Let's say you get what you pay for! The hotel is advertised as five stars hotel, but the service, food and, location do not meet the rating. The hotel does not offer a shuttle bus; you need to rent a car. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs around 20-25 Euros. The food was average, so they suddenly changed their breakfast buffet to a la carte without making a notice to their guests. Service was really bad; we felt as we were bothering them when we asked for something. One more thing, the rooms were dirty; I barely saw housekeeping at the premise. Overall, a bad experience! I don't recommend.

This hotel is fine overall, but it doesn’t live up to the photos or the reviews. The corridors are narrow, the rooms are so much smaller than expected and lower quality and it’s difficult to even open two suitcases at once. Bathrooms are tiny. We don’t know how a tall person could fit comfortably and the shower had no hot water until it was fixed (several other rooms had the same issue). The provided shower gel and conditioner are cheaper than cheap. Cleanliness is good, but it comes with noise. You can hear other guests’ washing machines, cleaning and general activity loudly in the mornings, which makes it hard to rest or relax. The pool looks lovely, though again, not as spectacular as the pictures. I also ordered fruit platters by the pool, and the fruit was bruised and inedible. When I raised this, I was told it was “just from the fridge” — which didn’t feel acceptable, especially in peak season. I didn’t want money back just an edible plate. On the positive side, staff are generally friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. The food is delicious, service is attentive, and the restaurant manager in particular is incredibly helpful, even fitting in late at night and ensuring had everything we needed. Parking on-site is also a plus. That said, the overall experience doesn’t match the price point or the glossy photos. It’s a family-friendly hotel, but the echoing corridors, noise, and lack of quiet comfort made it less enjoyable which all removes the premium feels. The location is out of the way, not especially close to the best beaches, and nearby Bay areas charge up to €150 for a pair of sunbeds as well in the bay close by. In short: clean and with a good restaurant but not worth the cost or the hype. If I had known in advance, I would have chosen another hotel.
