Beautiful room and upgrade, loved there is a very nice restaurant upstairs. The bath was only available with the upgrade which was totally worth it, however we had a few leaks coming from the ceiling and the toilet. Location is quite far from city but right in front of a train station

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station and another 10 minutes to Dam Square in the city center. The location of the accommodation was great, right near the city center, and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was sufficient, though there's always room for more, of course. The stay was amazing. We were traveling with our 4 year old. The hotel was quiet and clean, the staff kind. The hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram stop and provided bikes ready to rent. We rented a standard bike and another with a back child seat and had a wonderful time exploring Amsterdam and the surroundings.

However, there's a 'welcome drink' that requires scanning a QR code and downloading an app. After going through the whole process, I still didn't get the drink.
