This is a long-established five-star hotel, located next to "Sleepless Square." There are a few parking spaces in front, and dedicated reception staff. We arrived early, and they prepared mint tea and snacks for us. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were constantly attentive, refilling water, cleaning, and checking on us – very thoughtful. However, the price of nearly 2000 RMB per night is a bit expensive. Before we left, the staff helped us with our luggage and retrieved our car; we gave them a 20 DH tip each, and they were very happy.

Spectacular hotel just a 4-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna square. The staff were incredibly attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable (you were enveloped in a lovely fragrance as soon as you walked in), and the breakfast was wonderful. They made fresh omelets, crepes, and Moroccan bread filled with whatever you wanted. Delicious! They also had fresh juice and even ham, which surprised me! Everything was perfect; I would definitely stay again!

The only complaint was the food .It was disgusting.We stayed in this hotel a few years ago and it was fantastic food but now would not give it to my dog,
The indian was terrible and so was the French Relais de Paris
Only good food was at breakfast,
Such a shame as we are in the restaurant business and know what we are talking about. I made a complaint the first day

A fantastic oasis of tranquility and exceptionally good, personalized service. Centrally located on the edge of Marrakech's medina and near the Koutoubia Mosque. A wonderful hotel for a relaxing stay.

Positives:
- beautiful, clean and luxurious
- perfect location, doesn’t get any better than this
- friendly, helpful and brilliant staff whether the doormen, bell men, reception staff or restaurant and cafe staff; specials thanks to Amina, Abdullahi, and Fatiha. 
- proper prestigious hotel with riad and cultural feel 
- good breakfast
- perfect selection of restaurants and cafes with delicious food
- the ambiance is amazing and in the evenings it’s serene with colours, live music and fragrance. 
- views from the roof top pool and sky bar is the probably the best in the city. 

Improvements: 
- air conditioning could have been better. Having said that the lobby and roof top restaurant were always much cooler so probably just our room or because of the heat outside but it definitely didn’t feel cool during day time. 
- lady at omelette station at breakfast always had an attitude for no reason at all.

Decent hotel room, but the sound proof sucks, we can basically hear the mosque calling prayer to pray or the breakfast commotion downstairs as our room is facing the swimming pool. There are two swimming in the hotel, one is a heated one which is nice, but they are not that deep. The Moroccan and Indian restaurants inside the hotel which we had tried are pretty good, but slow service.

They don't know how to make classic cocktails... Daiquiri I had was terrible. Tasted like a schweppes lemon. And the prices are outrageous.

Big peaces of chicken in to much fry. Not very tasty and the food was dry and probably layed a long time on the shelf before being served.

Service is quite slow, that usually seems to be the case in Marrakech though so nothing new there. As far as the food goes, it wasn't brilliant and nothing to write home about but it is what it is and fast food doesn't tend to be that different away from home anyway, the main downside was that the prices seem to be quite expensive for what we got and it seemed to be more like UK prices that Moroccan.

Not the best KFC, tried it on 2 occasions as first experience wasnt great so thought wed give it the benefit but 2nd visit didnt fare any better. Staff should learn to smile as well. KFC by the station is better.
