This a pretty good hotel for the price. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet near a number of restaurants. The breakfast was adequate, but by the third day I was done with it. My room was spotless, but could have been laid out better. I ended up putting my luggage on the desk for lack of anywhere else to put it. We were rebooked to the this hotel late at night after issues at our original hotel (Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Schiphol by IHG). The original hotel room reeked of a cigarette smell and was overbooked, so there were no alternative rooms. Despite the circumstances here, the experience here was very positive. The hotel structure is beautiful, the restaurant and bar are cosy.There is akso a small swummingpool and saunas. But the hotel is located outside of the city centre and the rooms have an awful view on commetcial buoldings. Terrible experiemce with one of the receptionist who showed no signs of being service minded.

Spacious rooms, but they're ok. They charge high prices just to give you the cheapest amenities. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with cheaper one ply toilet paper. Someone must've gone out of their way to fine the roughest toilet paper that the Netherlands has to offer. Huge room, but no full body length mirror. Just one mirror in the whole room. Was here for a meeting. Had a small lunch before the meeting which tasted good. Didn't make use of the rooms so can't judge that but overall the lobby and restaurant looked attractive so I assume the rooms meet the same standard.

Lovely Hotel. Nice concept for family getaway. Beautiful lobby to hangout. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We arrived at night and all looked beautiful. In the morning you could see that the bathroom was not thoroghly cleaned. Found hair from precious guest, dust in corners and dirty tile grout.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at De L'Europe! The staff was top-notch and extremely professional from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children, and could only book a family room. The space was indeed quite large, the staff were warm and friendly, and the transportation was very convenient.

Quiet location, easy access from motorways, friendly staff

Hotel Papendal is a no frills contemporary yet comfortable basic stay hotel used for the Dutch Olympics team. Amazing value, but you get what you expect. Food in the bar wasn't great, but plenty of places nearby to visit instead. Would recommend for a stay when visiting the Airborne Museum ‘Hartenstein’ in Oosterbeek.

First time staying here on a business trip, clean

Very clean, well-located, with a nice view and nice staff

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure...

Pretty Basic hotel room for a price of 180€/night. The pictures online look better than in reality.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

One thing worth mentioning is that the refrigerator in the room was almost not cold, so I had to ask the front desk to help me keep the medicines that needed to be refrigerated. Fortunately, this problem was solved in the end.

It's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The shower was nice, the pillows and bed are heaven!  The rooms are soundproof. We are definitely going back again.

The whole experience was mediocre, the staff tried hard but didn’t seem to be well trained. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The location is a little further away from the center but there‘s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Can't complain a lot, except there is no water boiler, we need to ask. The room is clean, the surrounding is quite and nice. We like to walking at the park after lunch or dinner.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅

Spent couple nights at this castle and really enjoyed the surrounding, the hotel and the restaurants. Castle is located around 10 km off Maastricht. It is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend. Rooms have been recently remodeled . Food was wonderful.

Truly loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and friendly and the rooms and grounds were so beautiful. The spa was also so relaxing and had all you needed. The church attached to the property is the most beautiful i've ever seen and really hope to visit again in the spring/summer to see everything in bloom! We went here as a present for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. They upgraded us from a standard room to a suite (probably because they knew why we came) which was so lovely of them. Not super central. Drinks are not cheap, but love the atmosphere. Very chilled, nice mix of young to grown up professionals. If you enjoy live music, jam in rooftop contemporary setting and don't mind drinks being a bit on the pricey side, then try this. Large rooftop terrace for summer drinks.

had a wonderful stay at Zoku. The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional—especially Luana and Merlin, who really made me feel welcome. Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel and the rooms are homely, clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and the terrace has a great view. Breakfast is amazing and although I did not have dinner, Im sure it would be good too. I would say that the lift is a real problem. with so many guests that come from the outside to have brunch and dinner the lifts easily get way too crowded and one waits forever...

The 1.8-meter bed I booked was actually less than 1.5 meters long and one side was against the wall. The facilities were worse than those of a budget hotel and it was really not worth the nearly 2,000 yuan price. The surroundings were also shabby. The room was arranged in the corner of the first floor along the road, which was really terrible.

The single room is really small. I stayed Mo to Fr and there was not much space for my stuff. I guess for 1 night it is ok, if you plan to stay longer chose a bigger room!

It's very convenient for dining out; there's a supermarket next to the City Hall, only about 200 meters from the hotel. We actually went to the supermarket several times a day. It’s only fair to acknowledge when a place shows professionalism. My enquiry was answered politely, and when I later shared some concerns, the manager replied with genuine care and a thoughtful public response. That level of attention makes a difference. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station. It's very convenient to walk there. There are many specialty shops along the way, each with its own characteristics. What an exceptional staff, especially the concierge . . This property is in a great location. However, it has some quirks. Some issues with electricity and the rooftop bar is not always open. Check hours.

Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.

I only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located next to the old town, so it's easy to go sightseeing, and the view from the hotel was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I was also very happy that there was a bathtub.

Het was jammer dat de spa en zwembad gesloten was door een probleem (het gehele weekend) Due to an issue the spa and swimming pool was closed all weekend. The room we booked was really nice

Enjoyed the swimming pool refreshment, the breakfast (of course with it's price) , the bed, shower and working airco. Plenty of parking space and walking distance ((10 mins)) to bars, restaurants and some shops. Challenge when you are de situ e for noise. Even asking a silent room, the highway can be heard well. Be aware. During stay, the elevator was broken, but only a small handicap with the suitcases

I liked the hotel, the area around it was stunning. The staff was very helpful and polite. Dinner was delicious. The only downside was the room. Not as spacious as other rooms I stayed in (similar category) in the Netherlands. Also, there was no AC, nor could we open the window for air circulation because it overlooked the inner courtyard of the hotel (no privacy).

We loved this hotel! The room was huge, with an amazing tub in the bedroom. The pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing. Everything was perfect, from the service to the ambiance. Best hotel stay ever! We highly recommend this hotel for your next get away.
