Fantastic experience from start to finish. Traditional stay with amazing staff. Property is really good value for money, calming atmosphere and in a perfect location to explore Marrakech. I travelled alone and Abdul could not have done any more to make my stay comfortable, and find my way around some of those winding streets in the dark! I’m sure I’ll be back!

A lovely hotel in the heart of the Medina. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good and can be had on the beautiful rooftop rerrace. Asad and Abdul were very welcoming and helpful hosts, helping me to negotiate the warren that is the Medina. In addition, Asad was exceptionally helpful with very detailed and informative email communications before I arrived-a wonderful host. Many thanks! Very highly recommended.

Once in a while you stay at place that goes so far beyond to make you feel comfortable and this is that place. The staff goes out of their way to help in anyway they can. Thank you and I really can’t recommend this hotel any higher.

As a first time single woman in Morocco, this Riad was the perfect one to stay in. Asad gave me a great download of what everyone should know. The information he gave me served me so well throughout my trip.

The only area for improvement is the Hammam recommended made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable in pushing us for a tip. Just something to be aware of! :)

As first time visitors to Marrakesh we are so glad that we chose Riad Al Mamoune. We asked the Riad to arrange transfer for us from the Airport, and again so glad we did. We were met by our driver at the Airport and then escorted all the way to the Riad, (which can be hard to find until you get your bearings)a proper guided tour! The Riad is beautiful. The accomodation great. Location is fantastic. But most importantly the hospitality and kindness of all the staff could not be more. So accomodating and always there to help and answer any questions. I cannot recommend the Riad enough. We felt that we had experienced Marrakesh culture and living at it's best.

We will always be grateful to be part of the Al Mamoune family. All our love to Abdul, who we miss every day; and Asad who is priceless! We chose the Tan Tan room but plan to try a different style next year. I promise that this is a clean and comfortable home from home and we are confident that everyone will enjoy the hospitality. Staying at this Riad was a fantastic experience, personalised to my needs especially as a solo traveller. I was greeted from the taxi by Abdul who carried my luggage for me as we walked through the souks to get to the accommodation. He made early breakfast for me every time I was going on an excursion and even walked me to the meeting point on the first morning so that I got straight there. Breakfast was slightly different each day too. Abdul was like a long lost uncle who looked after me. I had a sore throat one morning so Abdul made me a special tea to help soothe it. My single person room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything I needed and the shower was lush with great water flow and large water droplets coming from the large shower head. It was traditional and cultural and I probably wouldn't stay in any other accommodation if I was to visit again. There was a roof terrace too so you could chill and catch some rays. When I encountered problems with one of my excursions, Asad did everything he could to help. Just perfect service!!!

What a great vibe this place has! Three stories and each story has its own unique feel to it. I can’t speak of the food because I only had tea and wine, but this is most definitely one of my favorite places in Marrakech. Aside from the incredible decor, the music and service are phenomenal! If Anas is your server, be sure to strike up a conversation with him. He is very sweet and remembered who I was every time I came back which is always so nice in a foreign place. Oh, and did I mention 2 for 1 happy hour drinks at every hour?! Wine not? ;)

Nice trendy bar, serves alcohol (!) at a reasonable price (65dh for two 330ml bottles of beer on the "happy hour" - which is all the time. Can't be shared.) Staff are nice enough.

It would have been 5 stars if they didn't refuse to let us in because they don't serve Moroccans... Twice in different times. I only wanted to go there again because the first time was with a group of foreigners and not sure if they forgot about me or something but I really liked it there, 360 view, great atmosphere, nice drinks/prices, good service,... If you're not moroccan, Go!

A nice restaurant & bar, with a nice decor! A bit on a pricier side for Marrakesh but not expensive as such. Especially nice lounge vibe on the terrace. Definitely recommend for drinks on the terrace, haven’t tried the food so can’t comment.

Spent a few evenings here whilst in Marrakech, very nice place. Food very nice, good service and a nice selection of drinks. Cocktails a bit hit or miss, but they are one of only a few places that serve alcohol around. Can be very busy, best to book if you want to be guaranteed a table. The roof terrace is very nice.

Awesome experience! Great food, good service, and reasonable prices. Try to eat on the roof if possible. It filled up before 7:30pm on a Wednesday which surprised me, but it was definitely worth squeezing in!

Rooftop bar is very relaxed with a good selection of drinks including Moroccan beers. The views aren't that great but the service is very good. Beautiful building and courtyard. Well worth visiting to relax in the evening and watch the sunset.
