There are many European tourists. The all-inclusive meals are quite rich. The overall service is good, but there is no drinking water in the room.

Excellent hotel, it's all inclusive and excellent quality. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities such as tennis, table tennis, spinning, archery etc

2 adults with 16 year old daughter. We spent most of our days by the adult only Zen pool which was fabulous. The drinks and cocktails were all great, especially the Mojitos

The entertainment wasn't to my taste but it was appreciated by most of the other holiday makers. The hotel was spotless, well kept gardens and good choice of food in the all inclusive

The food and drink were not good, and the service in the other restaurant, which you have to book, was awful - we left after the first course! The staff however, were so kind and friendly, and the place was clean!

Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special

My stay was only a short one, and I am very much a foodie, but my thoughts in summary are ; beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, poor drinks at times eg making a pina colada with vodka because the bar was closing in 30 minutes and they wouldn't open a new bottle of rum !!! Food was heavily vegetarian and the meat options were of poor quantity and quality

One of the best hotels in Marrakesh. The animation team does a great job. The staff is friendly and always has excellent customer service. Activities are varied and scheduling allows for multiple activities per day

Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer

2nd visit Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff

This hotel has everything you need. It's all-inclusive, so you can enjoy drinks from the morning. Every cocktail we had by the pool in the Moroccan sunlight was delicious

Our normally shy daughter came out of her shell and enjoyed every single second because EVERY SINGLE staff member regardless of the department they worked in made her and our entire family feel welcome

Everything about this hotel is spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was perfect. The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The hotel grounds were absolute perfection

We had a pleasant family stay. Everything was top notch, the staff, the catering, the cleanliness and especially the entertainment team who dazzled us with a magnificent show.

Large rooms but service isn't suitable for a five star hotel. Staff at the restaurant isn't warm. No service at table and when you ask a server to bring you something, you'll probably not get it as he would "forget it"

Good hotel, customer service needs massive improvement. All inclusive is recommended as everything is very expensive.

sublime stay, well appointed room, clean, and well air-conditioned, breakfast is great, really quiet with a nice musical atmosphere with the help of a DJ by the pool

I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one. It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes. A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD

The staff at the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and worked efficiently. There were no amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or bathrobes

The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was all-you-can-drink white, rosé, and red wine

They have certain times for each restaurant however after a long day of being out, you didn’t even have a kettle to wind down with in private in the room

The environment and facilities are good. It was very strange to have a travel agent at the front desk of the hotel. When I checked in on the first day, I was introduced to the agency reservation program

Service staff are all trained and nice. Restaurant service is quick and polite. Reception staff are also nice. Food is good. Close to the main square. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, as noisy and active or quiet and sedate as you wanted it to be. We preferred a relaxed quiet time in the relax pool away from the big pool amd activities

The food is absolutely gorgeous, hot and with a great variety, we’ve been to many all inclusives but this one really was the best, in tems of quality of food, friendliness/professionalism, and cleanliness

They offer similar menu for breakfast which was totally fine because we got to pick out our favourite after 3 days! Different menu for lunch and dinner! Our favourite was the Moroccan night! Such delicious local dishes

The only room for improvement that we saw was that maybe they can improve their system to let the guests know when they are approved for a late checkout at least the night before checking out instead of the day of the checkout

We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this property very much! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! It also looks like a very fun environment to work in because they seem to treat each other like family

The staff Smiley and Pitcho made it a really fun place to be. There was a variety of traditional and international food to choose from

Visited this place when in morocco, plenty of choices for food, but drinks wasnt all that great. Wines tasted cheap, but rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Lots of fun for my kid as he made plenty of friends

We've had a brilliant 4 nights at this hotel. Its very clean,the food and drink is lovely and the staff are really friendly and polite especially the manager and the TUI rep

The meals are correct, of good quality with a choice of fresh and seasonal products. Rooms are decent to average standard and clean. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Overall I recommend for an unfussy family vacation

All-inclusive dribks were nice, but food was meh. It's a shame they didnt include more traditional morcoccan meals in restaurant. It wasnt hard to get a sunbed which is good. But food made the getaway bland

great service mindset and personnel selection. Karwah (sorry for spelling) in buffets is a true gem. in trying to find something to improve: the live band while we were there not very good

music in background at a la carte restaurant off (ex: whitney houston. should be something Moroccan (either traditional or modern) for the experience. note floors in bathrooms extremely slippery when wet

I suggest you tip well at the beginning of your stay & try to sit in the same area of restaurants. Loads of parking - but don't hire a car! We drive everywhere but just not worth the hassle here

We had a really great time at Rui Tikida Gardens, which contributed to a fantastic holiday in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is very clean and very well looked after. The food is very nice with several options

The variety of food at each meal was good and the service was excellent! The hotel is modern and from arrival to exit, the staff were all very helpful, professional and very accomodating. I would defifitely visit again

The drinks at the bar were below average. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip

The only complaint was the service in the one other restaurant, it seem that you had to dine early to receive service otherwise it was mediocre
