Great budget hotel!
Rooms were clean and did the job! The ac was strong. The water was a little leaky in the bathroom. The receptionist and area is nice

A peaceful gem in the heart of the medina!
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Salsabil. The location is perfect—just steps away from Jemaa el-Fna square and the souks. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Saïd for his kindness and great recommendations. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the Koutoubia, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room was simple but clean, and the value for money is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the real Marrakech!

The hotel’s location near Fana Square is convenient, and the reception staff are very welcoming.
However, the rooms feel quite old, and the bathrooms require maintenance. Noise can be disruptive, especially when guests check in or out or speak loudly on the terrace late at night or early in the morning.

As soon as I walked in, a cockroach fell on me from the ceiling as I opened the door. There was hardly any water coming out of the faucet or in the shower, and there were no towels or soap. Overall, everything was bad. The only good thing was the price, but it's not worth it.

Awesome atmosphere. Loved the food, drinks, entertainment and service. If and when I visit Marrakech, Morocco again I will definitely go back to this restaurant.

They don't know how to make classic cocktails... Daiquiri I had was terrible. Tasted like a schweppes lemon. And the prices are outrageous.

They sold me fake Jack Daniels for 100 MAD per 30 ml. They have bottle and label but not the juice. Saw same ripoff in Cairo.

Big peaces of chicken in to much fry. Not very tasty and the food was dry and probably layed a long time on the shelf before being served.

low rating influenced mainly by the location (which was busy, unclean and with nasty smell mainly from the poop of horses)

Service is quite slow, that usually seems to be the case in Marrakech though so nothing new there. As far as the food goes, it wasn't brilliant and nothing to write home about but it is what it is and fast food doesn't tend to be that different away from home anyway, the main downside was that the prices seem to be quite expensive for what we got and it seemed to be more like UK prices that Moroccan.

Not the best KFC, tried it on 2 occasions as first experience wasnt great so thought wed give it the benefit but 2nd visit didnt fare any better. Staff should learn to smile as well. KFC by the station is better.
