Travelled during ending Feb. Very cheap affordable hotel. Booked for 2nights -£95. Staff allowed us to extend check out time to late for free. About 15-20mins from city centre Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area . Outdoor gym and indoor gym, tennis court and basketball court. Very decent hotel .

The hotel’s staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking a train since it’s 5 minute’s walk from the train station. The room is clean, and the riad is beautiful. I really enjoyed the experience of staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and delicious.(French-style, but includes Moroccan pastries and cheese.) The riad is about a 20-minute walk from Jemaa El-Fnaa, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.

Too much noise... and the music from the bar downstairs is blasting, impossible to rest, and you can hear the noise from the other guests next door.

The room had no ventilation, it was quite noisy outside, and the facilities were rather outdated. I guess this is the standard in North Africa; in China, it would be considered a hotel-level room.

The breakfasts were decent, but the selection was limited. There were some issues with toiletries; initially, there was only liquid soap, which they decided not to refill during room cleaning. We chose this hotel because it's close to the train station, a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast is modest, but you'll be quite full. The staff is polite. However, one drawback is the sound between rooms.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and surrounded by amenities. The center of Marrakech is easily reached on foot in less than 40 minutes. The staff was always available and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good.

I didn't stay here. I'm writing this review because I couldn't find any recommendations for the restaurant at the Akabar Hotel. The food is excellent. The tagine with pieces of meat is very affordable and delicious. It melts in your mouth and is very juicy. We had mint tea and local Moroccan beer, both delicious. The service was very good. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais De Marrakech. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt right at home. We loved all the animals pottering about and there was just a wonderful energy to the whole place. The staff were really helpful with booking taxis or any other questions we had. This is an ideal property for kids, but the conveyance to the main city everyday will cost around £20 one way. We didn’t get a tissue refill for our 3 days stay and since we were out the whole day, we couldn’t ask at the reception too. I felt the food options in the restaurant is limited too.

Solo trip and my first time in Marrakesh and I’m so glad to chose to stay here. The riad is very centrally located and perfect for the souks and the sights.
