The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.

Had to change rooms as first was beside lift which made awful noise and needs sorted!! Handled well but be better if they just sorted lift

Jaz in the City is a modern, cool/hip music-themed hotel next to the Ziggo Dome and 5 mins walk from Bijlma Arena (station, shopping area, stadium). We had a weird experience in that the room flooded and we had to be moved to another room, and there were additional surprise charges not included in the the travelocity price that were added (not due to messiness or misuse of the room or amenities)

To whom this may concern. I was very disappointed in the hotel hotline, the Jung lady who picked up the phone spoke Dutch and I asked her, if she speaks English and she said no and hung up the phone. A great hotel but if you need to do any work online you will struggle. The wifi is intermittent and slow doesn’t begin to cover it. The area also has shocking mobile coverage so very difficult to work from here.

Was here for a meeting. Had a small lunch before the meeting which tasted good. Didn't make use of the rooms so can't judge that but overall the lobby and restaurant looked attractive so I assume the rooms meet the same standard.

In the morning you could see that the bathroom was not thoroghly cleaned. Found hair from precious guest, dust in corners and dirty tile grout.

Hotel Papendal is a no frills contemporary yet comfortable basic stay hotel used for the Dutch Olympics team. Amazing value, but you get what you expect. Food in the bar wasn't great, but plenty of places nearby to visit instead. Would recommend for a stay when visiting the Airborne Museum ‘Hartenstein’ in Oosterbeek.

I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

Very nice, well located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service not quite up to American standards and it appears that they use a lot of interns, especially at night and on weekends. It took 5 days to get them to open the room safe, which was left locked by a previous guest.

I didn't have high expectations because I stayed there while on a business trip, but it was good at first after check-in. I'd recommend this hotel. We especially liked the wellness area—small but perfectly formed. It was also quick to get to central Amsterdam using the nearby metro. The room had a pleasing design. Truly loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and friendly and the rooms and grounds were so beautiful. The spa was also so relaxing and had all you needed. We went here as a present for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. They upgraded us from a standard room to a suite (probably because they knew why we came) which was so lovely of them. Parking was available right in front of the hotel, almost directly on the beach. We stayed in a renovated deluxe double room. The room was well-appointed with all amenities, and though not large, the space was optimally designed. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony.

Not super central. Drinks are not cheap, but love the atmosphere. Very chilled, nice mix of young to grown up professionals. If you enjoy live music, jam in rooftop contemporary setting and don't mind drinks being a bit on the pricey side, then try this. Large rooftop terrace for summer drinks.

had a wonderful stay at Zoku. The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional—especially Luana and Merlin, who really made me feel welcome. Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel and the rooms are homely, clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and the terrace has a great view. Breakfast is amazing and although I did not have dinner, Im sure it would be good too. I would say that the lift is a real problem. with so many guests that come from the outside to have brunch and dinner the lifts easily get way too crowded and one waits forever...

The 1.8-meter bed I booked was actually less than 1.5 meters long and one side was against the wall. The facilities were worse than those of a budget hotel and it was really not worth the nearly 2,000 yuan price. The surroundings were also shabby. The room was arranged in the corner of the first floor along the road, which was really terrible.

The single room is really small. I stayed Mo to Fr and there was not much space for my stuff. I guess for 1 night it is ok, if you plan to stay longer chose a bigger room!
