A wonderful experience, very accommodating. A great location, breakfast was very good. Housemaid was excellent x Overall a lovely experience and stay. The pools were great, lovely selection of food and drinks
It’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens
The location was 15 minutes walk from Marrakesh station, and 10 minutes drive from most locations like the market (medina), the food was amazing, the staff were also nice, with good tea being served at the reception
When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer
Booked this international five-star hotel for my boss, and it truly delivered. The facilities were excellent, and it offered great value for money, which made my boss very happy
The hotel and facilities are amazing. Check in and check out is a process and takes long with long wait times and queues. Check in staff not the most friendly

Booked family room, kids loved it, had plenty of entertainment for children and adults, heated pool, water park was amazing
A wonderful resort with lots of space and very friendly staff. The animation team is excellent, always ensuring everyone feels included with fun activities and a friendly attitude
The hotel is very nice. It was all inclusive. I highly recommend everyone to go with their family because they got everything inside. You don’t even need to go out.
The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams
First time at this resort. Couple traveled for quick weekend getaway. Enjoyed all inclusive options and adult pool. Would visit again.
My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025

The pool area is lovely and there was always a sun bed available with great pool tunes being played (only v. small issue was running out of pool towels but that is a bonus in a hotel)
Big and beautiful hotel, well maintained. Superb location, big lovely pools and amazing sunbeds
We were after a hotel that had a large pool area to relax after sight seeing in February, and this 100% fitted the bill
The hotel breakfast was good, lots of variety both hot and cold and we always found a table, only issue we found was the hot drinks machines were always broken/needing replenishing
The Medina area was around a 20-30 min walk away and at the street behind the hotel there were restaurants/sky bars which was pricey but high end decor and atmosphere
Our room was large and airy and cleaned well and there was a separate toilet and shower. We had three large single beds in the room which was cleaned daily

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful
It was perfect experience but the price is too high. Also the in door swimming pools are very dirty water you can smell it. For the break fast was perfect.
Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand
Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout
This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm
I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience

Wonderful huge area of the hotel! Good numbers! There is a possibility to choose a room with private pool. But no Moroccan flavor. If in Europe.
Loved this place so much we're going back in September
Also the spa pool is indoor which is super but costs extra ($10 USD per adult, kids free which was very nice). Shuttle to town fills up fast and must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours if not more)
Pool areas are a bit worn and dated. I’d say more like a 3 to 4 start in other European places. Staff were really nice and accommodated later check out
Good short weekend break , clean , good food , easy airport transfer , weather great , what’s not to like !
Since we were on the first floor, we couldn’t open a window because the only window was a full sliding glass door and it’s not safe to basically sleep with your door open. Food was good, staff was friendly

Great food, great drinks, a clean pool, and plenty to do — we left relaxed and already thinking about our next visit
The pool was spotless and well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout the day
We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort — it genuinely ticked every box. The food was consistently good and, best of all, always available. No matter the time, there was something fresh and tasty ready to go
There were loads of activities like darts, archery, and regular performances that kept things fun and lively without ever feeling overwhelming
The same goes for the drinks — plenty of choice, always flowing, and no long waits. Exactly what you want from an all-inclusive experience
Room cleaned to high standard every day. The whole resort was very clean. Staff were all amazing, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The heated pool is wonderful, main pools are great

The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably
Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities
My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool
A large nice hotel, great location and pool.
Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team,
As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers
fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo. The staff are friendly and keep the hotel clean, despite a few guests (of French origin) throwing their bottles near the pool. We will gladly return next year.
On the day of departure, I helped to call a taxi, but halfway found that my passport and domestic ID card were all left in the room, so I turned back immediately to get them
It’s a scam , their shuttle is **** , have to book prior , better to stay in city , we faced so much trouble in midnight to go to pubs with no taxis available
Avoid if you want pubbing
Also front office billing system is fishy , they tried to charge more
Beautiful hotel, walk to the room was a little far. Food and service was lovely. Especially Salma. Shame my hotel phone wasn’t working which was an inconvenience
Everything went very well. The stay was certainly short but we will return soon.
Great hotel in an idyllic setting in the palm grove.
The service

Didn't try the separate restaurant so can't comment. Lovely swimming pools and friendly animation team
Amazing facility. All inclusive. Delicious meals. Beautiful rooms. Only issue is their guest policy. But overall I loved my stay and would definitely come back.
There are many activities for adults too—tennis, football, table tennis, daily classes, parties, and shows. The food had a different theme every night, with great variety and live cooking stations
The hotel staff was so nice and accomodating especially housekeeping. The quiet pool was one of the nicest I have ever swam in and clean. What I do have to say is that the food was god awful
It was a lovely stay, food was the best part/ great and different food every day , property a bit dated, pools were great and big, entertainment was fun.
I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony

Gardens, Poolside, Lobby but disappointed rooms. Very old , stinky, uncomfortable rooms. Rooms needs immediate new and modern updates. Have changed the room three times. With this room’s condition price is on higher side
Very kind staff beautiful garden spacious and clean rooms varied meal only downside no entertainment very clean swimming pool
The hotel itself is not bad, common area are nice, garden and pool are nice but the room are very random and maybe a bit old design.
The price is right, and it's very close to the nearby shopping mall. The two most famous bars are also nearby and can be reached on foot. The environment of the small garden is also very good
Enjoy a pleasant stay thanks to the hospitable, helpful and professional staff available 24 hours a day. Good catering, clean room, which has everything necessary for the comfort of clients
Super nice staff and friendly.
Very welcoming and helpful.
Will surely recommend this and worth at least coming back to for sure.

The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing
Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it
Wanted to mention a few of the staff we interacted with - everyone was nice but especially a shout out for Amine who is onsite entertainment team and the brilliant energy he brought
Similarly in Atlas restaurant- the very warm waiter who brought us Moroccon coffee and always had a chat with my son. Great food from chef and omelettes and other food cooked !
From dancing to archery lessons :) In the lounge we are welcomed by the gracious tea person - didn’t have the name but really wanted to say thank you for the hospitality
A true haven of peace! The setting is splendid, the staff incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A relaxing experience that I highly recommend.

The hotel is stunning with a massive garden ground and a big outdoor swimming pool , an indoor pool too. Room is very spacious with good tropical shower. All places are kept well and clean
All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data
The welcome, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the food was great. It is a family hotel and perfectly adapted to people with reduced mobility. The shuttle that takes you back to Jama El Fna is a great service
Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety
The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff
It is one less worry to get around. The hotel also has a very useful application

The hotel wasn't too bad but no lron the room was clean. Same food everyday pool to swim water very cold. some can speak English but they don't understand
Decent hotel with average amenities and good pool.
We need to pay city tax extra
Perfect, very professional staff, nothing to say, see you soon
The entire establishment is in dire need of an upgrade, as everything is becoming outdated. The furniture needs to be replaced, the walls need a fresh coat of paint, and the signs and notice boards need fixing
Additionally, the toilets need upgrading, and the dining area's utensils and equipment are either broken or old. Besides these issues, there were no other concerns
The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. However, the facilities at the hotel require significant improvements

a very clean, comfortable and big room; the balcony is big enough for two chairs and a table where guests can enjoy the view of garden and the lovely swimming pool; a bar of vibe
The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs
We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that
It has all the facilities that guests can enjoy a holiday or a leisure break there, e
Good location, next to Marrakech train station. Breakfast was good. The gym has a view of the pool. Drinking water max 2 bottles per day.
Our stay was very pleasant. Location was excellent with a lot to eat and do within walking distance. The staff were courteous and helpful and breakfast was varied and delicious. Would recommend and stay again.

The rooms were Clean, pretty new property. Staff was friendly. There was two pools pretty big .
The only thing I didn't like is we had ants in the room. The hotel very from the Attraction and town.
Excellent staff very clean heated pool
Needs more specialist restaurants
Small friendly hotel all on one level other than 2 nd floor rooms with elevator
Had a treat experience at this resort. Restaurant s, Spa, staff was superb. Even the security team was welcoming. My only negative comment would be,under the all inclusive deal the alcohol on site is bottle shelf
Lee & Michelle.
Booked 4 nights but booked a further night as we enjoyed it so much.
The food was good. There was always options for vegetarians. The room was very comfortable. But there was room for improvement on the service.
The fixtures in the bathroom are coming away from the wall. No one is checking the ongoing maintenance. No handsoap, just mini bars of soap which are very wasteful. It's a shallow puddle outside the room doors

However sunbeds are limited to 7/8 per day and you need to be down for 930am to secure one. We never had a problem and usually had the pool to ourselves until mid afternoon
The lovely lady cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes was brilliant and her omelettes were beautiful. Pool is clean and well kept area
Great hotel with a great location in the city, rooms cleaned every day, we stayed B&B and breakfast had a great choice of food on offer, freshly made omelettes to fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cereals tea coffee machines with fresh juices too, reception staff are super friendly and helpful, speak very good English, concierge service is great too, as it’s a city on the up they are building everywhere...
Their breakfast menu is nice and everything is fresh and topped up instantly when there were many patrons on busy days. The only thing they might work on is changing the pool water more frequently
Very accommodating and friendly hotel from the reception staff to the room maids. Bed and breakfast was exceptional value for money, fresh and plentiful. The staff cleared plates quickly and never any mess left around
I appreciated the high level of welcoming and the staff very customer satisfaction oriented. I recommend this hotel for quiet time, easiness of the city discovery since it’s a walking distance from many attractions

Very clean hotel as well, but flies and wasps by the poolside were very annoying (I know there’s nothing to be done about that but just a warning as we had to chuck and replace drinks after leaving them for literal seconds)
The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive (especially in the restaurant and at the poolside). The pool, sunbeds, room and communal areas were lovely and spotless
If you want an English breakfast, expect the staff to speak English, go to Benidorm. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area lovely and contrary to previous reviews the pool was not "too cold"
Music playing by the pool and a gentleman singing in the evening which was lovely. I really don’t understand the other reviews about staff rudeness because they were all exceptional with us
We booked this hotel as we were unhappy with the first one we arrived too. It was like a palace compared to the first hotel we arrived at. The pool area is stunning, especially of a night
I booked this hotel as we got a great deal. After booking I read some negative reviews and was anxious about staying there. The hotel far surpassed our expectations

We stayed at Labranda Targa Aqua Park and overall had a very mixed experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, with plenty of pools to choose from and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily
Overall, it’s an okay hotel if you want to relax by the pool and don’t mind sticking mostly to the resort, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for great food, varied entertainment, or easy access to Marrakech
Everything was good apart from the food is was unlike no like before
Peaceful! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech, this is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very helpful, and the best part is that it's clean and well-maintained
very nice and calming place..friendly staff
Food was a real disappointment – most dishes were lukewarm and very much geared toward Moroccan/French tastes, which I do appreciate, but things like creamed lentils, pumpkin soup, and tough steak that couldn’t be cut with a knife just weren’t to my liking

Satisfied overall despite the negative reviews that can be found on the site. If you are looking for calm, a swimming pool and pleasant staff, don't hesitate!
We had a great stay at this hotel in Morocco. It’s conveniently located not too far from the airport, and while you do need taxis to get into town, they’re very affordable and easy to find
The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and peaceful; there wasn’t much noise, aside from the occasional laughter here and there
And who needs toilet paper when you have a bidet literally next to the toilet ? I find it amazing and amusing what people like to complain about
Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and although it was fairly basic, it was clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed
Many of you don’t have better conditions at home let’s be honest. And yes , food is a buffet, so you must get your ass up and help yourself, no one will bring anything to your table or serve you like in a restaurant

I have a wonderful view of the pool and lounge area from the balcony. There's no shortage of shops lining the street: fresh fruit, fresh grilled food, household goods, etc
Here now and so far the front desk has been very good to us. He changed our room this morning as he promised and this room is wayy better with view to the pool and a clean nice bathroom all in one place
I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Aziz was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face. When I'm not there, housekeeping puts the room in order. I appreciate everything they offer
Of course the hotel needs updating, but it's really good. I think this is a personal point of view. If you want perfection, you'll pay a lot more
I can't say anything bad about this property, its location or its hospitality. I am grateful for the opportunity to visit this beautiful country ❤️
The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied, with something for everyone, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
