The location is perfect! Right in front of the promenade by the sea. The old town is 4 km up the hill, which you can walk to in an hour if you're up for it, a taxi costs around €8-10

Food in the pool bar is normal price with very good taste. Rated 4/5 because they are saying they have 3 saunas and jacuzzi but none of them were working at the time. The sea was dirty because of the port

Excellent location with an amazing sea view from the window. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, perfect for relaxing. The spa is excellent, with a dry sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi

We opted for the partial sea view, which provided panoramic views of the mountains and the sea, which to simply put it, was beautiful (highly recommend catching sunrise) Food was cooked to perfection, especially the grilled chicken and roasted potatoes, which was juicy beyond belief and beautifully seasoned

The spa is beautiful and the additional treatments are very well priced, €60 for a Swedish massage for 50 minutes. Hydro pool, sauna and gym are free to access

On the positive side, the location is great, the hotel itself is relatively modern, the staff were generally pleasant, breakfast was quite tasty (although the coffee could be better), and the private beach with a nice view was definitely a plus

Very nice hotel, has a private beach. The rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very nice, definitely a huge bonus that it was free of charge.

The breakfast was fine, and the dining area was pleasant; we ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. The pool was also great and had a nice view. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Budva

We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town

The rooms were clean, but we were asked to pay an extra charge of 50 euros per night for an extra bed for our five-year-old son, which we found to be a very unusual policy

In the end, we decided against the extra bed, as the existing one was large enough for the three of us and there wasn't enough space in the room for another one

It is well decorated and very clean everywhere. We could not fault this hotel and would definitely book to stay here again

We stayed here for one night during a tour of the balkan area. didn't have the opportunity to look around the area outside of the hotel apart from the beach directly attached to the hotel

The following morning we opened the balcony door and heard baby bird noises coming from the swallows nest in the corner of our balcony. We tried not to disturb the parent as they swooped in to feed

The Finnish sauna is gentle, and the pool is cool, but perfect after the sauna. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it was adequate, and the fruits and vegetables were delicious. The staff is polite and welcoming

Just came back from a weekend away at beautiful beach of Sutomore. I stayed at Sato Hotel and I could surely say that my stay at this hotel was truly exceptional

I only had a very short time in Montenegro and wanted to experience a beach town and as I was flying in and out of Podgorica, Sutomore was one of my few options

Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, we had a truly stunning sea view from the 10th floor – it was breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our stay

Another big advantage of Sato is that they have their own section of beach. Yes, it's also extremely crowded, but the sunbed and umbrella is included in the room tariff

And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally

Let me first say that the hotel itself was not lacking in any way in terms of the accommodations, staff and food. I had a spacious Deluxe Room with Sea View and couldn’t have been happier with it

The only issue I had with this hotel is the pool area. The pool itself is on the smaller side which is absolutely fine…it’s clean and the water is the perfect temperature

Whenever we were at the pool though, there were kids throwing balls, yelling and jumping into the pool splashing anyone that was nearby
