This is our second time within 10 days we stayed at this hotel. Really the service and the accommodation is excellent. Reception and check in is very polite full 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is like a four star hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, we really enjoyed our stay. However, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The cheese was dried out and there was a limited selection of cold cuts/bread toppings.

I fell in love with the Haag. The Ibis hotel was excellent. My room was well designed. Great breakfast with lots of food choices. I will be sure to stay here on my next trip.

The room was ok but lacked comfort. Tiny desk, a bit noisy, complicated electronic locks, small maintenance issues such as a broken bin.

Nice location but hotel itself needs service Location is perfect. However, the rooms are very sterile and the handwash outside the toilet area in the rooms is not nice. Very noisy in the early morning with slamming doors and alarms going off, from what seemed to be the cleaning room. We wrote to the Hotel regarding this, which they wouldnt recogniz.

Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

Claustrophobic room, windows facing the internal resting area made it feel like sleeping in a box. Would only recommend if there were no other options nearby the station.

Just a heads-up: if you have heavy luggage, there are some small stairs to navigate. I'm deducting a point for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Otherwise, the location is great, close to the station, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and good!

Location - this location is near the peace palace. They have a laundry machine and that is helpful if your on holiday for an extended time. There are several nice restaurants near. Pro tip - rent their bike and ride to the pier for dinner.

However, depending on the room you stay in, you may need to exit the reception area and enter through a separate entrance. Beautiful hotel, with a good smell in the hall (the restroom smell cigarette). Very Dutch in terms of architecture. The noise from the busy street below is not very audible (but may disturb you if you are a light sleeper or very sensitive). A goods lift is available for your luggage and there is a coffee/tea area; ask at reception for the menu. And the location is perfect, I recommend it.

I arrived late in the evening and my whole bed was covered with hair. As I approached the reception desk, the lady said to me that there is no one who could change the bedsheets, and there were no other rooms available. Amazing place. Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB. They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience. Rooms are comfortable, with all necessary ecquipment. They are clean and silent during the nights. The view towards the water is fantastic!

Wow A small but very nice family hotel. The son and father are very helpful, open and very friendly. Very cute hotel with friendly staff. Located in the canals just next to the centraal station. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. Tea and coffee in the room are refiled every day but if you want extra it costs extra. For me personally 1 coffee a day is too little :P

Stayed here one night solo. Got a free upgrade and while it is an older building the room was super clean and the bed was tidy. The owner is super-friendly and welcoming. We booked a 3-bed room in the basement and it was quite large and spacious and had access to the backyard patio. The staircase was a little narro for my liking but we managed not to injure ourselves. The location was perfect and close to the beach, transit, and sites to see in the city by Tram. The staff were very nice and polite and we enjoyed our stay.

The building is old, but considering the price, it was a good choice for a one-day stay as it had breakfast and a balcony. In the winter, even with the radiator on, it was still a bit cold, so I stayed under the blanket.
