I visited only to exchange money, as it is widely recommended as having the best rates in the city. However, upon comparing, the rates seemed quite similar to other nearby spots. There is usually a long line and you have to be patient. It's a reliable place to exchange currency, but don't expect a huge difference compared to other official offices

Never stayed here, but we review as we have used their facilities. There is a toilet facility on the third floor, clean and well kept, on the same floor they have restaurant. And the down floor they exchange which has the best price, check for our review about the exchange.

Staff and people seem friendly.

We only know this as a pickup point for tours.

However, it doesn't open for food until at least 9am.

There is plenty of room outside to gather in your groups, and it can get quite busy, whilst others do the same. It is right on the main market square.

This location offers very fair value for exchange. They don’t even check passport. We did not wait for too long time to get money. If you visit Marrakech and need some local currency, I will recommend this place to you.

When we arrived they checked us in and gave us the key to room 303. When we entered we were absolutely shocked at what we saw. The room was nothing like what the photos showed, there were bugs on the floor, stains on the sheets and the bathroom was full of limescale. We told the staff that this is not the room we booked and they stated that they cant do anything as the room we booked is taken. We were told to come back the bext day at 10am and our room would be ready, upon arrival they told us the same thing . We complained to love holidays and they were thankfully able to resolve the issue with the hotel. When we got the key to the new room it hadnt been cleaned so we had to physically search for one of ladies who kindly cleaned the room for us. Eventually we were satisfied with the room but the first couple of days were an absolute nightmare. I woldnt stay here again. If you get the key to room 303 all i can say is good luck.

This was the hotel where we stayed for the whole week of our trip. Although our room was just right size with low ceiling but we had a balcony added to our room with a really lovely view outside. The whole staff from reception to kitchen and laundry staff are really great, very polite and helpful. Our little one was sick when we arrived. Next day a very nice lady who was restaurant incharge recommended us a child specialist nearby who were really aoutstanding professional Dr and clinical staff. Within a short time they've done all the necessary check ups and gave medication to our little one. Whole staff really looked after us like close members of the family in the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 100% because of angelic staff. We felt lovely homely atmosphere while staying here for whole of our trip. The best part is, the whole is situated from just walking distance to all the famous attractions of Marrakech.

Room 303: Three single beds. My booking was for a double room No bathtub – just a filthy shower “Each room comes with a private bathroom complete with shower and bathtub” No WiFi “Each room comes with a private bathroom complete with shower and bathtub, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, plus WiFi.” This is despite the router being on the wall outside our room, albeit apparently hanging off the wall Very poorly decorated and dirty; *One bedside table, *One plug socket only – in a room for three people *Shabby light shades *Filthy air conditioning unit *Dirty windows that were never cleaned *Dirty, cracked shower and bathroom fittings which were never cleaned *None of the shelves in the wardrobe were free because bulky winter bedding had been stored there. We had to store this on one of the beds to make room for our clothes. No idea what a third person in the room would have done. *The curtain rail was not even horizontal *Two coat hangers in the wardrobe (for three people?) *Duvets but no duvet covers or bedspread (see hotel website pics) *Balcony never swept and two chairs without cushions + a broken chair *Threadbare towels *We did receive clean towels each day – but only one bath towel for three days running. Two bath towels every other day. No hand towel, no shower mat – so we had to either use one of the towels to step onto after a shower, or risk slipping on wet tiles. *Very poor light in the bathroom so we had to use phone torch to have a shower *We had to replace the batteries ourselves in the air conditioning remote control because we were unable to make ourselves understood at reception. Neither the TV (no English channels) nor the air-con remote had a battery cover. *No lock on the window * On 16th October we came back to the room at 3pm and there was no water at all. Couldn’t shower or use the loo for two hours +. We went down to reception, but nobody was there. Or anywhere in the hotel lobby. *No shade on the rooftop terrace at all – unlike that shown on the hotel website . Unable to use. COMPARE AND CONTRAST TO ROOM PHOTOS ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE The noise levels were unbelievable. We were expecting some noise from the square because of the proximity but, because the construction work had displaced the nightly entertainment to the edges of the square nearest to the hotel, we were unable to sleep without earplugs because this went on until 2am every morning. There was a call to prayer in the early hours – which we were expecting being so close to the Koutoubia, but we were at the end of the corridor housing the kitchen so were woken at around 6.45 am every morning by the kitchen staff banging and crashing and shouting to each other. Dreadful place. [Numbers on pics are my reference no. For my complaint to Holiday company]

Got to this hotel at 9:30PM to be told no rooms were available and that the hotel was full, even though we showed the arrogant man at reception that we had a booking. He offered absolutely no alternative whatsoever and made no explanation as to why it was full when we had a booking. Had to go through love holidays where it took over an hour to sort alternate accommodation Do NOT book with this hotel!!!!

plus : the location near the medina and main street, there is money changer with good rate at the hotel loby. What I like most is the breakfast is a buffet moroccan breakfast cost 49 MAD/ 5 Euro only which is good.
Minus : please educate the old man staff about how to treat customer. This is hospitality industry. at least please try to smile to customer. I check in at the middle of night and almost can not check in because they said that I have to pay the room and can not found my online booking, meanwhile I have booked and paid online. This misunderstanding a bit frustating when I just arrive and neer to check in soon and take a rest after long flight to marrakesh.

Terrible experience. I arrived at the hotel late at night, tired, and the guy at the reception simply said that the hotel was full and that my reservation had not been confirmed. And even though I showed him the confirmation paper, he was rude and kept saying that there was no space. He was rude and impatient. About the suite: the Wi-Fi did not work in the room, nor did the sockets at the head of the bed. I thought I was charging my cell phone, but in the morning I saw that it simply did not charge because the two sockets were faulty. The air conditioning also did not work. The only advantage of this place is the location, which is really close to the main square, but otherwise it was not as expected.

Big peaces of chicken in to much fry. Not very tasty and the food was dry and probably layed a long time on the shelf before being served.
03.12.2017 Ernesto
low rating influenced mainly by the location (which was busy, unclean and with nasty smell mainly from the poop of horses)
22.11.2017 Francis
Service is quite slow, that usually seems to be the case in Marrakech though so nothing new there. As far as the food goes, it wasn't brilliant and nothing to write home about but it is what it is and fast food doesn't tend to be that different away from home anyway, the main downside was that the prices seem to be quite expensive for what we got and it seemed to be more like UK prices that Moroccan.

Not good food and not clean restorant

Not the best KFC, tried it on 2 occasions as first experience wasnt great so thought wed give it the benefit but 2nd visit didnt fare any better. Staff should learn to smile as well. KFC by the station is better.

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but accompanied one to the Earth Cafe for my first vegetarian meal and have to say what a lovely place it is. The food was very good and the service excellent. The building interior is fascinating with a central staircase leading to various rooms on different levels where you can choose to eat your meal. I will come back to the Earth Cafe!
20.12.2017 Priyanka
Loved the food. It is a bit on the expensive side. But, great for vegetarians.
13.12.2017 Liz
Very good vegetarian and vegan foods for reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly.
11.12.2017 Simon
Great vegetarien food. Expensive, but it was a nice experience. Perfect place for vegans and vegetariens when you get tired of vegtable tangines
25.11.2017 Maria
It's definitely sort of expensive compared to other places in Marrakech. They have a menu option for 100 dhs (meal + dessert + tea) and you can get food and a decent tart from a nearby patisserie for less than 50 dhs. I had the vegan burger and yep, it doesn't come with a bun. I asked for some bread and they said they don't have any, but then brought a bun. Would be better if they just served it together from the start... (Stupid me thought the bun was dessert, cos they cut it up) The apple tart was delicious though! And the 'burger' wasn't bad too, but definitely would prefer a traditional on-the-bun with some tomato-lettuce-onion.

Came here for drinks and some hookah. Nice happy hour prices. Good hookah. Just not so great service
20.12.2017 Susan
What a great vibe this place has! Three stories and each story has its own unique feel to it. I can’t speak of the food because I only had tea and wine, but this is most definitely one of my favorite places in Marrakech. Aside from the incredible decor, the music and service are phenomenal! If Anas is your server, be sure to strike up a conversation with him. He is very sweet and remembered who I was every time I came back which is always so nice in a foreign place. Oh, and did I mention 2 for 1 happy hour drinks at every hour?! Wine not? ;)
12.12.2017 Anya
Nice trendy bar, serves alcohol (!) at a reasonable price (65dh for two 330ml bottles of beer on the "happy hour" - which is all the time. Can't be shared.) Staff are nice enough.
02.12.2017 Idriss
It would have been 5 stars if they didn't refuse to let us in because they don't serve Moroccans... Twice in different times. I only wanted to go there again because the first time was with a group of foreigners and not sure if they forgot about me or something but I really liked it there, 360 view, great atmosphere, nice drinks/prices, good service,... If you're not moroccan, Go!
08.11.2017 Chyna
Food was tasty, 360° view was awesome, decor/ambiance was nice, and alcohol is available (hard to find in Marrakech), but prices were a bit high for the area.
