Last year we booked spa and lunch in march. Everything was great. We enjoyed both Spa and food. At lunch was big selection of food, good surprise were sushi at the table. This year we decided to go again at same time of the year. SPA was great as always, love Herbal and crystal rooms, but... Lunch was under expectations. And now I am not speaking about the service. We took the afternoon spa package with one meal included. The saunas and wellness are is great, very clean and helpful staff. Food was also great, definitely recommended!

The location is accessible to city centre. The breakfast has a variety of options. The room had a nice view and quiet surrounding. The customer service was accommodating and polite. We had a great time in Scandic Vulkan hotel.

There's a large park right behind the hotel, and a food court just downstairs.

We checked in late, around 2130, check in was very easy and provided us food before the bistro closed in the hotel at 2200. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We left before breakfast was served but we were able to take bread and cold cuts as well as coffee with us. One of the best places we have stayed.

Air conditioning didn't work. We had to have the window open and there was considerable noise from the street late into the night.

The front desk service is very good, and check-in and check-out are very fast. The breakfast is also very rich, with a variety of breads, drinks, and various fruits. The taste is very good, especially the baked potatoes🥔

Facilities: There is free tea and coffee in the lobby, which is very good. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, but the room is not cleaned every day under normal circumstances. Environment: Close to the river, close to the riverside pier, you can take the free ferry. Close to the bustling streets of the new city. Service: The service attitude of the little sister and brother at the front desk is very good

An extremely nice hotel to enjoy your visit in Fredrikstad period friendly staff very good food excellent cafes will make you a stay very pleasant.

I spent three weeks at the hotel. It's a beautiful location, with a great view of the water. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance with bringing in a large group to the hotel. Breakfast is a perfect start to you day and The spa is the perfect place relax after a busy day.

Great service and hotel, we likes the food top pool a lot. But our dinner experience was horrible. Waited 45 min for our starters and another 45 min for our mail course. And on top of that the service was so bad from our waiter.

The room is clean and tidy, travel is convenient, the environment is quiet, the breakfast is really good and worth recommending. I was surprised to see so many fruits in the European breakfast.

It's super well located, just 4 minutes from the central station. You can do self-check-in, and if you check in early, it's 16€. The room is quite large and comfortable.

It is a good place as it is located near the train station. But I would not recommend more than 1 night as it is expensive ($150 a night). But the bed is comfortable and quiet. The people at the reception is nice. In the morning, they can provide breakfast but it is expensive($10)

Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Generally a good stay and I would book this place again next time.

Nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast is amazing. 2 things we didn't like. - the cleaners tried to come in our room 2 days in a row, without knocking. This isn't acceptable. We only stayed 2 days. You don't need cleaners. - we weren't told you can brings beers into the hotel. A blonde kid on the evening shift rudely spoke to us about this. I had to bite my tongue and not take him outside...

Location is great and convenient with supermarket, 7-eleven and metro station just around the corner, and breakfast is good with many options too. However, the room is relatively small. I’m staying in a twin bedroom alone but already felt packed.

Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location

This property was beautiful, especially being right on the water. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The dinning room’s food was absolutely delicious! Downtown had a lot of empty store fronts, but overall, a very beautiful center.

Food and service Cleaning and food. I had 3 nights at the hotel. The food was not something I would call home and tell anyone about and not a single time through these days did the clean the room, make the bed or even changed towels.

This place is great! You can walk to the tram, train, and all public transport. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the service is super good. They even let me check in early without any extra charge. I really love it here!

Klækken Hotel was disappointing for the price. The room didn’t meet 4-star standards, especially the bathroom, the shower was poor and there was only one all-in-one product provided. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The location is quite far from Hønefoss, so you definitely need a car. Overall, very overpriced for the level of service and comfort offered.

Dinner was very limited… there was 1 menu, with a choice of meat or fish as a main course… that’s it. Very expensive too by the way.

This stay was an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was warm and friendly, and the service was thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The food was rich and delicious, and the daily breakfast gave people full vitality. The location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. Perfect Location. You can be in the midst of it all but still have a quiet ambiance. Service overall had been fantastic. I will definitely come and stay upon my return to Oslo. My home away from home.

The hotel is located near the pier, so there aren't too many tourists, making for a relaxing environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and shopping is convenient even if you're not into luxury goods. There are also a few good restaurants nearby that I recommend trying; you can see them as soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance.

The location is really good as it allows you to get to most of the sites of the city very easily and quickly. There's also a few convenient stores and supermarket nearby, it's not that difficult to find food, water or any other amenities easily.

Ok rom, fin utsikt, pent og rent bad! Tidlig og ikke helt tilfredsstillende frokost! Litt ufresh mat og stenger 10.30. Ting ble fort ryddet bort! Kun svart kaffe. Spesiell innsjekking, fikk beskjed om å sjekke ut 11 dagen etterpå mens i bestillingen var det 12. innsjekking pleier å være hyggeligere Pluss for at rommet var klart tidlig!
