It's just a regular motel; the rooms are quite old, but they're cleaned daily and the cleaning is pretty good. I'd recommend it for those on a budget. If your budget allows, I'd recommend a proper hotel (over 100 euros).

Clean and hygienic, convenient parking, highly recommended.

I was prepared to accept the price without much expectation of quality. Free parking and breakfast were included. The small room was perfectly acceptable for a short business trip, but the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable... The bathroom had a strong urine smell... So I promptly cancelled the stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Convenient location and free parking. Clean and tidy rooms, soft bedding, and fast heating. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. Great value for money; I'd stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Basic clean room. Service is excellent. The property has no lift and the room is lack of sockets to plug in multiple devices. The position of those sockets is not good either which is all on one side near the window. No socket is near the bedside.

Such a good hotel, affordable, 1km from Alexander Rotterdam. Was too tired and asked for early check in and they gave us at 12:40 with no charges.

The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable. One of the staff even gave me a map and gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

Was an easy spot to get around locally. The area looks a little shaddy, but i had no issues, people were very friendly.

The overall feeling is pretty good, the room is not small, three pieces of luggage can be spread out, it is two stops away from Rotterdam Central Station, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it is convenient to travel, whether it is going to Cube House, The Hague or Kinderdijk.

Great location. Walkable from central train station if you don't mind walking a bit. I felt safe at night walking the relatively busy streets. The last little bit is quieter, which is perfect because it makes it very quiet to sleep at this hotel. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Well located for easy walking distance in and around city centre. Room was clean spacious and well stocked, well insulated as the room was surprisingly quiet given its location. Staff were friendly, helpful and genuine.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. We were not able to sleep due to the air being absolutely stale and hot in the room. If you opened the window, the street was super loud, in fact even with the windows closed it was noisy.

Nice hotel, convenient for my work but not much else in immediate area. There is a bus stop directly outside that can get you to most local towns and to AMS airport. We stayed here in the 3rd of October for the Festival celebrations. The hotel is a lovely old traditional property with original details etc. We stayed in the top room (no2) which was basic but clean and adequate for our needs. This is a great place. The room was huge and very comfortable. The location is ideal - right on a beautiful canal in the center of the city. The owner was very helpful. She and one of her staff helped us with our luggage over the steep staircase. So that was not a problem for us.
