The room was great (very spacious and had all the amenities we needed) but we could only check in around 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. That said, the staff were very helpful and friendly and offered us complimentary drinks for the delay. The location was great as well - within walking distance of most of the attractions in the central area!

We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our only issue was that despite the poor weather the weekly breakfast hours were maintained. It was difficult to get out and about with the ice. and snow. Nothing to complain about, expect beds, could be better. After 3 night my back hurt a but. perfect location, very helpful staff, the room looked as pictures. And they had sho horn, verry nice! Breakfast superb!

Loved staying here over Christmas. Stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were all really polite and helpful, special shout out to Cher (I hope that's the correct spelling) who checked us in.

We had the best dining experience thanks to Florencia! She gave amazing wine and dessert recommendations, was super attentive, sweet, and made us feel truly taken care of. The hotel is very close to the train, tram and bus station. It also has a convenience store nearby if you need anything. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I would recommend it to everyone else.

It may seem somewhat out of date but I stayed there in 1986! I can recognise the bar (it was called the Getwouwen Bar (the roped bar)) in those days. It was a great place to stay and I stayed there several times.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. The hotel is good location. However does not meet normal Marriott standards. Feels like a cheap two star hotels. The bed is ok but infrastructure is old. The overall cleanliness and environment were excellent. It's very close to the city center, with a great location; Chinatown and Chinese restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. The service was also very good, and clean water was provided in the rooms.

The hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. Excellent service! I stayed at Postillion from 31 Dec to 02 Jan. The service from the staff on the front desk was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay here. Well located, quiet rooms. Our room was not ready on time and the manager was very accommodating and did her best to make us comfortable including giving colouring and small teddies for the kids. Really loved our stay here. Probably a little more expensive than most but the quality is up there. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's really easy to get into the center of Amsterdam from the hotel. About a 20 minutes tram ride. The tram also takes you to the train station. Beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.

The NH Maastricht is a somewhat dated hotel. However, the rooms were clean and nicely spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning wasn't working at first. After a brief notification at reception, a technician came and fixed the problem. The location is good. The city center is a few minutes away by car.

They weren't prepared for the large influx of groups. The European Hip-Hop Dance Championships were being held at the adjacent MECC! At check-in, they said they were surprised by the large turnout. Long lines for breakfast, all the tables occupied!
