I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

Elevator did not work during our stay for 3 days.. Unfortunately they do not even provide bottle of water in the room. That was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Cleaning was ok . On arrival at 12.00 midday, we were told the room was ready which we didn’t expect. We were quite excited until we were told we had to pay 30 euro if we wanted to check in then. I liked the room, it was quite book and friendly staff. However, the rooms were not sound proof and we could hear the voices from the adjacent room which made it really difficult to sleep at night.

Spent couple nights at this castle and really enjoyed the surrounding, the hotel and the restaurants. Castle is located around 10 km off Maastricht. It is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend. Rooms have been recently remodeled . Food was wonderful.

Truly loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and friendly and the rooms and grounds were so beautiful. The spa was also so relaxing and had all you needed. The church attached to the property is the most beautiful i've ever seen and really hope to visit again in the spring/summer to see everything in bloom! We went here as a present for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. They upgraded us from a standard room to a suite (probably because they knew why we came) which was so lovely of them. A very beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic! The front desk and doorman services were also excellent! The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned perfectly on the third day, but otherwise it was impeccable. It would be my first choice again if I ever came to The Hague!

Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.
