There is a big swimming pool which is great! It's just that the weather has been a bit cold these two days, which is perfect for playing on the beach and swimming with your children!
Riad resort is beautiful, huge and has a lot of facilities. Beach front is surreal
Super luxury hotel , a perfect location next to the beach ,it's just awesome (the girls at the reception are so nice) . Essaiuira in general is a very beautiful and calme city with a very kind people
Excellent holiday, worthy of the best hotels, we were warmly welcomed and impeccable service throughout the holiday. the renovation met expectations, impeccable quality
A good hotel, a beautiful reception from all the staff, elegant treatment and very delicious Moroccan food, especially the local breakfast, which was irresistible.
the booking service was very professional and amazingly friendly. not forgetting the spacious and very clean rooms we will be back!

quiet and friendly hotel, but below European and Asian standards
Friendly and helpful staff
The hall is very nice but the rooms need a good refresh
Good experience overall
The hotel is great, a pleasant welcome with mint tea, the room is very spacious, several swimming pools, in the evening there are nice activities with the possibility of shisha, the breakfast is good, the dinner varies
Such a beautiful place! I stayed there during my visit to Essaouira and it was awesome. It's a bit pricey for Morocco but considering what was included with the package, I'll take it! Will make sure to check in again
Had an awesome time
Free shuttle was great
Golf course was awesome
Breakfast was amazing
And if you want to go out to the nightclub, it's good too
In addition, it took me a long time to find the charging socket. A small socket on the side of a tree-stump chair. The panel of the socket falls off as soon as it is plugged in. The shower room has no curtain or door

I believe that it’s a good choice hotel (not riad) for travelers who prefer good location, clean and comfortable place and not looking for brand new boutique hotel
The room was clean, quiet and cozy, with a comfy bed, ergonomic work desk and free high-speed WiFi, ideal for both leisure and business trips
The hotel is not new, some shabby, bathroom needs a repair- but it’s clean and well packed (including bathrobe and slippers). Breakfast is also fine, but not for 5*
24-hour front desk offered great service with luggage storage, and the 24-hour gym with Peloton bikes was a nice bonus
Excellent value for money, close to the medina, with 1 hour free access to the thalassotherapy center.
Nice hotel, perfect location (5 minutes walking to Medina), has their comfortable zone at seaside

The location is truly perfect—it’s directly across from the beach and less than a five-minute walk to the medina. I’m not exaggerating when I say the location is excellent
We are delighted and grateful for the pleasure we had choosing this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach, the promenade for strolls, restaurants, and the Medina
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of choices for vegans, and the staff was very accommodating. We would absolutely return and would definitely stay at this hotel again
The room is small but cozy, with a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view, a comfortable bed, excellent linens, a kettle, tea bags, and coffee. Parking is available for hotel guests
The area is clean, safe, and very walkable, with ATMs and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained
There is someone outside to assist with parking and help with your luggage, which was very convenient and appreciated

Pros: pretty in a nicely quirky sort of way, excellent location (especially if you're interested in getting to the kite spot at the southern end of the beach, which is a 20 minute walk away), comfortable beds, nice staff
Very friendly and quaint little place tucked away. Can be a little noisy, the public wash Station was directly below us and everything echoed
We were served a beautiful traditional tagine meal on the roof terrace by the staff. They were also helpful with shops directions etc
Cons: the rooftop terrace needs refurbishing, very noisy at night (public water fountain just by the entrance), the breakfast is too late (technically 8:30 but they were running late almost every morning over a week), also with (decent) coffee which tended to be warm rather than hot, too much bread (or variations thereof) and not enough of anything else; no fresh juice
The rooms were damp and perpetually sandy, but that may be the case in all Essaouira riads

The hotel is at a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from both the main shopping areas and the beach. Included in our stay, the breakfast was plentiful, ensuring a great start to our day
We stayed in Villa De L’o for a week. The location just inside the walls of the town and opposite the beach is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was traditional Moroccan : fruit, pancakes, pastry, omelette, and more which we enjoyed each morning. Our bedroom was overlooking the beach and had both a shower and a bath. It was large and cleaned every day
The fishing harbour, beach, fortifications and the waves crashing on the rocks outside the city walls
The town itself is such a good get away, lots of great places to eat, lots of first class beautiful moroccan hand made souvenirs, textiles, shoes, pottery - you name it! The tagines are delicious with fresh fish caught that morning
They've definitely done their job with making the rooms comfortable and beautiful but the rooftop, and small touches throughout the building in the way of repairs and maintenance, would go a long way

It's also very close to the ancient city and the beach, but the price is not cheap 😲. The breakfast selection is limited
Very nice and well located riad in the median. It was a very good sized room and not far from the beach and centrally located
No matter how many times I showed them the reservation, they said no (. it was more than 18 Dirham in favor of the hotel as well as n regarding the exchange rate at local exchange offices) it is an issue that TRIP
the floor was completely open) with no curtain and everything ended up dripping with water, when paying the municipal tourist tax they charged me 120 Dhm. and not 10€ as stated in the reservation itself
A great sized rooftop terrace. The only thing I wish the room had was a small refrigerator and a fan because it did get warm in the room but other than that it was great. We would definitely stay again
We could only get internet downstairs near reception - you can sit in the courtyard when you need to access it - to be honest we quite liked having a break from more constant internet like at home

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We had a room with a direct sea view, and the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks below was hypnotic
Lovely friendly staff, made you feel so welcome.
Fabulous views of the sea
Travelling with my daughter and felt a very safe area for us to stay and explore
Excellent Riad, clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Beautiful rooftop views
Brilliant, friendly, kind, attentive staff, a fantastic roof terrace, amazing views, incredibly comfortable bed
Stayed one night in a sea view suite, it was absolute heaven. Thank you very much!

• Facilities: Great rooftop terrace, varied breakfast, and good coffee. • Service: Very attentive staff; laundry service available for a few Euros and fresh towels anytime
J'ai adoré l'odeur d'encens le matin dans le patio et la superbe terrasse. Le petit-déjeuner est varié avec du bon café. Le service est top : linge frais à la demande et machine à laver pour quelques euros
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, clean, and friendly base to explore the city! Ce riad au style épuré est une perle. Idéalement situé mais très calme, c’est un refuge parfait
Highlights: • Atmosphere: Waking up to the smell of incense in the patio was magical. • Hosts: The French owners and the receptionist are super friendly and speak great English
Un grand merci aux hôtes français et à la réceptionniste pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur anglais impeccable. Propre, sûr et très accueillant !
This Riad is a gem for anyone traveling alone. It’s stylishly puristic and located in the best part of town, but still surprisingly quiet

We loved our room on the top floor on the terrace! There is a small upper deck overlooking the Atlantic. The owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home!
A gorgeous Riad right in the heart of the Medina. The facilities were absolutely wonderful and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely room with a comfortable bed
The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave me excellent tips of where to go to eat and shop within the Medina which was also great because the Riad is in a central location, close to everything I needed and only a short walk to the beautiful beach
We spent only one night in this lovely riad - but intend to return! Our ground floor room suite was so roomy and beautifully decorated, as was the whole building
There are loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area - the only difficulty is deciding which to choose. We stayed in Room 7, which opened through double doors onto one of the terraces
The balcony / sundeck was great, we spent a lovely half hour at sunset with mint tea and biscuits. The staff were really welcoming and friendly

The third-floor rooms don't have a balcony, but it didn't bother me. If you need the room with a balcony, it's better to contact them ahead. The breakfast is nice and freshly made, it is served on the rooftop
The Riad has everything you need and includes the following great features:
Medium water pressure
Quiet location, very peaceful
Good mattress
Location is excellent
Towels fresh & changed regularly
Washing machine & Dryer
Heater
2 flights of stairs
Breakfast available at 35 dirhams
Dining Recommendations
Definitely recommend this home and be sure to visit the following cafes/restaurants nearby for...
She’s one of those rare people who does her job from the heart , always smiling, caring, and genuinely helpful. she makes you feel like you’re at home. Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Essaouira
Riad Casa Blanca is a wonderful traditional riad in a perfect location, in the heart of the Medina. Hosts were always available and room was regularly cleaned, new towels and sheets
Without a doubt, the best choice we made in Essaouira. We traveled as a couple throughout Morocco and have visited other riads. Riad Casa Blanca isn't the most luxurious of them all, but it is the most welcoming
Fantastic ! The place is beautiful and peaceful, but what really makes it special is the staff. Staff were all so kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed in many hotels and riads before, but Keltoum truly stands out

The unique walled medina is topped by impressive fortresses. A sandy beach of impressive proportions is readily available just outside the medina walls
This is a really nice and warm place to be in Essaouira. The girl that owned that place is so nice and the rooms are really beautiful and with lot of details done with lot of care and love
She is really kind from the first moment. The terrace is nice and they serve the breakfast there, really nice to have it seeing the sea. Really good location, in the Medina, near the sea
Really good option (I stayed with a friend in January 2016)
My partner and I stayed at the Riad Belle Essaouira for 7 days and loved it. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast on the terrace needs to be mentioned, the ocean view is breath taking
They were both charming and hard working, always ready for a joke and teaching us about local culture. Essaouira is a picturesque old fishing town with much to see

An unforgettable stay in Essaouira! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is charming and the location ideal. A special thank you to Layla who was exceptionally kind and professional
He provided us with all the necessary information about Essaouira with great availability and in-depth knowledge of the city. We highly recommend this establishment and hope to return very soon!
Her smile and good humor made our meals even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Amir, the receptionist, for his invaluable assistance

I loved my little balcony and the security screen so I could leave door open and get sea breeze during day and night. Breakfasts are plentiful and Karim will help with any queries. A thoroughly lovely experience
My stay was generally good, just a little disappointed by the level of hygiene. My room was not cleaned throughout my stay even though I stayed 7 days.
Quite a tired property and needs some serious updating.

Our fellow travellers used their room towels for the beach and then found it extremely difficult to get a replacement towel. Great spot but can’t recommend unless it’s a bargain price and you don’t mind old and run-down
The Hotel des Iles has an excellent location, sitting as it does just across a road from the beach, only a couple of minutes walk to an entrance into the medina and not much more to the famous Squala fort by the port of Essaouira
It is a very nice 4* hotel in a splendid building set in nice grounds with a lovely big swimming pool
I found it surprising that there was no little safe in the room which is very common to most hotels and that there was no “Do not Disturb / Please clean the room” notice to hang on the door, resulting in the chambermaid coming to do her work before we left the room for the day
Breakfast was certainly not bad, but the buffet in the evening which we only tried twice in our stay little uninspiring, having I thought a fairly limited choice of dishes when compared to many of the other hotels and resorts around the world
The other facilities in it such as the bathroom were fine except that the both the toilet seat and cistern were loose. We managed with that but they should be looked at soon and fixed

We had an amazing stay at Dar Nafoura! The staff is absolutely lovely here and made sure to make us feel at home! They really are the nicest people!! Also, I recommend trying Khadija’s food, it’s delicious!
The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and were really nice to put up with my almost nonexistent French. I would recommend for authentic stays
Very good place to stay
Great riad with excellent service. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommended
Lovely little Road, nice breakfast but carbohydrate heavy so be aware diabetics. Room and bed were comfortable and hot water working well
Location: The location is great. It's very central, just 5 minutes to the main market. Hotel/Riad: Riad itself is already a bit older, everything is in ok condition but it needs some renovations soon
However the bathroom needs work : barely any water comes out of the shower and there isn't always hot water. The open shower format makes it so that water gets everywhere

Interesting riad with lots of character in wonderful location on the ramparts. As a consequence there are terraces overlooking the beach and sea. The style is Moroccan chic
The mosy lovely owners ever, they were very helpful and made my stay extremely comfortable, the breakfast was generous a'd the rooms were very good too, the decorations are stunning and blend perfectly with the city vibes
Very satisfied with the lovingly renovated riad, room, breakfast, and friendly service. Disadvantage: credit card payment is not possible; you need to bring cash.
A peaceful stay with an ocean view
Excellent stay at Dar Cherazade & Spa. Charming riad in the heart of the medina, tastefully decorated. Comfortable room, terrace with a magnificent sea view, and delicious breakfast

Nice location for access to the town and beach, only downside to this was the noise levels as you're right next to one of the mosques so the 6am call to prayer is VERY loud and nightlife from the streets can go on late into the night
Good view and it's inside the medina it's also walking distance from the the beach the breakfast is good and also the rooftop 😀
Few minute walk to the long sandy beach, boat harbour, fish market and ramparts. Small elevator was nice for access to upper levels. Basic limited buffet breakfast served on upper terrace
Very excellent riad, right in the best part of the kasbah. But do not stay here if you are bothered by hearing the Muslim call to prayer five times per day, including 6:30 am
We are in a Muslim country and they have their ways. Roll over and go back to sleep and feel comforted that you don't have to hurry to prayer
Great views from our room being on the third floor, very grateful for the elevator getting us and our luggage up and down!

I’d advise this hotel for the following reasons: Cosy and authentic hotel Great quality (large) rooms Fantastic team ! Close (1km) to the fabulous medina - and yet not having the noise of staying in the medina Btw, plenty of top restaurants in the medina!! Great instructors for kitesurfing and surfing 50 meters from the beach The garden is an oasis of peace Airport of Essaouira is at 15 min Definitely...
We spend 8 days at Villa Quieta and had the opportunity to spend time in different rooms, because of our late minute booking. This hotel is gorgeous (original Marrocan style) and will placed just in front of the beach
It was really spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 4. We felt like royalty! There were so many closets - 7 in total! The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home! The bed was luxuriously comfortable
Beautiful property with garden and pool. Not the closest to the Medina but a great location next to the beach. Quick taxi or easy 30 min walk. Nice clean, comfortable, and big room with good lighting
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with proximity to the beach and a mere ten-minute walk from the city centre
I had a room with a balcony so could sit and watch the sunset over the sea which is my favourite place to be. We were three ladies on a short break and the suite we had could more than accommodate our needs

RIAD EXCEPTIONNEL
Le Riad Émotion est très apaisant. Sa décoration est très typique, mais aussi très cocooning, fait avec beaucoup de goût ; nous sommes au centre de la Médina mais c’est d’un calme absolu
Highly recommend! It’s beautifully decorated and spotless. Feels like you are staying in a private home. Breakfast on rooftop is fabulous. Location is central and on a quiet street
We had a fantastic stay at Riad Émotion. From the first moment entering the Riad, you can sense the serene, quiet, and calming atmosphere. It is stunningly decorated with local art in both common areas and the rooms
The homemade breakfasts were a particular delight each morning, including yogurt, fresh fruits, eggs whichever way you like them, perfectly curated coffee, mouth watering crepes, jams, honeys and cakes
A hidden gem on the roof top with relaxing places to relax and views of the town. The atmosphere of the whole Road was one of calm serenity. Would love to return one day…

The riad is located about 20 minutes by foot to the medina, and about 5-10 minutes to the beach. Nearby is a place with many cafes to drink and eat something with good quality and prices
Our neighbors were a bit noisy throughout the night when they would get up to use the shared restroom - they would turn the light on in the hall (which was bright through the windows) and close/lock the door loudly (rooms are not sound proof) - but that’s not quite the fault of the riad!
Overall, great time and very glad we did not stay in the busy Medina! That is a bit of a zoo in there! It was nice...
Also, a mosque at the end of the street is near, so you may wake up around 5 AM. The breakfast was good and varied enough. Various activities are suggested in a comprehensive booklet given by the hotel owners
The Riad was really beautiful and we got a nice big room. The hosts Nadia and Thierry also gave us some good recommendations. And the breakfast, which was served on the rooftop terrace, was just awesome.
It is a really nice riad in a great location. The rooms are beautiful and the service was excellent. We made a mistake with the booking and I was prompt solved by the owners without hesitation

There are many good cafes and restaurants, shops nearby, it is a 10-minute walk to the fortress, 15 minutes to the beach
Complete immersion in the past)) However, for us this was also not a problem. The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, the towels were changed every day, the bathroom has good shampoo, shower gel and body lotion
We spent 1 night in this riad after a few intense days in the Marrakesh region. We've been very glad to with the location and upon our arrival the personal has been very pleasant, respectful and accommodating with us
For once you have a riad with outward facing windows and not dark and cramped. Take the suite on the rooftop if you can, not so much for the extra space but for the extra light and the feeling of being "beyond it"
Park at the port, there are porters with carts who will take your luggage to the riad for a small fee and show you the way. And special thanks to the owners and staff, they are very welcoming and friendly
Beautiful riad in a great location. Bushra and her staff made our stay easy and comfortable. Fabulous room and the riad was located near the local bazaar. However, we were not disturbed at all
