Extremely happy with staying at Hotel Astoria, the service was professionally superb and polite from everyone, including the waiters as well. The food is fresh and very tasty, and the portions are large as well. As hotel guests, we had breakfast included, with unlimited amount of any juice or freshly squeezed oranges, and coffees aswell. The location is very close to a couple of different beaches, basically this is top spot. Definitely will recommend. Thank you for top hospitality.

The Hotel Astoria classifies itself as a four-star boutique, but the reality is very different. I stayed in one of the superior suites for six nights and on arrival, the bedroom key did not fit the lock. This was reported and eventually, after following this up, was resolved. The suite was very tired looking and definitely needs refurbishing. For example, the corners of the shower are very dirty and when using it the first time, certain shower parts fell into the shower. This was reported, but no steps were made to resolve this. The curtains were also flimsy and did not block out the morning light. On a more positive note, the bed linen was clean; the breakfast good; and the front of staff, alongside those who worked in the hotel restaurant, were pleasant and generally helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the price I paid for the suite was worth it and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this establishment to other travellers.

We stayed at the hotel, the room was great and the balcony was extremely nice with a view to the sea and harbour. The lady at the reception was super nice and professional, but the staff at the restaurant were slow and a bit lost. We waited our breakfast almost an hour, which was odd since there was not much people in the restaurant. In the evening we ate at the restaurant again, food was good but the service was still very slow and poor quality, and the staff did not speak or understand English very well so there were some miscommunications. It was a shame, because the food was still very good! Also the street was very noisy during the night, so I cannot recommend to anyone looking for a quiet accommodation.

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Very convenient and close to the main action on the sea front. I wish rooms were slightly bigger but we managed. Breakfast was amazing! All in all very enjoyable.

We were looking for the waiter to ask for the food menu, but instead, he just came over and took our coffees without saying a word.
His attitude was arrogant and inappropriate.
We will absolutely not be coming back.

We used the hotel’s restaurant and were very satisfied with the service. The staff was attentive and professional. The food was amazing, and the place was clean. Only the toilet wasn’t very clean. The background music wasn’t loud and matched the atmosphere. The view overlooked the sea. From the outside, it looks very luxurious, but the prices were reasonable for Tivat. The pizzas and Krempita were very fresh. I recommend it to anyone visiting Tivat.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but recently had a meal there. The food was incredible!! The drinks were also good and the strongest espresso I've had in Montenegro. Prices were fair for the quality. Great experience!
