Hotels All-inclusive in Marrakech

The hotel is very nice. It was all inclusive. I highly recommend everyone to go with their family because they got everything inside. You don’t even need to go out.

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025

First time at this resort. Couple traveled for quick weekend getaway. Enjoyed all inclusive options and adult pool. Would visit again.

The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams

Amazing hotel, brilliant staff who can't do enough for you. Food amazing !!!!! So much choice. Reception staff are so helpful!! A taxi to Marrakech centre is MAD150. Be careful not to be ripped off

The hotel offer a bus service, twice a day its free otherwise you have to pay. The city centre is definitely a visit. It's great to stay and enjoy the hotel but go and enjoy Marrakech as well

The same goes for the drinks — plenty of choice, always flowing, and no long waits. Exactly what you want from an all-inclusive experience

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort — it genuinely ticked every box. The food was consistently good and, best of all, always available. No matter the time, there was something fresh and tasty ready to go

No drinks brought to the tables during meals, again having to queue at the bar. There are only 2 bars in the complex which only one is open at a time

Great food, great drinks, a clean pool, and plenty to do — we left relaxed and already thinking about our next visit

It’s a 4 star at the best and the reasons why: Drinks are poor, limited choice and no service around the pool. Always having to go to the bar

I really enjoyed the golf course, it is quite a challenging golf course with a bit of water here and there but some beautiful fairways and the greens are nice and slick I think it's Bermuda grass and it's very sticky and difficult to chip around but you'll soon get the hang of it

The food was ok, nothing special really. 2 out of the 4 days I had something I genuinely found delicious for dinner. 3 out of 5 Overall, if I was visiting this area again I would consider staying here again

Was as expected and no issues worth mentioning. There must be 20 different ones and they all have different names and passwords. Only by sitting at reception can you get reliable connection

The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. However, the facilities at the hotel require significant improvements

The entire establishment is in dire need of an upgrade, as everything is becoming outdated. The furniture needs to be replaced, the walls need a fresh coat of paint, and the signs and notice boards need fixing

Additionally, the toilets need upgrading, and the dining area's utensils and equipment are either broken or old. Besides these issues, there were no other concerns

Many of you don’t have better conditions at home let’s be honest. And yes , food is a buffet, so you must get your ass up and help yourself, no one will bring anything to your table or serve you like in a restaurant

We had a great stay at this hotel in Morocco. It’s conveniently located not too far from the airport, and while you do need taxis to get into town, they’re very affordable and easy to find

Alcohol, it’s here, not a variety as Europe, but they make the effort to serve it and my praise to them considering are a Muslim country and for them is prohibited, they make a huge effort to accommodate everyone

I need to be honest and say that after I booked this hotel, I seen by mistake the amount of bad reviews and that overall got 3 stars due to the bad reviews out here

What would you want more from it ? Food? You find variety, not on everyone’s taste as it’s not a European cuisine, but fresh food is brought up every day for every meal

no same day booking worst part when you do get your reservation the restaurant is half empty and you cannot help to wonder why you need to book 24 h in advance if they are not full anyway 2 days in a row we had to kill giant cockroaches never seen that in any 4 stars hotel i have been to

Loved this place so much we're going back in September

5 off was that phone in one of our two rooms stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed. Not a biggy but still a bit of a concern in case of emergency or other needs

Since we were on the first floor, we couldn’t open a window because the only window was a full sliding glass door and it’s not safe to basically sleep with your door open. Food was good, staff was friendly

Also the spa pool is indoor which is super but costs extra ($10 USD per adult, kids free which was very nice). Shuttle to town fills up fast and must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours if not more)

The room looked clean, but smelled like sewage. If we were staying longer or had arrived earlier in the day, we would’ve asked for a different room

Similarly in Atlas restaurant- the very warm waiter who brought us Moroccon coffee and always had a chat with my son. Great food from chef and omelettes and other food cooked !

Had a pleasant stay in this nice property. Staff are so warm and welcoming! Nice food at the restaurant and alls great value for money.

The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing

Wanted to mention a few of the staff we interacted with - everyone was nice but especially a shout out for Amine who is onsite entertainment team and the brilliant energy he brought

From dancing to archery lessons :) In the lounge we are welcomed by the gracious tea person - didn’t have the name but really wanted to say thank you for the hospitality

A true haven of peace! The setting is splendid, the staff incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A relaxing experience that I highly recommend.

Top staff, top lifeguards, but the entertainment team is very poor, needs to be reviewed. The all-inclusive formula is not great at all, the buffets need to be reviewed.

This is a fantastic place. Beautiful grounds and rooms, spotlessly clean. The food and drink are excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our third time here, and we will come back.

The hotel is stunning with a massive garden ground and a big outdoor swimming pool , an indoor pool too. Room is very spacious with good tropical shower. All places are kept well and clean

The restaurant had an amazing variety of food that was always the highest quality and everything around the whole complex was run perfectly

Visited this place when in morocco, plenty of choices for food, but drinks wasnt all that great. Wines tasted cheap, but rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Lots of fun for my kid as he made plenty of friends

Staff is very nice and helpful. A big plus is a free shuttle bus to the city 5 times a day. Food is plentiful and a good selection

Good hotel, customer service needs massive improvement. All inclusive is recommended as everything is very expensive.

When I finally reached reception, I had to challenge the staff member who claimed my booking was for one person, even though my paperwork clearly stated it was for two

To make matters worse, the room allocated to us had no Wi-Fi or TV connection due to a poor signal. On a practical note, expect to pay around 50–80 dirhams for taxis to the Jemaa el-Fna or Gueliz areas

Large rooms but service isn't suitable for a five star hotel. Staff at the restaurant isn't warm. No service at table and when you ask a server to bring you something, you'll probably not get it as he would "forget it"

Amazing facility. All inclusive. Delicious meals. Beautiful rooms. Only issue is their guest policy. But overall I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

The entertainment wasn't to my taste but it was appreciated by most of the other holiday makers. The hotel was spotless, well kept gardens and good choice of food in the all inclusive

He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us

There are many activities for adults too—tennis, football, table tennis, daily classes, parties, and shows. The food had a different theme every night, with great variety and live cooking stations

The facilities were great at the hotel. The entertainment team were brilliant especially Jaguar, Meri, Rachid and Yousef. The lobby manager Wahid Ali was very accommodating

Had a treat experience at this resort. Restaurant s, Spa, staff was superb. Even the security team was welcoming. My only negative comment would be,under the all inclusive deal the alcohol on site is bottle shelf

The food was good. There was always options for vegetarians. The room was very comfortable. But there was room for improvement on the service.

This is located a 25 minute drive from the Medina where all the great bars and restaurants are. All of the above is related to the hotel itself and not the service we received

All inclusive does not include access to the spa facilities (understand treatments are extra but seriously?!). No extra pillows or blankets in the room which is standard

The location also isn’t the best if you want to get out and about. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride to the Medina or to find a decent restaurant, and there’s really nothing to walk to outside the resort grounds

Entertainment was almost entirely in French, and over the whole week I only heard about six English songs, so it didn’t feel very inclusive for non-French speakers

The reception team was soo helpful and welcoming and polite The entertainment team was just brilliant always friendly, smiling and bubbly big hands up to Mohammad from the club jambo team who was always approachable and talkativeeeee and made us feel very involved in the crowed ahaha Had the best time when it was “a random Bollywood night themed” had such a blast it just made it abit different...

Everything was good apart from the food is was unlike no like before

Peaceful! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech, this is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very helpful, and the best part is that it's clean and well-maintained

The shuttle takes you to the center in 30 minutes. The entertainment team is there without being overly involved. The children are treated like royalty!

This hotel has everything you need. It's all-inclusive, so you can enjoy drinks from the morning. Every cocktail we had by the pool in the Moroccan sunlight was delicious

It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy

When the rooms were ready, my parents were delighted to find their room decorated for their 40th wedding anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made the trip extra special

It felt like staying on a cruise ship, with all-inclusive meals and buffets, and kids wearing wristbands for entry and exit

The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts

The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference

I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good

A la carte restaurant was well worth a visit, shame could only do once per week as not busy and food was excellent

Okay hotel. Entertainment and engagement was lacking severely for the price I paid and the pool could be heated. The drinks were barely there

Everything about it was amazing! Every staff member a true professional, from the chefs to entertainers to cleaners to bar staff. They honestly couldnt do enough for us!

It was all inclusive so there were drinks and snacks at the bar and the poolside

do you really get petty and attempt to charge a customer who has just spent hundreds of dollars with you and generously tipped half the staff? I did loose my cool. It was simply incredulous to me

The resort is a little bit out of town. It’s a beautiful place the kids loved it. We enjoyed the pool competitions. The staff were very lovely and made you feel at home

The young kids had a show every night ,which was nice so no one is left out in the fun. The rooms was spacious and we were upgraded to a suite

My friend and I stayed here 01-05th September for 5 nights, that was just not long enough! The staff are amazing, they all speak English, the hotel rooms and facilities (of which there are many) are constantly cleaned

This is not the hotel that we booked for our holiday, but our usual was closed for our trip time so we were asked to swap to El Olivar by our tour company. In the main the staff were friendly and helpful

Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc

We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant

It was an ok all inclusive resort. The food wasn’t great, the location was quite poor and the service wasn’t the best.

Stayed next door which was a million miles better food entertainment drinks and a heated pool

Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening

The meals are correct, of good quality with a choice of fresh and seasonal products. Rooms are decent to average standard and clean. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Overall I recommend for an unfussy family vacation

Beautiful hotel, friendly and kind staff and a relaxing time. This was my third time coming back and I can’t recommend the place more. The food is nice they really do cater for everyone and you will never go hungry

The pools are nice and clean both inside and outside ones. Daily actives are fun and the staff never really not let you to have a good time. The rooms are clean and decent

They are currently having a renovation and can see they are really trying to get ready for the season. I would come here as a solo traveller , family , couple as thy really do cater for everyone

There is a spa which is amazing with really kind and friendly staff. They also do henna on site so it’s worth getting one while you’re there. The lady who does it is also super cute

They have a hairdresser also who does a really good job and can save you the hair wash day problem ladies while on holiday. Thank you as always ! I’ll come back when the renevations are done to see ❤️

The restaurant is nice, we went all inclusive and the adults were very happy but if you have picky teenagers prepare to buy a few dinners off the menu so they actually eat something lol

It was very pleasant and we enjoyed our few days peaceful away from the city hustle and bustle will defo go there again

We booked this hotel as we were unhappy with the first one we arrived too. It was like a palace compared to the first hotel we arrived at. The pool area is stunning, especially of a night

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive (especially in the restaurant and at the poolside). The pool, sunbeds, room and communal areas were lovely and spotless

It was very clean and the bathroom was adequate with a good shower. Food and drink options throughout the restaurants and bars are good. The food was extremely good in the main buffet restaurant

We booked all inclusive for a short winter break at the Valeria Madina Club Resort and had a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the staff were very helpful

All meals were of a high standard offering local cuisine and continental European options

When we go to Marrakech, we always take this hotel, it has never disappointed us Very generous breakfast and dinner The staff is attentive and the rooms are very comfortable

The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it

Quite good value for money but the premises is a bit dark and old. The food served was ok but the quality is so-so.
