We had a fantastic time at the Riad mazaya. Nathalie and Clement are great hosts and took very good care of us. We loved the roof top terrasse! The Riad is very well located on a quiet street. Thanks for hosting us.

I booked a last-minute birthday trip to Marrakech and debated between staying in a Riad or a hotel. I’m so glad I chose Riad Mazaya. From my first interaction with the owner, Nathalie, I knew I’d made the right decision. The riad truly felt like a home away from home. It is perfectly situated within the Medina and about a 10 mins walk to Jemaa el -Fnaa (provided you don't get lost- lol). It’s absolutely beautiful, every corner is Instagram-worthy, while still being clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I visited in January/February when the evenings were cooler, so I really appreciated the heating in both the rooms and the breakfast area. I also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off through Nathalie, and the process was seamless (highly recommend adding this when booking). What made this stay five-star, though, was the staff—especially Mohammed. He was warm, attentive, and such a joy to chat with. Thank you to Nathalie and Clemont for such a memorable stay. I would absolutely book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco.

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful Riad in Marrakech. The location is great as it's walking distance to most attractions in the town centre. The riad is clean and lovingly furnished and decorated. Breakfast is really tasty too and takes place on the rooftop terrace. The managers, Nathalie and Clement, are so helpful, attentive and kind. You can tell that they love what they do. We would definitely return to this Riad if we ever get the chance.

Booked a last minute trip to Marrakech. Used google maps to identify the approximate area I wanted and saw Riad Mazaya had 4.9 out of 5 in reviews. I read the first few reviews and knew then this was the place for me. Luckily I got the last available room. I had great communication from Clement and Nathalie the owners through Whatsapp, arrival times, transfer, pickup, meals and help with attractions, they couldn't have helped more. I messaged to ask about the sunrise hot air balloon ride. Clement organised this for me and made sure I got the picked up in the morning. Khalid also helped a lot, organised my meal when I arrived and met me from the transfer and got me to the pick up point for the balloon at 5am. I cover a lot of ground when travelling and managed to see many of the main attractions over a few days. The city is very walkable, the Riad is great location, a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa square which is the centre. The Riad is up a quiet cul de sac so you can sleep easy. The Riad itself is immaculately kept and comfortable. I would definitely recommend choosing this as a base for a few days if you are staying in Marrakech, you won't be disappointed. This riad was beautiful!! And the couple that owns it were so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with great suggestions, not only what to see in town, but elsewhere in Morocco as well. Even helped us get a taxi the morning we (sadly) had to leave. The breakfasts were the amazing! And of course, you couldn't beat the location! Could not have found a better place to stay if I tried. Next time I come through Marrakech, I’m definitely booking here again.

It is not an easy way to describe our great experience with Riad Mazaya. There are places where you are welcomed with the words 'feel at home'. Frankly speaking we felt at home! But first things first. We were amazed by the charming layout of this place and we will remember for a long time tasty breakfasts. Where is Riad Mazaya located? It's inside the old city of Marrakesh 5 minutes walk from its center and Bahia Palace. To Medrasa Ben Youssef you can walk in 10 minutes but only if you don't stop at shops with hand made carpets, wooden goods or brass lanterns. After you pass the entrance it transports you from crowded city life to a calm and relaxing location. This beautiful place is run by Natalie and Clement. It is so hard to describe how great hosts they are! They know Marrakesh really well. We visited a few places recommended by them and definitely it was a great choice. You can rely on Natalie and Clement if you want an authentic Marrakesh experience. For shure we highly recommend this unique place.

We stayed in this beautiful Riad in Marrakesh Medina for the first three nights of our trip to Morocco. Natalie and Clement were the perfect hosts, they are so helpful, friendly and happy to share all their knowledge of Marrakesh. Their staff at the Riad were all kind and thoughtful too. Clement even spent a lot of time helping to arrange our onward travel to Taroudant, which we were very grateful for. We thoroughly recommend this Riad.

Riad Mazaya is a quiet riad in the center of the action which is which is what would hope for in Marrakech. From here we could take a High Atlas Mountains tour, and the hosts arranged for us a wonderful city private tour guide. We walked to the medina and participated in the shopping and celebrations there. It was a very safe comfortable and happy place to be. The hosts provided great care. We loved the rooftop terrace too.

Nathalie and Clement and all their wonderful team made us feel as we were visiting our old best friend. Literally their team read our wishes in our eyes. Riad Mazaya is very authentic and looks like a rich morocca’n home. Especially we enjoyed our breakfasts on the rooftop. Just the perfect stay , from communication to restaurant reservations to breakfast in the terrace, everything was just perfect. Nathalie and Clement are perfect hosts. Every morning they greet you to ensure that your stay is perfect. The Riad is very well appointed, has a beautiful terrace for sitting out in the sunshine or having breakfast. Upon arrival you are greeted with the usual mint tea. We arranged our transfers from the airport and to the train station through Nathalie and everything went very smoothly and at a reasonable price. I would not consider staying anywhere else unless of course you don’t want to be in the Médina.

Restaurant El Bahia is situated next of entrance of Bahia Palace. It obviously was part of this historical palace. Restaurant El Bahia has one of most beautiful enterior of restaurants I have ever seen.
Besides of amazing looking you will find a great and nice staff, and an excellent kitchen. Prices are not low related to other places in Marrakech, however, quality and size of meals and side dishes make Restaurant Bahia a very good choice.

Lavish interiors downstairs, plainer on the roof terrace. Mint tea wasn't very strong. Patisseries were delicious, though. We felt a bit sorry for the tortoises wandering about on the roof.

One of the best food experience we had in Marrakech because food was a bit different from the traditional things you will find anywhere else... If you are looking for some good dish and well served then go for it ! After few days of eating exactly the same thing in each touristic place you’ll be happy to find this place !!! Price was also reasonable for the quality served, must try in Southern part of the souk !

Little gem of a restaurant that is hidden away in Marrakesh.
The prices a bit expensive but the food was worth it with great flavours and good quality presentation.
Best to sit on the roof area as you get the best views of Marrakesh and very nicely decorated.

This is just terrible... Service is horrible... They push you tells you you are lucky to be there... Food, well microwave pastas taste better. Gambas are prawns... And sorry but the picture of what you see on internet are really not what you gone eat... Beurk

Great food and great service.
We came without reservation! Big mistake. This place is packed and amazingly beautiful. No wonder why such great reviews. Food was good but not amazing.
Service was great.
Even though they were full house, they managed to slip us in. Super!

We went by chance. We returned by choice. One needs to reserve because it is so popular. The staff are respectful and friendly. The ambiance is delightful. The food is delicious and well presented. When we return to Marrakesh we will be sure to return to Pepe Nero

A bit of a disappointment. I normally minus a star for every big thing that displeased me the first let down at Pepe Nero was the table we were plonked on. I asked if the table could be in the court yard, it was but our only view was the gas canisters stored in the stairway.
Second the service was poor we felt rush when ever we asked for something but at the same time ignored for most of the meal, almost as though the waiter didn’t want us to be there.
Third the food was not worth the price. We had lamb for 2 the meat was nice and a good size but it only came with a plate of bland vegetables no rice or couscous was even offered.
Most things I can forgive if service is friendly and welcoming but I found Pepe cold and impersonal. I would avoid in future.

Fenomenal! Amazing food and excellent service. The owner is a really friendly and came to talk to us. Definitely the best restaurant we went to in marrakesh and one of the best I have ever been! I would only suggest to put more security to accompany guests to the restaurant as I didn't feel secure in the neighbourhood. On the way back to the driver ( not possible to arrive infront of restaurant) we got accompanied by a security and fell more comfortable.
