The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dated but it is clean and in a good location. We feel for what we paid it was very good value for money. The rooms on the front are noisy, we took a room on the back it had no view but no noise. The bed was comfortable and clean. Our room was serviced daily by lovely staff. It's a good basic clean friendly hotel. I loved the location and the friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again at the right price. Thank you for taking care of us. We had room 107. Good shower and plenty of hot water love that we had a fridge in the room and good storage. Maybe more hangers would be helpful for me.

We chose this hotel because it's close to the train station, a 15-minute walk away.
The hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast is modest, but you'll be quite full.
The staff is polite.
However, one drawback is the sound between rooms.

The prices are low here, but the heaters didn’t work in the first two rooms they gave us to try. We told them they weren’t working, but they seemed incredulous and said they would work eventually. We insisted on a new room, then they gave us one with new heaters (not sure why this wasn’t offered originally). But the heater was so loud in one of the rooms that nobody could sleep. I wished I’d stay somewhere where I could’ve gotten a good night’s rest to enjoy the trip more.

I and my husband went to the hotel to have dinner at night. As a tourist , it was such a mood spoiler. The plates in which we were being served were so dirty. I ordered a chicken taco but ended up having a beef one - up in complaining the waiter said that they didn’t have chicken so they made beef without even bothering to ask. The fries they served us smelled so bad as if the oil in them was over used. The chicken Tajine my husband ordered was not tender and properly cooked. There was no waiter nearby for attendance and we had to wait at their main reception desk for so long to ask them for something. IT IS A BIG BIG NO ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A TOURIST AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE AND SPOIL YOUR MOOD ON BAD FOOD.

The worst experience i have ever had the receptionist. No name badge no empathy no customer service he was very rude when we asked his name he was threatening us by calling the police while he was blocking the door.. .. he said as a potential guest we are not allowed to know the reception name .

The hotel was very old and dirty (the photos were very dishonest) and the staff were very rude! We were foods poisoned! The breakfast and dinner were just one option, no choice. The complaints (about the hotel room and the food choice and quality) were not accepted! One of the worst holiday we ever had!

The place is quite nice, the receptionist is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean with a TV and air-co. I've been here many times, breakfast is the only thing that I didn't like no choices for some like who like to eat much at the breakfast like me. In general the hotel is good 😊

Not a bad location for Marrakech, close to rail station and not far from market and other sites. Our room overlooked some residential block which was really scruffy and some parts of the building were derelict. Shame really as hotel has some potential. Breakfast was poor compared to later hotels we went to, it needs more choice and an omelette option as well.
