses in the room matched.
Avoid this place.

I wish I had known earlier so I wouldn’t have had to stay here. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. Budva is a holiday town with serious parking issues, and we had specifically chosen a hotel with parking. However, because we didn’t book through “Booking”, they lied to us and didn’t allow us to use the parking lot, even though there was space available. On top of that, the receptionist threatened us with a €200 police fine.
Despite advertising themselves everywhere as a multi-star hotel with parking, the place was mediocre and wouldn’t deserve more than 1.5 stars.
During the room change (we were staying on the third floor), I asked if it would be a problem not to bring our heavy luggage down to reception, in case the new room would also be on an upper floor. She reassured me, saying the new room would be on a lower floor. But when I returned in the evening, I saw that she had given me another room on the third floor, just next door to the previous one.
I had already carried the two large suitcases down to reception in the morning and then had to take them back up to the third floor again. I truly believe that if they had just acted like decent human beings, it wouldn’t have cost them anything.

Price and quality come hand in hand. Big plus about the air conditioning and shower pressure. Our room shower head was broken but they changed it quite fast to a new one.
Mostly calm hotel, but if someone is being loud, you can hear it quite well.
Waterboiler was missing but we got one when asked. Maybe putting effort in to new tv's so that u could watch movies via wifi?

Terrible hotel, we booked to stay 3 nights and on the first night was rudely woken by the manager at 8am and kicked out “for being loud at 3am” when we was all in bed and sleeping at 11pm! We had traveled all day and arrived that morning so decided to have an early night ready for the rest of our holiday.
The manager selected our room and 4 others that had no connection with us to be removed and blamed for a situation that didn’t involve us, I understand there might of been a noise complaint but there was no true and clear proof we was involved, because we wasn’t, there was no warning or respectful communication about the situation just utter nasty and discourteous behaviour from the manager, it seemed clear to us that this was racial discrimination as we were foreigners and the easy target to be licked on and blamed, we argued our case that it wasn’t us but the manager was very disrespectful, impolite and aggressive! We were given around 20% back in cash yet we only stayed for 1 night! This was outrageous, unprofessional and a horrible way to treat guests!
The hotel itself wasn’t the best either it is in a horrible location you have to go through lanes to get there and taxis can’t even reach it, there was no food or bar available at all and not even the vending machines worked, your suitcases would be left unsafe and just stacked in the main hall way by reception for anyone to have access too. This hotel decided to expel everyone who was not Serbian at 0830 half way through their stay. The manager, respectfully, is lying when he claims that any of my roommates were awake at 0330(!). I'm not sure what WhatsApp messages he refers to, but I have sleep tracking data from my watch that confirms I was fast asleep at that time.
So, not only is the hotel generally pretty basic in quality, but the manager evicts you early in the morning whether you were responsible for the issues claimed or not.
Judging by the response here, we were actually expelled because we were from a foreign country. Looking at other reviews this type of racial discrimination seems to be a common theme.

No mirrors in rooms, no hair dryers, no iron, no hot water if the day is not sunny (they are sun powered), walls are thin, so if your neighbours are noisy, forget about the silence, breakfast is awful, do not order and save your money, terrace on the roof where they serve breakfast is always dirty, tables are not cleaned, water on the floor. Would never come back again. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I booked this hotel through a travel agency, for a week. It was a very good choice. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential part of Budva. It is at the end of a small one-way street. Some people have difficulties finding it but I did not encounter any. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the beach. The bus station is some 7 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting). It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. Wifi worked well. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain). Breakfast is served on the roof (6th floor). The choice was very good, both sweet and salty food. I just regretted breakfast only started at 8am. This is a bit too late if you want to take a bus to another place in Montenegro. I therefore only had 4 breakfasts out of 7 I paid for but that was my choice (maybe the hotel could offer some breakfast packages for earlier risers). There is also a small pool on the roof, next to the small restaurant. In the evening, the water is quite warm there. You cannot truly swim in the pool, it is too small for that but it is pleasant to spend some time there anyway. The staff at the hotel is nice. Especially the young lady who checked me in (I am sorry I did not ask her name) and who was always preparing breakfast. I am very grateful to her for assigning such a nice room to me, many thanks! The only unpleasant element were some of the other guests. It does not stop surprising me that some people simply do not realise (or do not care) that there are other guests in the hotel who do not necessarily want to hear noise music, loud shouting or door banging at midnight. But this is not the fault of the hotel, of course.

Location The location is quite okay. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the promenade, about 22 minutes to the old town. The location of the hotel is quite quiet. Several shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast The selection is not overly large, but it was enough to fill your stomach. The menu changed during the day, so there were two different options for breakfast, so to speak. A large part of the breakfast consisted of pastries. Coffee from the coffee machine cost 1.50 euros, but you could pour free coffee from a thermos. Room Our room was on the fifth floor and you could only get to that part of the building by stairs. Carrying a heavy suitcase up and down was annoying. The room was nice, but with some minor flaws. There was AC, but it couldn't be controlled from the remote. The remote control was there, but when making changes there, nothing happened. Therefore, the air conditioner could not be controlled in any way, and it could also be turned off by pulling the cord from the wall. Also, it made weird noises in between, so it became too disturbing at night. When I was washing, the whole toilet was full of water because the shower glass was too short and it didn't hold the water. In addition, the upper nozzle of the shower was broken and you could only wash yourself with a hand shower. I recommend that you also bring your own washing products, because the hotel does not provide shampoo and shower gel. Cleaning We were there for two weeks and to be honest, I can't say anything about the cleaning. It seemed that someone visited our room every day, but the cleaning was very chaotic and irregular. Sometimes only the bed was made, other times the ashtray was emptied or the trash thrown away. Towels were changed or added strangely, mostly one new towel at a time. We managed by ourselves, but never knew if the trash was emptied, etc. Staff The cleaners and the breakfast team mostly speak nothing but the local language. English is spoken only at the reception. Parking You can park about 3 cars in front of the hotel, but they are always full and it is generally difficult to get to the front of the house by car. Parking in Montenegro is generally very bad. I recommend using paid parking spaces, because there are simply no free spaces. There is one near the hotel, a 15-minute walk away. 1 hour is 1 euro or if you buy a ticket for at least two days, 24 hours is 8 euros.

Good location. No bedsheets included to wrap around the blankets. Keys are left unsurveilled in the reception, and no cameras around to protect the residents of the hotel from theft. (Yes, anyone could potentially walk in and grab a pair of keys and steal people's stuff in the rooms which is a massive security risk.) Residents are only given one single keycard to each room. Pool is not heated. Breakfast is OK. Wi-Fi is OK for texting or similar.
