Great hotel with excellent facilities and staff

The hotel and facilities are amazing. Check in and check out is a process and takes long with long wait times and queues. Check in staff not the most friendly

Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait

Hotel is based in the new district, beside other hotels , restaurants, with the souk nearby. 5 mins from the airport, great hotel for comfort and relaxing. I have stayed her several times and will return again

It is said to be the best hotel in Marrakech. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. The room is spacious but the door looks old. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool

It was perfect experience but the price is too high. Also the in door swimming pools are very dirty water you can smell it. For the break fast was perfect.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by the famous Buddahbar, a restaurant that has the best show in Marrakech, as well as simple meals, supermarkets, shopping malls, currency exchange points, etc

Great location Friendly & professional staff A bit old.

The entrance is beautiful, the pools are stunning but this is mainly it. Food: breakfast is nice then the rest is tasteless. It does feel like you are at school. Rooms: you have to ask many time for everything

It is pretty large but shabby hotel, swimming pool in summer and winter (indoor and outdoor respectively), housekeeping and the food at C grade of 5. Overall - for the money you can find better, get back.

Luxurious hotel, excellent cuisine and convenient location.

It is convenient it's here but the service provided doesn't match the quality of regular Medina spa. They ask you to take appointment but they are always late. They balnéothérapie is mainly what you can get at home

Get chairs and a table on the balcony 1 time. Clean the fridge 4 times (there was mold inside and they didn't even clean it properly). Fixe the phone 1 time and it took 30 min at 10pm on our first night

Manicure pedicure wasn't this relaxing moment I was picturing in a comfy seat. They use some rough tools for the facial. First feel like my face was polish and then they applied some burning mask

nice, clean, good service , friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. Really impressed.

All the staff are lovely Friendly and go out of theyre way to make your stay great, it is like an oasis in the hustle bustle of daily desert life here in Marrakech

What happiness in this place of human qualities of a thousand and one nights, tranquility, comfort! Just what we need to recharge our batteries and find time to read in the sun and cool off in the pool

The hotel itself is not bad, common area are nice, garden and pool are nice but the room are very random and maybe a bit old design.

The price is right, and it's very close to the nearby shopping mall. The two most famous bars are also nearby and can be reached on foot. The environment of the small garden is also very good

What an Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Especially Hassan, always ready to welcome you with a smile and that amazing Moroccan Tea. This hotel was the best part of our whole trip in Marrakech.

We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Waves in Marrakech. It was clean, beautifully landscaped, delicious food, attentive staff- everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend!

2 adults with 16 year old daughter. We spent most of our days by the adult only Zen pool which was fabulous. The drinks and cocktails were all great, especially the Mojitos

There are 2 swimming-pools that are suitable for all ages. We enjoyed our stay very much

Hotel not 5 stars. Staff and food, excellent. Poolside area in need of some TLC, it looks tired in places with old furniture and sun bed mattresses which are in need of replacement.

Wonderful huge area of the hotel! Good numbers! There is a possibility to choose a room with private pool. But no Moroccan flavor. If in Europe.

Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special

One of the best hotels in Marrakesh. The animation team does a great job. The staff is friendly and always has excellent customer service. Activities are varied and scheduling allows for multiple activities per day

Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer

Everything was simply top notch, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet, the heated pool and and the gym, an amazing stay, can't ask for more. We're actually planning to return next week

I booked a hotel in Marrakech through trip. com and was really satisfied with my experience. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to choose from a wide selection of hotels

Very decent breakfast, original rooms, the swimming pool is not great, the windows are not insulated at all, you can hear everything outside and the cold comes in, the air conditioning is not regulated, they manage the temperature and it is poorly managed

The hotel I chose was exactly as described on the website, clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them for your hotel booking needs!

The pool was gorgeous - very clean, spacious and inviting! The children’s pool was my daughter’s dream come true! It was equipped with a splash pad and kept her entertained

This hotel has everything you need. It's all-inclusive, so you can enjoy drinks from the morning. Every cocktail we had by the pool in the Moroccan sunlight was delicious

Very accomodating staff though, helpful and with the room issues they sorted it swiftly (shower was not working, sink was blocked). we were short of and waiting for towels everyday

was a literal towel hunt as we had 4 people in our room! Loved our experience still. breakfast was a good selection

Honestly I don't recommend the bed, the pillows are as hard as bricks... sorry but luckily the porters and the ladies at reception raised my rating

The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it

I had read alot of the other reviews after i had booked this holiday and i was put off, so i did not know what to expect! All in all i had a brilliant time, the hotel was nice theres a area for quiet time and a large pool also another pool with the bar and entertainment which was very good

After reading the reviews we were apprehensive. The animation team were absolutely amazing. The fact you have use of two pools. 1 very lively and 1 peaceful is fantastic. Mehdi was so helpful from day 1

Overall a good stay for the price paid. Service could have been better we had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper, as it wasn’t topped up daily

Pool areas nice, particularly like the 'zen pool' for a relaxed time (other hotels I have stayed at its just too busy with loud music). Grounds are beautiful, large and well maintained

Room was large (we were upgraded which was wonderful), heating worked well (it was winter!), peace and tranquillity of the hotel and grounds, food was tasty and good quality, staff were friendly and helpful, hot powerful shower, style of accommodation (villa type) very nice

I really liked that the entertainment reps don't harass you continually to take part in activities like at some other hotels where I would literally have to hide from them (I'm usually there to relax and enjoy the sun)!

Fantastic friendly staff and helpful. Beautiful environment for relax with family, kids or even alone. The room was comfortable and the food was great! We had good help with all the programs we wanted.

Boutique shop was quite well stocked so that was convenient to buy some gifts (reasonably priced too). Nice to have cosy slippers provided in the room, little touches like that make a difference

sublime stay, well appointed room, clean, and well air-conditioned, breakfast is great, really quiet with a nice musical atmosphere with the help of a DJ by the pool

The location was amazing, not far from the airport and just in the city center
