The room layout is excellent, and the furniture is high-quality. The only drawback is that even with two layers of curtains, light still sees through, and the sofa bed being close to the window might be a bit of a nuisance. Overall, it's great, and it's also welcoming little biscuits.

This July is a bit out of the city center, but the facilities are very new, transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is very nice. It's across from the Olympic Stadium, and there are buses and subways right at the door. It's tulip season, and the streets are lined with tulip beds.

Greta hotel with an excellent vibe. Staff is super friendly and the rooms look pretty chic, with all the amenities you can think of. More like a small apartment then a hotel room. Definitely would stay again.

The stay exceeded our expectations. It's a 5-minute walk from Central Station by tram 17. It's located in a pleasant neighborhood just outside the bustling city center. Spacious room, beautiful bathroom with a rain shower. The bed was wonderful. Tip: maybe add some extra coffee bags and conditioner.

The breakfast was great, and so was the room with a magnificent view. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's easily manageable by renting a bike or an electric scooter. The staff was friendly, and having a bar open so late was a definite plus. I recommend it!

While the hotel itself is very new and modern, the actual building itself is shared with the Moxy (undisclosed) and the housekeeping department does little more than make the bed and replace towels. The floors, fridge and microwave were filthy, the couch had stains, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, exposed nails, and 3 lightbulbs were dead, leaving the room very dim.

Good place to stay away from all busy streets of Amsterdam. Good base location to explore regional places around Amsterdam

Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes!

Room was tiny. Hotel staff was nice. Shower had no curtain and made the floor soaked everytime it was used. Sink was tiny. The room had no place to put bags so we had to climb over our stuff to get into bed.

The location is perfect. It was a shame, though, that they didn't have a room with a bath. Even though they advertise it, I wasn't entirely sure if they even had rooms with baths. There was a sticker next to the mirror saying that if you forgot toiletries, you could get them for free at the front desk. But that wasn't the case; there were no toiletries. I really do love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions, I will continue to do so if I am in the area as the beds are so comfy, views are great and rooms are spacious. I just wish they would change the 4pm check in as when we arrived we where advised we can get in early. We went up at around 3pm and the cleaner had finished, leaving the floor but where not allowed in till 4 still.

The suite room is a bit of a mixed bag. It had a great interior, but some flaws. We had a leaking shower, some smell in the bathroom and doors that hardly closed. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Breakfast is good.

Everything was magnificent and cannot fault the service or staff on anything.The only issue we experienced was a bad/strange smell in the bathroom either from the drain in the shower or the extraction vents but we not sure what it was....so difficult to complain about it.

Stayed 1 night in the Center Parks Strandhotel because of the Zandvoort Circuit Run. The location is great, since it’s practically next to the beach and the famous Zandvoort Racing Circuit (5 minute walk). It's a lovely, cute hotel, but our room, number 107 or 105, had stairs. It seems like a strange experience to live with a tall stair right in your room. Plus, we were staying with a friend, and the shower is transparent and located right across from the bed. It's a rather strange experience, and it might not suit everyone.

The location of Hotel Mercier is excellent. It’s walkable to most places and the walk is most pleasant with canal views along the way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal just outside the city and it was no more than 15 minutes into the city via bus. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good.

Hotel is confidently located right next to the bus stop that goes straight to Amsterdam central. Hotel is spacious and very well thought out. You have to have hotel key to get into the lift and the hallways which has made this hotel even more safe and secure. Staff welcome you with a lovely hot waffle! We've visited Amsrlterdam as a couple 7 times, but was are forst time at The Toren. Honestly we will not being staying anywhere else again in the future. It was perfect!

This hotel had everything: impeccably clean, authentic, modern, roomy lounge, helpful staff, and best of all - close to everything we wanted to walk to. I had the garden room with jacuzzi tub. I was in heaven. The tub was longer than me and fit two, thats a first for me. Ill be staying there again!

Loved our room, BUT folks need to be aware not all rooms booked are in the main hotel, some are down the block in another building. Still very traditional Amsterdam. Amazing lounge with food options in the main hotel. We were there in December and the hotel was decorated for the holidays. This hotel has a very cozy feel.
