The hotel is very nice. It was all inclusive. I highly recommend everyone to go with their family because they got everything inside. You don’t even need to go out.

The hotel staff was so nice and accomodating especially housekeeping. The quiet pool was one of the nicest I have ever swam in and clean. What I do have to say is that the food was god awful. If a kid just started cooking it could put out better tasting food. Also no frozen drinks in the desert go figure.

The hotel is stunning with a massive garden ground and a big outdoor swimming pool , an indoor pool too. Room is very spacious with good tropical shower . All places are kept well and clean . Staff is very nice and helpful . A big plus is a free shuttle bus to the city 5 times a day . Food is plentiful and a good selection . Will love to go back .

The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. However, the facilities at the hotel require significant improvements. The entire establishment is in dire need of an upgrade, as everything is becoming outdated. We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. Very well located. Warm welcome from the valet and courteous receptionists. The bar was a bit average, but not bad. The room is very nice, but the soundproofing from the hallway is quite poor. The food is decent, but not amazing.

Peaceful! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech, this is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very helpful, and the best part is that it's clean and well-maintained. We spent six fabulous days at the hotel / great room and all restaurant staff were great - the animation team and in particular Ali and Bigani who were so enthusiastic and got us playing all sorts of things - archery and darts to name a couple - we can’t wait to come back - although don’t think we want to ever see another aubergine!! The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel

Average We tried to check in a little early but could not so we came back 15 minutes after check-in time and the rooms were still not ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. We had a lovely Christmas stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my parents, our first holiday abroad together. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was very good. Lovely big room but what makes it a special place to stay are the staff. The kids club team are amazing and the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. Staff was excellent - beyond expectations. Only point worth improving are the kids activities, especially during rain/cold weather when you cannot use the pool.

Kids club exists but doesn't function. The ladies were on there mobile phone and random men were in the kids club. We couldn't leave our kids there. Food was okay but very few items. Swimming pool wasn't warm enough and no indoor pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Be Live and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Marrakech. The best part was the fantastic tours organized by Mehdi and his colleague, especially the hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert.

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. This hotel was relatively nice, however we left a pair of shorts in our room, and called a day later to see if they had found them and if we could come pick them up. They told us that they do not have a lost and found and that if their housekeepers find any left items, they usually just keep them, which is extremely odd.

Found this riad to be absolutely fantastic, the location was spot on being in the centre of Marrakech. The whole experience from the fantastic attentive staff to the rooms was everything you could wish for. Well done.

We had a lovely break in Marrakech at Riad les Oliviers. The ambience was very pleasant and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The riad was clean and quiet. There were a couple of little niggles - the bathroom door didn’t close and the restaurant was very cold. We would have had dinner here more than once if it hadn’t been for that!

Good surrounding environment and decent hotel setup, everything is on par and up to standards. The only thing to note is that the hotel is slightly further from the attractions, can be tricky to get a taxi sometimes. Otherwise, all the staffs were really nice and helpful.

Nothing special considering the price segment, AC is not available during the "winter season" so prepare for warm rooms. In addition at least the third floor rooms can be noisy as there's a rooftop bar that plays music till 1am even on weekdays. Breakfast was good.

The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. We loved this place. A quiet area with an old fashioned quirky feel about it. Excellent food and all of the staff were great especially the girls in the restaurant and Youssef at Reception. Yousseff went out of his way to help us by arranging early and late meals and helping us with bookings and the printing of boarding passes. Beautiful hotel and wonderful experience. Stayed 2 nights and loved it. Only somewhat unpleasant thing thing was loud music from a nearby nightclub
