First of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast was good, and if you couldn't make it to breakfast, the front desk would thoughtfully arrange a convenient breakfast for you to take away if informed in advance.

I stayed here on a business trip. We held a workshop in the hotel's conference room, and the accessibility to the room was excellent. I was satisfied. However, the exterior walls were currently undergoing renovations, so the view from the windows wasn't very impressive. The breakfast and gym were good.

Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.

My meeting was in Nydalen, thereby a convenient location. The subway station is in the same building as the hotel. 45 minutes to the airport via the central station.

The hotel delayed check-in for no reason. I arrived before sunset.

The service was terrible. Even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the waiter still entered without permission when we were out for fun. They refused to clean the room during our extended stay. The reason given by the front desk was that we had not checked in and out before 12 noon. This was ridiculous and did not meet the service standards of a 4-star hotel. Bad review.

Comfortable room, clean, breakfast was the highlight. My only complaint was that the hotel was noisy. My room was situated near the stairs, so it’s possible the sound was coming from other guests walking up and down.

Fantastic way to spend time in Oslo! Everything is very clean and the style of the facility is very calming. The layout, check-in and amentities at the spa are wonderful. I did visit many Spas in Norway but this actually can call a SPA. Nice saunas, cold and hot pools, chilling places and very nice vibe. It gave me back hope that there are places in this country where you can relax and it doesn't smell like communism. Highly recommend 👌

The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, and the service was good. However, the hotel is quite large, the elevators felt a bit chaotic, and it was hard to navigate.

This place is really great. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's located in the city center, close to the National Museum and City Hall. It's also convenient for taking the VIE airport express. The staff was lovely across the board. The breakfast was far better than I expected for such an inexpensive hotel. I would have liked a kettle in the room. Aside from that, the bed was very comfortable, but the room was a bit old. The carpet smelled a bit musty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a good value.

Okay hotel with okay location. Toilet was not very clean, very small bath. Hard to get in to the shower. Evening food and breakfast was good. Staff friendly but not so experienced on the area. Especially for car parking that is extremely expensive in Oslo. We finally found a long term parking close to the ferry docks by our own which was less expensive 550nok for 24h.

Perfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is located outside of Oslo on top of a hill with amazing views. The parking is free. The breakfast is very diverse and served in a huge buffet style. The check-in was fast and efficient, too us 2 minutes to check in at reception. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The décor is not very modern but it looks aesthetically pleasant.

The train was not running, so I had to take a shuttle bus. The scenery on the mountain was beautiful. The next day I walked down to the city and the scenery along the way was also beautiful.

Had a very nice pizza in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was great. Proximity to the Christmas Market was excellent. Staff were awesome. Our initial room was too light and noisy for us but the receptionist couldn’t have been more accommodating about moving us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel.
