Avoid this hotel at all cost !!! They canceled my reservation in last minute with just a "sorry". Worst experience ever . They will also say there is a hotel nearby ( in fact is just a hostel with bunk beds ). Because everything else is fully booked or skyrocket prices. If you need a place to stay you will never be sure here .

It is a smallish hotel behind a snackbar. While clean (an important aspect) it is also very tiny. We paid 225 euros for one night (breakfast not included) for 10m2 (at best). Note: this was a 3 person room. There was only a tiny window for fresh air and the bathroom also was very, very small. So I definitely think this is overpriced.

Not worth at all! Unpleasant staying because of the staff and because of the heat that wasn’t working at all, I was freezing all night! Nothing special at all! They tell you the smoking is allowed but at the check out they keep the deposit of 50 euros because you was smoking inside , what a joke!

The stairs are very dangerous, and the room was dirty with bed sheets that smelled strongly of oil, leaving you smelling the same if you don’t shower afterward. There was also noise from nearby rooms, making it hard to relax. The only positive is the low price, but it’s not worth the trade-off in comfort and cleanliness.

The location is hard to find. Check in is in front of a restaurant. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the station. The room is very small and you can't open your suitcase at will. It's even smaller than a hotel in Japan.

It is located in a nice and calm neighborhood in Utrecht. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are reachable 24/7 if you need any help. The entrance is on the ground floor where you can find a small gastronomy. I enjoyed my stay and overall I’m happy I chose them

For 3 nights, my friend and I stayed here and loved it. The room service was pretty good. Customer service at the desk, the Concierge and the cafe were all impeccable. I liked that we had to show we were guests of the hotel after a certain hour, it made me feel that I was in a safe place.

We enjoyed the hotel, only used it for conference facilities but the food, service and ambiance was very good. Location is perfect. The staff, especially the door staff, are very good. I recommend it to everyone great place
